Car was delivered 100% looking great and absolutely on time. When I went to drop the car off, the same lot only had a few vehicles in it- they had fixed and completed the work on most all of them that week. AMAZING Steve saved me over $2,000 versus the bid I received close to home. It is/was worth the drive for sure, easy access off and on I-5 . Our front bumper had a major dent from a garbage truck dislodging a dumpster that was on wheels. First of all, Degrazia's gave me an estimate within the hour that I scheduled to bring it in to them. They let me know that they would be able to talk with the insurance of the at-fault party to ensure that the insurance would pay for the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts and for the labor costs. They assured me that if the insurance offered a lower estimate that they could negotiate their prices to reach an agreement, so that I wouldn't pay anything. I thought it was a good sign that they had gotten a discounted price on the OEM bumper and so listed that price on the estimate, rather than charging the price that it would typically cost. Luckily, the insurance of the at-fault party was willing to pay for the labor costs and parts without an issue. DeGrazia's set up a rental car with the insurance for me and had my car ready within 72 hours of drop-off (dropped off on a Monday, picked up on Thursday). It couldn't have been easier. My Aunt Danette had asked what I wanted for a big deal birthday gift. The damage on the car I got an estimate for came from 2019 when a larger vehicle hit the front passenger side of my car after running a stop sign. Upon arrival at Maaco, I pulled in to the estimates parking area and went inside. I was greeted by a friendly worker and asked for an estimate. The total preliminary estimate was $2,213.63. After getting an okay for the repairs as a birthday gift on Thursday 19 June 2025, I called Maaco in the morning on Friday 20 June 2025 and scheduled a 10:00 a.m. slot on Monday 23 June 2025 for bringing my car in for the repairs. I dropped my car off Monday morning with no hassle. The following evening, Tuesday 24 June 2025, I received a call asking if I wanted any additional damages on the car addressed during repairs. I stuck with my original plan of just the one area of the car. In the afternoon on Friday 27 June 2025, I received an email/phone call that my car was ready for pick up. I went in after the email/call and found a few pluses, including it being vacuumed and washed before I got it back. It was beautiful and dentless! The bumper area and bolts I was primarily concerned about were fixed. Driving it back home, it was a smoother and quieter drive than I had anticipated. A pleasant surprise. I waited a few minutes when I came to pick it up and the indoor waiting area was quiet with comfy seats. At payment, my payment method of cash was accepted. During repairs a piece from one of the door handles, front passenger side, went missing, and I was informed they had already ordered the part at no extra charge and they would fix it when the part came in and I brought my car back. The tentative delivery date for the part was Monday 30 June 2025 and I was told they would call me when it arrived. On Monday 14 July 2025, I called to follow up on the missing piece and was informed it had come in. When I arrived about 12 minutes later, I pulled in to the estimates area, spoke to a worker at the front desk, and they fixed the car while I sat in a comfy chair in the front waiting area. The part took about 4 minutes to install/fix and I was on my way. All around I had a smooth repairs experience and appreciate how my car is doing now.

Here's a little background, My car got hit while I was parked, and though claims and all the calls i finally got a call back from the other parties insurance. I found a location to get my car fixed, but they could not get the job done for 3-4 weeks down the road. I called Carstar and Courtney & Shannon Pippins where just amazing. They maintained constant contact via e mail and or calling me to keep me updated on the progress of my car and the claim process. The car was already done and the Insurance company was blaming me for switching to another Auto Body shop. Implying that if I did not switch to another location then the other collision location would have not cashed the payment. The ladies at Carstar called Travelers insurance multiple times and the Claims adjuster was not returning their calls. It was fricking insane!!! After 2 weeks that my car was sitting in Carstar's garage, the other parties insurance finally sent a check to Carstar. Thank you Carstar for being amazing, from the beginning till the end: calling me to set up the apt. dropping off my car, having a rental car (Enterpize) ready to go, finishing the job quickly and professionally, hounding the other insurance to get the payment, and keeping me in the loop. I frequently spoke with Raye who often provided repair updates, car rental coordinations, she was very friendly and helpful. The manager, Lisa was also very professional and accommodating.
