    Maybe it was a complimentary "prestige" package from Angel…read moreof the winds casino that's why I got what I got. Nice guys, but not the work. They had my car for 6 hours ( 1pm-7pm) and it looked like they did nothing. How crazy is that? I'm just more disappointed the fact that I tipped those 2 guys $20 each only based on the smell. One of the name was Logan (I handed $40 directly to). He was nice enough to drop my car at the hotel side for me only because he texted me that my car was ready, but it wasn't and I ended walking from one side to the other side of the casino. I had to wait an additional hour after that. So when I got the car, I didn't check right away because he dropped it at valet. It sure did smell good. As soon as I parked the car and finally checked, I regretted it. What a waste of time. I'm sure Logan will know who this is. I took a video, but also snapshots of my car minutes after he dropped it off. Also a few snaps the morning I checked out. I made sure the time and day was on there with the snap.

Eric the owner did not relay to the young man that detailed my truck exactly what we had agreed on prior to the appointment. I had to make at least 3 phone calls to Eric while the work was being done, or should I say not being done. Eric repeatedly apologized to me saying it absolutely was he fault for not giving his worker enough time and not having the right cleaning agents with him to do the job correctly. So his worker left my truck unfinished and went to another job. Came back in the dark with a spot light to finish my BLACK truck. Are you kidding me! So upon inspection the following day there wear multiple smears, sloppy goopy areas all around the truck. Needless to say I was not happy and had to call Eric to come finish the job correctly. He started out respectful but when he would not take responsibility for how things were done he was yelling and demanding immediate payment. I said no, so he called the police. Of course this was ridiculous and embarrassing. The police told Eric he cannot do that and asked him to leave my property. I paid him the next day. He charged extra because his detailer had to come back and forth throughout the day. So what should have cost around $500.00 ended up at $800.00. I paid him in full. HORRIBLE AND EXPENSIVE DAY TO SAY THE LEAST

    I can't believe this company has high ratings... I dropped my car off and walk back home .. they…read morehad my car from 10:30 till 7 pm... He had to drop it off which was fine. The results where terrible... Only the front seat and not really good on the dash just l9ked dirty...then the back seat nothing touched but he wiped the seats down but not all the way....mates were clean but not the drivers side. Still muddy.... The back he didn't wipe the headrest and there was dog hair still on the top of the car he didn't vacuum at all.... He didn't get in the crevices like spoken about on his website..... Didn't bother wiping the headrest or the trunk of the car was dirty.... Needlessly to say it was a lousy job.... I left my car there for 8.5 hours... His excuse was he was by himself but I did make an appointment.. They wanted to correct their mistakes by giving me a wash and wax.... They corrected the interior detailing but the wax and wash again was not up to par. The son Kevin said he could get that done in 30 minutes after he already had my car for 5.hours trying to correct the interior detailing.... I paid $550 dollars with a certificate I could give someone or use it myself.... I don't know anyone besides my son and he doesn't want it .. I don't want to go back to this lousy company and will let everyone know it's terrible. Terrible service and a waste of time

    The Finest Mobile Detailing was on time and they did a good job cleaning the car. I left the car…read morein the driveway unlocked so they could clean it whenever they arrived. They texted me to tell me they were done and then they left. Later I went out to inspect the car and I immediately noticed there was a 3" rip in the passenger front door tint. My car is a 2003 Jetta. I also noticed the center arm rest was down. (I had left it up since it gets in the way of shifting) I put the arm rest back up and the top of it flopped down. This was because they had broken the armrest catch. I immediately contacted them and we agreed I would order the armrest part from Amazon and replace it myself since it was only $7. At first he denied noticing anything was wrong the armrest or the tint. (Impossible to miss a 3" rip...) Finally he said he would send out a guy to replace the tint on that window. He confirmed this via text and a phone call. I contacted him 3-4 days later when I hadn't heard from him and he replied saying the tint guy would be out early next week. Since then, I have contacted him many times and he never responds... I ended up having to pay $165 to remove all the tint on my car since the tint place I took it to said the new tint on that window would look different than the old tint on the other windows. (due to the age of the tint and different tint materials they use now) They recommended re-tinting the entire car or removing the tint. I chose removing the tint. I sent the tint place's receipt to The Finest Mobile Detailing and no response as usual. Also the floormats were pretty wet, which he didn't mention to me. I had to put the floormats in the garage so they could dry out so the car didn't smell like mildew. I DO NOT recommend using The Finest Mobile Detailing! Thanks.

