Back in April I was in a small no fault accident nothing crazy. Afterward the insurance process kicks in. Which for anyone that has gone through it, they know it's not the funnest process in the world. Once I honed in on a couple autobody shops I found that these guys Absolute Autobody in Lynnwood were the only people that I reached out to that took a vehicle older than 14years old. They got me an estimate and were amazing through the whole process being very communicative with Geico and myself. They even called my replacement rental car company (enterprise) for me to ensure a seamless process. Once they got my truck back I gave it a look over and it looks spotless! Practically factory new! Gave the whole truck a wash and vacuumed the inside for extra credit! They also did the whole thing way for a very reasonable price. After getting rear-ended, my insurance company said to pick a shop, so I set about getting quotes. Absolute Auto Body in Lynnwood was the clear winner. They weren't the cheapest but, as a locally owned shop, with solid reviews, I felt sure I was in good hands. Other quotes from two nationally, franchised body shops were suspiciously low and their reviews did indeed show that people had had problems with them delivering what they promised. As it turned out my insurance company covered the cost and I am 100% happy with my decision. Troy was easy to work with from the start, kept me updated as work progressed and delivered as promised with no surprises. It has been several months now and no problems have emerged from this major surgery on my trusty, old Camry. She looks like new, at least when viewed from the rear despite her advanced years. One added comment: I liked the arrangement with Enterprise car rental just a block away. They picked me up at Absolute and when my car was ready to be picked up, all I had to do was hand Troy the rental car keys and he took care of the rental return. After getting rear-ended by another driver, I wanted to quickly repair my vehicle by a team that promises high quality service. That's what I got going to Absolute Auto Body. THEY OFFERED WHITE-GLOVE SERVICE: The at-fault insurance company low-balled their estimate for my vehicle repairs, so AAB was super helpful in managing the repairs with the insurance company and ensuring a high quality repair, as well as negotiating with the insurance company to schedule a car rental at Enterprise for me while the shop worked on my car. They were super communicative the whole time, and extremely friendly. 2 WEEK WAIT FOR SERVICE WAS WORTH IT: They were busy, so they scheduled my repair about 2 weeks out from my initial request for a quote, which was okay because the repair was relatively minor. I could see their tight schedule as being challenging to others, but the wait was worth it. THEY WERE FAST: Initially, AAB said they might need my car from Monday until Friday or even possibly over the weekend, but one of their guys ended up working overtime and finished my car by Thursday afternoon. MY CAR WAS RETURNED MORE BEAUTIFUL THAN EVER: Finally, they were detailed. The repair looked fantastic and they even washed and vacuumed my car and even detailed most parts of the interior. ABSOLUTE(ly) the BEST!!! Couple years ago I got rear-ended on the freeway which nearly totaled my car. I brought it to Absolute Auto Body and dealt with Troy, I was absolutely distraught at the amount of damage! In a very reasonable amount of time it was returned to me looking like a brand spanking new car! I was so impressed considering what it looked like previous. Fast forward to current day, I'm hit yet again on my side, and insist on Absolute Auto body. At first the insurance company wanted me to go with someone on their recommendation, but I refused and demanded to work with Absolute. Troy maintained updated communication with me, I felt like a valued customer and I felt like they treated the job to be as important as any other job that they had. When I got my car back it was beautiful! And clean!! (That's a little detail I was blown away about!) I hope I don't get hit anymore, granted, but if I did there's only one place I'll ever take my cars. I wouldn't just recommend as an option, I highly recommend as your only choice. Brought my car in to Absolute Auto Body Lynnwood after an accident. Went to pick it up and noticed that the front bumper had been damaged while at the shop. The office person at the time offered no apology and questioned whether or not we were trying to get free work done. In the end, the bumper was fixed and Troy apologized for the inconvenience and welcomed us to call if we had any questions. As we were leaving the shop, we noticed a big greasy handprint on the cream colored headliner where someone had used the A pillar to get in and out. Overall, the exterior work was pretty good, but they missed the little details. read more

I damaged the right front bumper cover of my 2015 Cayenne Turbo in a parking garage and was devastated. I was prepared for a $2,000-3,000 quote when I took it into Absolute Auto Body. After two minutes of inspecting the damage Troy looked and me and said "you have film over the front of your car." In five minutes he removed the scarred 3 M clear film, polished the minor scratch underneath it and said "you're fixed!" What he didn't say was "we'll need to repaint the bumper cover or possibly replace it" something I would have believed and paid for. Instead he gave me a handshake and I was on my way. I can't say enough about the excellent service I received here. I found this place based on a recommendation from Allstate. Absolute Auto Body took great care of me and my Mazda. They called to provide updates on the progress and let me know the day before completion so I could make arrangements at work ahead of time to return the rental car. Unfortunately, I had a second accident later in the year and I chose this shop because once you find service, quality, courtesy, you stay loyal. This place is an absolute disaster. It took them 4 MONTH to NOT FIXING IT RIGHT, the car came back to me with A LOT OF BOLTS MISSING, missing speaker, leaking radiator, one of the wheels is literally missing a huge chunk of metal on the inside(the tire could have exploded while i was driving on the highway), 4 warning lights on the dash(troy asked me to find a place to fix it myself), wheels not aligned, no touch up paint on the bolts that were moved. coolant spelled all over the engine bay. broken glass still in the car. One of the times that Troy promised to get my car done by that day, I went in to get my car and realized it was still nowhere near finished, I told him, "If you guys can't fix it, I can take it to somewhere else", he took me,"OH, go ahead, I have the money from your insurance, you either let me finish this or you will pay for the fix out of your pocket if you take it somewhere else", and this was the 4th time him promised he will have the car finished by that time. I left a comment right after the repair, some how it was deleted with in a few days. And NO, I'm not from another competitor shop, I can show you guys pictures. It was such a pain dealing with them, there is too much detail I don't have time to say. I was stupid to believe them It's painful too see other people getting screwed over by the same tricks Just be careful when you are dealing with people like TROY. read more

I made it clear to the clerk that I would be picking my truck up after hours. He agreed. I had to go back the next day, loose 2 and 1/2 hours of work, my patients needed to be reshudueld. Ridiculous. All I got was a sorry. And was told I was lying about what transpired. They had 3 weeks to order the bumber. I was SO MAD. They did not make it right. Could it be that I am a woman. Used my living social coupon for an "express" car detail. An absolute horrible job. He mentioned they would give it a quick "wipe down". That's exactly what they did. It was horrible.
