Located Chil's Mobile detail off Yelp. I could see why he got so many 5 star reviews. He definitely takes pride in his craft in restoring vehicles back to their showroom condition. It does take awhile for him to get you scheduled but that's because he's so backlogged. But you really can't beat the competitive prices he offers, since he doesn't have the same overhead as other brick and mortar places. I shopped around and his prices are about 50% cheaper. I initially called to get my 2015 Hyundai SanteFe (3rd Row included) detailed, so I could return it as my lease is ending. After 3 years and two kids, you can imagine the condition it was in (candy and stains on the seating) pine needles everywhere, it was in pretty rough shape. In addition, we had never gotten it detailed. I mean what's the point, with it being used and abused. After 3.5 hours of work, he had that shining and smelling brand new. I was really impressed. Problem is, he was also on his phone A LOT (I get when you're running a business like this you have to be answering calls, but it was A LOT). I think he was at my house for over 3 hours. Read carefully regarding what his cost and service includes. I didn't read carefully enough I guess. Just assumed that a full detail included the outside of the car...but I was wrong! Only the inside of the car, and honestly...it was just "ok". I still had to go in and wipe things down and my wipes were pretty dirty. The car also smelled HORRIBLE for a good week after, not sure if that's normal. Smelled like poop. I actually found Chili through Yelp so it is only fair that I pay it forward and provide a review. This is the real deal. I called and was able to book for the next day! But I don't want that to downplay the demand for his business, because it did take a few games of phone tag to get to him directly. I didn't mind. I proposed a unique project for Chili. I had moved the year before and had stopped using one of our cars. It had been sedentary in our side lot for about 9 months. Finally deciding to clean it up and get it fixed up to drive again, we noticed it was full of mold all throughout the interior. I, personally, thought I'd never drive it again and wanted to burn it down. But after doing some research, found that it is common and it is also removable. Chili had no problem with the scope of the project and called me an hour before, on the day-of, to confirm. He showed up perfectly on time (a few min early) and after a couple hours or so, had me check out his work before completing the project. He did an amazing job and I am now driving my car! His schedule is busy for a reason, the man stays busy. [Ease of Scheduling] When I originally called it went to voicemail and I got a call back within 5 minutes. My work shift varies so making set appointments is difficult for me, but he was able to offer a Saturday appointment (some competitors don't offer weekend services). I forgot to get back to him before the day of our appointment but he still kept my window open in case I was and thankfully I did. [Actual Service] My car was a mess when he got to it. I've had it for years as my daily commuter and it shows. My carpets, seats, and arm rests were stained, a friend spilled drinks in my cupholders, overall my poor car was just abused. After giving him my keys I walked back into my place to put my feet up and relax. After an hour or so he called me to show off a car that I wouldn't have guessed was mine. It looks cleaner than the day I bought it. Before he left he went over some after-care stuff to help keep it clean. You can tell he is really proud of his work and really enjoys when his customers are satisfied. Chil was super funny and easy to talk to. A great guy that does a great job. I didn't have to take my car anywhere, he came to me for no extra charge and it still cost less than it would have at most shops. Chili reached out first thing Monday morning and said he could get me in Wednesday afternoon! Had a car that I thought was a lost cause - until I got in touch with Chil. He made life right again. And for it, I am so grateful. The car was disgusting when it came under my possession. Strange crumbs, sticky things, stains, dust, smears, etc. were lodged into the crevices of the car, making me feel incredibly gross and sick at even sitting in the driver's seat. This is a handicap equipped Van so it is a wide open back seat area. I was trying to get the Van in shape so I could sell it. My mother has passed away and I don't use it anymore. Don't know how this business got such a good review. He was pretty friendly when I initially called in. But no call on the day of the appointment. I called after the appointment time to find out he's behind on schedule and said he just got done with a job and will be there in 30min. Then, another 50min later, he calls and said will be there in 27min according to the GPS. When I expressed my frustration and asked if he's for sure this time, he then sound rude. I had a broken window that left glass all over the interior, literally. Shards and glass dust in places I wasn't sure I would be able to get to. However, my man Chil proved me wrong! Not only was he extremely thorough with his vacuum; but he was able to get into the tightest creases and gaps. When he finished, my leather was shiny and the dash spotless.