Doing the flatbed is extra cost.This was my 1st time experience this mobile cleaning. Will, did an awesome job! He was considerate , kind, friendly, helpful . One of the vehicle had heavy food stain especially the rug because they do cooked food & produce like fruits and vegetable pick ups that Will, had to come the next day to finish it. We were satisfied and worth the price to pay. Wish I took an after shot pictures of the three vehicles because all vehicles looks particularly brand new. Thank you Will for your awesome service .

    Man that was a bumpy almost 2 months to get this figured…read moreout. They made right by the warranty and my car works as it should so far! Paid the deductible and back on the road. I can't in good conscience make this a 4 or 5 star review. My emails received no response and nothing was straight forward. I don't think it's malice but that they're very disorganized. I'd recommend an admin assistant because I'm sure it is hard to sell and show cars, on top of answering phones, scheduling repairs, etc.

In total it was a little over 24k. And if you're wondering why I inserted I paid cash out here's why.. I didn't want car payments and I had enough saved up for a bumper to bumper warranty. All the finance boxes checked. When I test drove the car it was great for the most part. The next day I wanted to add in the hands free cigarette lighter charger.. the cigarette lighter doesn't work. The cord to open the hood latch also broken. I was informed that the car had been wiped clean. I've heard of this before but they didn't mean the previous owners information stored in the car like Bluetooth .. ALLL THE NECESSARY SYSTEM UPDATES FOR THE ACTUAL INTERFACE! Upon going to the Volvo dealership to have my oil changed (I do this with every car I purchase) they informed me that my back breaks were in the red with less than 3% on them. I called and asked how come they didn't change the rear breaks? And the response was we don't do repairs at this location? Okay but that doesn't answer how come you would sell a car to someone where potentially the back breaks could stop freggin working! Not to mention who ever did do the "repairs" on the car double threaded and didn't use any anti-seize on the spark plugs. I called and asked if they would be able to remove that spark plug because I didn't want to mess up my engine trying to do it. And as you guessed it was a no . Fast forward to October my car is starting to misfire.. take it into Volvo and I need to get my whole fuel injectors replaced. Here's where the bumper to bumper warranty would come in.. come to find out ! GUESS WHO DOESNT HAVE BUMPER TO BUMPER LIKE SHE ASKED FOR?! If you guessed me then you're a winner. Power freggin terrain . Not what I asked for after repeatedly asking for and being promised I purchased. 2,700$ at Volvo to do. Rear breaks and rotors 1,900$ . After the repairs it was still misfiring . Come to find out it's because of the computer reset . Got it updated and it's fine now, after time wasted, money wasted and stress level through the roof. And then had the nerve to send me a text message asking about my next car purchase from there.. NEVER and if I had my way all of my friends and family will also not be purchasing from here. When I spoke to them about the warranty they said I could cancel it . Okay good I'll cancel then go through Volvo where they're in-fact honest . 12/27/25 I emailed the cancellation of warranty papers back to the car lot so they can submit them. (Also submitted the forms to the actual warranty place bec let's face it , I had no faith in them to do as promised) the sales rep told me it would take 6-8 weeks to be reimbursed. Today I called the warranty company to check my status.. not only did they not submit the paper work but the warranty they gave me is also no refundable and cannot be canceled. Do not buy a car from this place.
