I met Fadi, the owner when I came in after my scuff guard came loose from my grill. I'd had a small collision that cracked my headlight lens and damaged the grill. Honestly dude.... these guys are wizards. Took my car in to fix some cosmetic damage, their quote came in at less than half of what I got quoted elsewhere, and they threw a 10% discount on top of that (ok I know that was a sales trick but still I respect the hustle). Fantastic and friendly experience all around. They gave me the best quote for repairing and painting my front number that had big scratches along on the bottom. The business has been around for 50 years, is family run and their work is excellent. When I picked up my baby, she was waxed and cleaned perfectly. I was involved in a very dangerous accident. The incident happened on 12/29/22 as I was driving home from a New Years gathering. Someone was trying to move home related components on the cheap. A large couch and dormer fell from their pickup. It is just by the grace of God that I was not injured. My car however was pretty banged up. I am very thankful for Abdhul at Carriage Rebuild. As you know we are witnessing a period where it is impossible to expect speedy repair if you're going through insurance - the whole process from start to finish now takes months - unless you happen to find Carriage Rebuild. I found them completely by accident (they are across the street from Enterprise Rental) and I thank God that I found them. Abdhul, gracefully managed the entire process from start to finish in about 40 days (amazing). His gracefulness was so needed at a time when I was an emotional basket case. In late March, my 26yo son was visiting from CA and scraped my Porsche 911 along the curb while trying to parallel park. It's a low car, so he damaged both the front and rear bumpers. While other shops I called would not even give me an appointment for an estimate until May, with the repair to be done in August, Carriage Rebuild gave me an estimate and completed the job within one month. Jeremy and his crew are truly the best. My 16 year old son crashed his ride and it was totaled by the insurer. The car meant a lot to my boy and I. Jeremy took on the project using "quality used parts" which saved us $$$ and Jeremy was also our consultant with which parts to replace. I realize the car's not some high end fancy car, but it's my son's first ride and we've made a lot of mods to it. Jeremy and his crew knocked it out of the park! They do fancy pearl paint jobs on cars worth tens of thousand$, but they touched up my Echo's bumper the day I stopped in anyway. $50 to spray a few ugly areas that look great now! Amazing. Mixed the paint at their shop that matched perfectly. I first tried Maaco's $99 bumper paint deal,l but found it to be kind of bogus. It was $138+ to actually do it and they needed it for 2 days. read more

After a very disturbing experience w/ the valet service at the VA Hospital in Seattle, I had this shop paint my bumper simply based on their proximity to my house. I've had a bad experience w/ a very expensive paint shop in Bellevue who painted my BMW M5 from head to toe, so I was cautious of a small shop like this. After picking it up today, I was pleasantly surprised. They did a great job on my bumper repair of my BMW X5. Depending on how their new water-based paint system survives Seattle roads and the rain here, I'm strongly considering having them paint my BMW 740iL from head-to-toe now. After a fender bender required some bumper work on my limited edition performance car, I was introduced to Jeremy at Carriage Rebuild, Inc. From the very beginning you could tell he was working for me and not the insurance company. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful as they walked me through the process. My repairs were done quickly and I was very impressed with the quality of the repairs--it looked like it just rolled off the showroom floor again! We were in a little fender bender and I had no idea where to go (and trust). I asked a few of the neighbors and unanimously they said Carriage Rebuild. We called and they said to stop by anytime so we went right away. We got an estimate immediately and it was about $1K less than we expected. The price, together with the recommendation of a few salty types who know their way around a garage, and I was sold. It took 3.5 days to do the work and it looks amazing. Plus, they found some less than stellar work done by another garage and fixed those parts as well (missing brackets and non-fitting parts!). My car was my first significant purchase and 20 days after having it I got into a wreck with an uninsured driver. I took it to Carriage Rebuild and although the body work looked acceptable the lifters began to click after picking it up and driving to and from work several times. A friend of mine asked if I'd checked the oil... I told him I had just had it serviced before the accident. We checked the oil stick and got no reading at all. They had fixed my car but overlooked putting any oil in it. I was so upset and when I called them their response was "we aren't mechanics". WTF?! They aren't alignment specialists either but they farmed that work out. If you get any work done I recommend you do a thorough inspection because they were very careless and their response is what hurt the worst. read more

I've been taking work to Carriage Rebuild for years, sometimes when I'm paying fully out of pocket. The odd occasion I've gone elsewhere I've regretted it. Jeremy is always receptive to concerns and issues if they arise and will rework something if it's not right the first time. I've found that discussing expectations is helpful. There are areas where savings can be had such as choice of OEM versus after market components and whether or not to panel blend. These impact the bottom line and Jeremy is good at explaining the merits and pitfalls of these choices. It's the nature of the work that estimates change as the extent of damage is revealed during tear-down. I've always gotten a square deal and a quality repair from Carriage Rebuild and refer others to them. read more

I have used a dozen auto body shops in my 63 years and this one is simply the best. I've used them twice and in both cases Jeremy worked hard to actually save me money. (In the first case, for example, instead of fixing the door he located a used one that was in great shape, same color, and simply installed it.) The work they do is impeccable. Really professional. This place is awful, they are not honest in their repairs and are just out for the money. They're a scam and will prolong your repair. They also will hold your car hostage if the insurance doesn't pay them. They even withheld parts from the vehicle when taken to the new shop!!! This place is super shady.
