Sassy after her bath.
Roddy M.

We had our 1968 Mustang restored here and all the work was fabulous! I'm a bit OCD so I would put together task lists that would group together related tasks to be completed on our car. Top Secret excelled on every task and our car came out beautifully! These guys are craftsmen who take their work seriously like they're restoring a Rembrandt or Picasso. Everyone was so nice and they were always on top communicating with me as the work was completed. Our car is now a brand new 1968 like it's fresh off the showroom floor. I've recommended Top Secret to several friends who want quality work done. They give free tours and you will be amazed at some of the very rare cars they are working on.

Gotta love the classics.

Amazing group of folks. I've watched the team grow over the last couple years. All hands on deck and focused on building awesome cars.

When I got home under the lights of my garage I noticed that the whole car had NEW SCRATCHES! Like they actually wiped it down with sandpaper after washing it. Just noticed the paint where the repair was is actually bubbling up and is visible. I'm very critical of how the paint appears. I only take my car to touchless washes. The entire paint job is now ruined. I spoke with Molly the same day I received it Feb 14th and she asked me to come in on Tuesday the 18th at 9am for them to inspect it. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR PAINT! Here's a video of the damage: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1NBw6KK5EN4ufzSMFM5W-PIs_n7sZR_i9/view?usp=drivesdk Update: Mark, the manager quickly acted and arranged for my car to be seen by another company to be detailed and to hopefully correct Calibers errors. That did not happen. Jeremy at Karrmichaels in Bellevue, WA said that there's nothing he could do aside from a buff and wax job. He also explained to me that the vehicles bumper was a completely different color and had a shoddy paint job. At this point I do not trust Caliber Collision or anyone that they recommend me going to for work on my vehicle. I've reached out to Caliber corporate and have informed my insurance about these issues. It is unfortunate that I paid a $500 deductible for Caliber to fix a scuff and scratch to now requiring a brand new paint job on a vehicle that is less than a year old. UNACCEPTABLE.

I was recommended by the dealership to take my car to WBL after getting my jeep detailed there from Gerber giving it back dirty, filthy and disgusting after the repair. Shannon and her crew at WBL are freaking amazing, they are professionals and they know what they're doing, when I took my car in, after observing it first hand they pointed out so many flaws on how Gerber botched my car, nobody should have to go through that but Shannon put my mind at ease and reassured me that my car would be fine. WBL gave me my car back looking brand new. I am grateful to have found them, I would recommend this place to anyone. Read your reviews people, they are the best in town. I should have read it initially instead of listening to the other party"s insurance company. Thanks WBL.

They communicated well during every step of the process and kept me informed as progress was made. This was my first car rebuild project and they helped guide me through the decision making steps to make sure it resulted in what I wanted in the end. I felt very comfortable leaving the work in the hands of their skilled auto body team.
