He was easy to get a hold of via a text (a previous happy customer passed on his number) and always quick to respond. We sent him pics and he let us know he would come and estimate it in person the following week. About 14 years ago, I used these guys for a foot long crease in a fender of a car I just purchased. I couldn't believe how they could remove the dent, and I could not tell it even was dented when they were done. The car was black too. Amazing!!! Fast forward to today, I have a 1951 Chevrolet Belair with a dent in the front fender. I found their number on the net hoping it was the same guys. Sure enough it was. Jeff came out to my shop and performed miracles. He worked and worked on it until the dent was gone. If you know how heavy gauge metal was back in the 50's, you know it wasn't easy. They came to my home and, because the damage was on the aluminum hood and not accessible, and because he thought he could actually make things worse by trying, he recommended not trying to repair. I became a believer of the top-notch craftsmanship by Dent Destroyer when I was finalizing a purchase of an Acura RDX from Carter Acura in Lynnwood. The deal hinged on the assurance that they could remove two quarter-size dings I found on the rear quarter panel of the car. They assured me that it would done 100% perfectly and to my satisfaction. I was a bit dubious, but when we came back several days later I literally could not find any evidence of where they had been. I was impressed!
