When I went to drop the car off, the same lot only had a few vehicles in it- they had fixed and completed the work on most all of them that week. I went to a few places to get estimates and landed here. First off, Jeffery's (I believe) dad is often in the office to help with receiving guests, he is an older gentleman that was very kind. And his son was also incredibly nice, he was efficient in getting me a quote and I was able to drop my car off and get it back a day earlier than I had anticipated! GET THIS-my car was a mess.... I am not an organized person and it was pretty full of old coffee cups, Coke Zero cans, and other miscellaneous trash...and I had BODY WORK done on the car. They went above and beyond and my whole car inside and out is spotless. It looks phenomenal.... He also let me know they have a master mechanic that comes in once a week if I need mechanical work done. Supporting a small business is a great bonus and the fact that the staff I have dealt with were all kind and extremely personable was also very nice!
