I pulled in to get my car washed after driving up from Vegas. I have a smaller Prius. I went through the second stall not noticing they had a difference between a touchless and a regular wash. I paid $24. When I came out. There was still bugs all over the front of my car and the back of my Mirrors. I spoke to the lady working there and she was asked me which one I went through and I explained and she put me through the one with the washers on the end the scrubbers. Can I tell you that my car is still dirty in about 2 feet on the back, I'll attach a picture. So I paid $24 and ran it through twice and this is still the results on the back of my car through both of the machines they offer. Customer service at 10, but if I just paid $24 and still have a filthy car every time I go in my trunk I'm upset and now need to figure this out. When I went back another time, my car went through the bay and came out almost as dirty as it went in. Luckily there was an employee monitoring the condition of cars coming out and he pulled me over and explained that that bay wasn't working properly and directed me into another one at which he paid with his own card for me to go through. I used the touch less washer as all the self service ones were being used. The car wash just gives you 3 options $22 ,$20, or $18. Doesn't really explain what each one does. The only open one didn't have the big fluffy washers. It works off just water pressure. I think my car got pretty clean. Definitely not worth the $22 and peeled off a large chunk of paint from my car that has never had any paint chips before. Main reason to why I can only give this place 2 stars. The vacuums are okay $3 for 5 minutes and they did suck some of the smaller crumbles too. There is a vending machine with air fresheners and other products. I tried to get something from it but nothing would come out after swiping my card. The vending machine does NOT give change back but there is a sign for that too. read more

I went through the automatic car wash and paid for the platinum version. It never actually scrubbed my car. It sprayed a bunch of soap and water on the car without actually doing any cleaning. All of the bugs from my latest road trip were not cleaned off at all. I thought it was weird at the time but didn't actually check until I got home. Ike's now forces you to pay for a car wash if you want to pay to vacuum your car. That's terrible for business - forcing customers to pay for extra service just to use one component of the service. Edit: Their flimsy response that "it wasn't safe to have cars drive through the car wash or exit" is just pathetic. I was using the self car wash when Christopher, who tends the facility, offered me a free wash so he could show me the best way to wash one's car. He then spent at least 20 minutes washing my car demonstrating options I had never used before. It was a delight to watch him talking with such enthusiasm about what makes a car really shine as he worked- using "circular motion", he explained. And my car did shine! It hasn't looked like that since it came off the lot. Christopher himself is a gentleman, and has awesome work ethics. Been here a couple times. I think the automatic car wash, for 20 bucks, doesn't do the best job. 20 bucks is, in my opinion, a lot to pay for a car wash. I think the prices here are a bit higher than other washes in the area. There are always long lines here too and they made the place smaller for the self-service. I try to do the car wash for my car and my boyfriend's car when I can but there are a lot of options in the area. If you can get in here when there's no line it might be okay. But I have been going to a couple other places lately. read more

I always have loved the touchless car wash. why is it $24? it works pretty good on my black Cadillac when I cannot do it myself except for the wax drippings after my car has been "dried". it stays on there. it used to be so good, I could "air dry" and not have to wipe down immediately. I do not need wax on my car every single time I wash it. usually every other week. in summer it can be a couple of times more. if you are going to charge this much money, then make sure the quality of the touchless wash is worth it. What was even more surprising were the prices which ranged from ~$18-$22. I opted to give it a try and ultimately my car still had soap on it and wasn't clean. What a waste of time and money. This is a great drive thru car wash. Drive thru services are never as thorough as a full detail, but hard to find a faster service and better value than the $22 Deluxe option here. We recently returned from a long road trip and our windshield was covered with dead bugs. This wash only took a few mins and took care of nearly every bug splatter, and even cleaned the wheels. First off - I love having a nicely maintained, quality self-serve car wash in my neighborhood! I have limited options for washing my own car at my townhouse, it's possible - just a hassle. Ike's car wash is my go-to for quick washes in between a full hand wash. Why two stars? Because they recently converted two of their four self-service bays into an auto wash and a... storage unit? There were lines for the self-wash bays when they had four; now it's a disaster on nice days. I can/will not use the automated washes because my car is wrapped and ceramic coated and the warranty for these products forbids automatic washes of any kind. Even aside from that - I've never gotten satisfactorily clean from an automated touch less wash. This one included. Not to mention; I can't spray off my floor mats in an automatic wash.. I should be thankful though - as a result I'm getting quite quick at using rinseless car washes at home and saving a good bit of money. I'm sure there's a quite solid business case for automatic washes - fixed costs, higher throughput, less maintenance - but they're not for me, and I'm visiting my neighborhood car wash far less than I used to. read more

I used to come here alot (still have some tokens lol) and I will say the automatic car wash has gone up in price and down in quality. I just paid $20 dollars for a wash, pulled up until it told me to stop, and then it completely missed the hood and parts of the trunk. I don't expect it to be perfect but it's not even close. I've always had a great experience here and the staff that are around are so kind and friendly, but this feels like a rip off. Came by to do a quick vacuum of my car. Cleared out everything from my car and got it prepped to vacuum knowing that these self-timed machines can are often on a short timer. What i didn't expect is that I was paying $3 for 3 minutes of vacuuming. Not going to break the bank but when 2 sessions still isn't enough time to finish the job on a Prius Compact it makes me want to reconsider coming her again. This is like the practical best of both car wash worlds: Manual Wash Bays: Pull in. Recess/remove any antennas temporarily for ease of washing. You can use cash but I swiped my card. The card method is super smooth and easy. Just swipe, use the facility for however long you need to (with minimum) and then once you're done having fun, push the red button to stop the charge and all's done. Automatic Touchless and Friction Bays: I haven't used these yet but just looking at them and reading stuff, I can totally see their usefulness. Detail stations: Vacuum and tire pressures are a few things I noticed you can do. Probably more? There's a neat kid ride, as well, if you'd like to keep the little one(s) preoccupied. The place is very well kept, lots of diverse cars pull in here, it's usually busy in the afternoon on Saturday. Note: If you're just passing through checking the place out, there's no "thru lane" and it's designed just so you can pull in.
