He was always very responsive, even on evenings and weekends (including one holiday weekend). He was very flexible and accommodating with scheduling (even though I had to ask him to juggle schedules several times to try to meet our needs), Jim is very knowledgeable, having done this work for decades - answering numerous technical questions and willing to provide his honest opinion and actionable advice. Jim is 100% honest and focused on his customers' needs. His pricing is very fair and the convenience of having him go to the car rather than having to take it to a shop is awesome. I will definitely call Jim the next time we are looking for a used car. Full disclosure, due to logistical issues on my end, I had to use another shop for our pre-purchase inspection service. We also had several false calls, where we were trying to jump on a car and lost it. (Jim was ready, nevertheless.). Absolutely not Jim's issue. (Ultimately, I needed a very particular set of tests for the car we bought and, as I learned from Jim, those tests cannot be performed in the field.) However, I experienced all the above excellent customer service, expertise, and above-and-beyond care. I highly recommend his service. And, he seems like just a great guy.

When I bought…read morethe car, I was told that if there were any problems with the vehicle that were supposed to be fixed when I bought the car, let them know, and they would fix the problem. I didn't originally receive both keys when I bought the car. Because they misplaced the spare, the other key fob they gave me died after 27 days of use, and I tried to get in the car manually, but the manual key would not work in the key cylinder. I called the salesman I bought the car from, and he set me up with an appointment to get the key cylinder fixed. I brought the car in, and the mechanic told me that there was nothing wrong with the cylinder and that sometimes the key would stick, but it was fine. I questioned the fact that the key would turn sometime 720 degrees before catching the latch or not at all. The Service manager again showed me that it worked and told me if there were any issues with the key cylinder, the dealership would fix the key cylinder, because it was a problem noted when I purchased the vehicle. When I started to put the cover back on over the key cylinder, I noticed the cover was painted a different color on the inside of the cap. The cover was not original, indicating some maintenance was performed on the door handle previously. When the battery went out a second time, I took it back to the dealership, but this time they wanted to charge me $800.00 for a new key cylinder, that they knew was broken when they sold me the car, when they pretended that there was nothing wrong with the cylinder, and when they lied to my face that no work was previously performed on the door handle. They charged me for a new plate when I signed the papers to have my custom plates transferred. When I complained, they sent me a refund of a lesser amount than what I was owed, because they kept some of the Tax, License, and Transfer fees. This company is very dishonest, manipulative, and rude once you have purchased your vehicle. They have no integrity and will never honor an obligation to fix a broken item they are responsible for without charging the customer. I gave this company the benefit of the doubt twice, on 2 different vehicles, because I believed it was just a bad salesman the first time, but I was cheated twice on 2 different deals..... There will never be a third time. I talked to the owner Mr Arun, but he was just as dishonest about his dealings as the people who work for him. Worst interaction with a dealership in my life, in any place in the US. MILITARY PEOPLE BE AWARE YOU ARE A TARGET TO SCAVENGERS. I challenge the dealership to refute my claims because they cannot deny the documented evidence or the truth. further, I challenge everyone to read more reviews about this dealership than mine and notice the similarities.

After having our Outback towed to their shop, George helped us throughout the entire process of diagnosing the problem and communicating with us every step of the way. We were shocked to hear from this team that our recent service visit to our dealership did not address our car issue, and charged us a huge premium to have other aspects of the car fixed. Bret's Auto Repair team clearly stated the main issues with the car, and were very transparent about the costs. We were already pleased with this experience. The following day after taking our car home, we encountered another issue that was unrelated to our previous issue that their team fixed. We contacted Bret''s Auto Repair team again and they were extremely accomodating, offering to check out the car again, and finding that there was another issue related to the battery that the dealership did not address at the last service. They then kept our car to work on it, and charged us extremely fair for our troubles.     I want to share my tenant's excellent experience with Shoreline Auto Clinic, which followed a…read morestressful car repair ordeal. Two months after moving to the area and purchasing a 2017 Mercedes-Benz from CarMax, her car began backfiring due to a failed camshaft--a known issue with this model. Shoreline Auto Clinic completed the initial repair, which was covered by the CarMax extended warranty. However, a week ago, the new camshaft failed. This time, the warranty company sent the car to Mercedes-Benz in Lynwood, who estimated the repair at over $9,000. Mercedes-Benz claimed the new failure was Shoreline Auto Clinic's fault for not replacing 'recommended' additional parts, voiding the warranty coverage. Jori at Shoreline Auto Clinic fiercely defended his work. Even while on vacation, he stayed engaged and proved the failure wasn't due to missing parts, but rather a design flaw in the camshaft itself (a fault Mercedes-Benz corrected in 2019). Jori even made a video comparing the faulty part to a new one, clearly showing the camshaft head had spun. Thanks to Jori's diligence, the extended warranty agreed to cover the repairs a second time, and my tenant got her car back. Jori's commitment went above and beyond--he stayed fully engaged in a dispute between the warranty company and Mercedes-Benz out of genuine care for his customer. I highly recommend Shoreline Auto Clinic for their expertise, integrity, and exceptional customer service.

Prices were very fair and I was given diagnostic info that prior shops missed. Gave me options to fix issues, no hard sell for unnecessary repairs. My new neighbor car service shop!
