I used to love to have Adrian work on my vehicle but since the new upgraded place its been one bad experience after another. The last 4 times I went there I waited in the lobby for so many hours. If I had known it would be that long I would have went home. The last time was 5 and a half hours in the lobby! I tried to go home at hour 3 and was asked to stay (telling me it would be soon.) The prices have really gone up. He wouldn't charge me to look at it so I thought I was getting a good deal but with the high pricing it made up for it. Several hundred dollars cheaper at other places when I called around. I got an oil change here and I made an appointment for it. I waited 3 and a half hours in the lobby and it cost a little over 100$. I mentioned I was feeling the transmission slipping and was told they would take a look at it. At checkout they said nothing, I asked them about it and another 20 minutes later they came back and said it was fine maybe I could get a tune up soon. I brought it in again a few weeks later still with the transmission slipping. They said they found a sensor out and a few other things. I paid a little over 1000$ two separate times within 3 months. Each time I asked is it worth it, to fix it? What about the transmission? I got round about answers and was told fixing it was a good option. Now after putting almost 4000$ into it within a year my transmission needs to be replaced and I can't afford to fix it or get another vehicle! I don't have words for how I feel about that. I really trusted Adrian and so I trusted his crew and I feel like they really let me down and put me in a bad spot. I'm a single mom and I needed the honesty and care I had gotten from Adrian at the beginning but I guess things change. read more

Brought my car in for smoking all the time. They worked on it over a few days (or they said they did) and found nothing. I am a mechanic and disabled vet mechanic. I physically can't bend over to even diagnose. Car still smoked when I took it home and cost me for 1400 for diagnosis, and pouring 2 cans of engine cleaner in the gas tank. Now the kicker is after spending 30 min on the internet I found that the PCV valve was bad. 10 bucks later motor fixed (I did with help). Less than 0 value it was a screw job for witch I learned it takes a lot more than parking a bunch of custom cars out front to be a good machanic. This is a good old con shop. read more

I came in for a 30,000 mile tune up for my Jeep. They said basic things but nothing big. I had arranged the 1-1.5 hour work for me to wait. It turned out to be nearly 6 hours without a break to get lunch and I finally asked for water. IF I had been told it took that long ( they said I should do a transmission fluid change to which I agreed) I would have had my husband pick me up. Communication was severely lacking here. read more

My engine light came on and I drove to Precision Auto Works so they can diagnose and fix the problem. I'm glad I did because it's a great shop with good reviews. A major work was needed to be done on my Jeep Wrangler Sahara and Adrian, the owner was completely up front with repair estimates. They were able to accurately diagnose the problem and fix it in a timely manner. Adrian and his crew were very friendly and attentive throughout the repair time to ensure the work got done and done right. They took care of it, and I felt the price for repair I paid was fair. They're very helpful, knowledgeable and affordable as well. Definitely come here to have anything done on your vehicle! They're that neighborhood auto mechanics that you can trust. If you need repair or maintenance services on about any auto make and model, call them today for an appointment and start saving on your auto service. Highly recommended! read more

Great service and value! The quality of workmanship is fantastic it was great to be able to drop off the car and not worry about it.

The best service. We recently moved to the area and our son was visiting for the weekend. On a Friday, on his way to us, his engine began to leak oil pretty bad. Did a quick Google search and Precision Auto had really good reviews. After a diagnostic, found that he needed a new oil pump kit. The team said they could have it done Saturday so he could head back on Sunday. We went to go and check on the progress at noon and was told it was going to take a little longer, but they vowed to stay and finish the job. I was wow'd by their determination. When it was all said and done, they found a deteriorating motor mount they they replaced at no extra charge. All and all, it was a great experience. The team was very approachable, accommodating , and determined. This is the epitome of customer service. They don't just say their about customer service, they also embrace it. Thanks Adrian and team!! read more

Precision does great work, staff is usually very kind and helpful. I had dropped my car off for a new water pump and muffler. When I arrived water pump was installed and working great, the only problem was that they'd forgotten about my muffler replacement. UGH! They had not WRITTEN DOWN my muffler request. So even though I verbally reminded them when I dropped my car off it didn't get done. Having to find someone to pick me up and drive me home after dropping my car off for repairs is a major ordeal. So when a tech simply forgets to write down a repair request is unacceptable, especially when it costs me more time and money. And once again having to make arrangements with someone to pick me up etc.. also this is the 2nd time they've forgotten to do a repair after dropping my car off. TWO TIMES IN A ROW?? Come on guys you're better than that!! This is not rocket science. read more

We had taken our 2007 Ford Explorer to another mechanic and spent a few thousand dollars having parts replaced and issues diagnosed. We were still experiencing issues and decided to try Precision Auto Works based on their reviews here on Yelp. They asked us to bring in a copy of the paperwork showing what the other shop had done and within a day had diagnosed the issue and called us to discuss in terms we could understand. They only charged us for the diagnostic evaluation and the fluids needed to fill everything back up which was amazing. My wife was super impressed with the cleanliness of the new shop, the restroom was "immaculate" according to her and their level of professionalism with fixing the issue and not saying anything negative about the other shops work. I wish we would have started here and will definitely come back if we have issues with any of our cars. read more

1st and foremost, Adrian is a good guy to deal with! I ran across an issue after the shop did work for me. I discussed it with him and he offered a solution that was more than fair. IMHO! 2nd: I had the windows tinted in both the wife's and my car. Sammie(sp) did an excellent job in describing the product and process. She did a great job! Could not be happier with the end result. This is my go to place when my cars happen to cop an attitude! read more

My truck was in and out of the shop the same day! Fixed my issue and didn't break the bank.

On April 2nd my husband and I went looking for a new used truck. Found one we wanted to have inspected before taking the final leap of purchasing! Adrian the owner was amazing and HONEST! He looked it over while we went to lunch and when we got back he told us there was alot of "cover ups". & That he would not purchase this truck! That's why we wanted to have an inspection! We went to pay for the inspection and he said there was no charge! I could not believe there are honest, hard working and caring people still out there! Thank you Adrian for everything! Thanks for being that "One in a million"! We will be back!! read more

Easy peasy and even recommend me to a place for extra work to my car. They did a oil change and took a quick a look at alignment for free.

Scheduled an appointment for window tinting by phone at this location, I arrived and they had no record of my appointment. I rescheduled with them right there. And confirmed they would accept my Groupon for the service. 2 minutes later, they call me telling me they won't honor my Groupon and I need to call the person who I already booked with. Called that guy back (who apparently worked at precision but is separating a separate business from precision, and was told he hasn't accepted Groupons in 2 years. Very confusing experience, and very disorganized. Wound up finding a different location read more

Super nice guy. Super clean shop. Dropped what he was doing to look at my car. My new mechanic

Terrific work! Timely, reasonably priced, and above all he was just a kind, hard working guy who loves what he does. Give them a shot! Tough to find trustworthy repair shops these days but I found one today! read more

Normally I wouldn't say anything and just deal with it but I'm pretty upset and spent a lot of money here. Ive taken my car here before, installed a beautiful sounding exhaust, great job. Took it in again to fix a couple oil leaks and they did a good job on the work but left garbage, a gooey lighter and other customers receipts in my car along with a mouse. My car is parked in my dry and clean garage every day, I work from home. I'm pretty upset about finding a rodent and my personal belongings shredded in my car and mouse pee and poop everywhere. I had snacks in my car before taking it in so I know I didn't have a mouse before taking it in. Chewed up a chapstick in the front and got it everywhere, already vacuumed it up before I remembered to take a photo. I know it's winter and they're looking for a warm place to hide and it's nobody's intentional fault, but how did nobody notice? I've spent the past 5 years working in a shop and somebody should be looking over the vehicles before returning to customer. read more

My car stopped working suddenly, Adrian was able to get my car in and fit the diagnostic test. He was able to tell me things about my Mazda3 that I had been curious about for years. I highly recommend them based off the knowledge of my car and the amazing customer service! read more

My family and I were passing through the area on a 5 week road trip when our F150 began experiencing an issue that caused the engine to lose power and idle rough. We called at least nine other shops, including three area Ford dealers, and nobody would make time to diagnose the issue...except Adrian and Precision Auto Works. Even though the shop was full of cars and the mechanics were swamped, Adrian made time to hook up a computer to our truck and diagnose the issue. He did additional research to learn more about the issue and then rearranged their schedule to repair our truck so we could get back on the road. Adrian was completely up front with repair estimates and the final bill was even a little lower than his estimate. Super friendly, very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I can't recommend Adrian and Precision Auto Works enough. Five plus stars. Thanks, guys! read more
