I was so impressed that Ann jumped right in to opine what it was because I don't know much about cars. She directed me to the auto parts store to get a particular hose, I returned and she and Octavio went to town immediately! Tools, attachments, funnel and Ann even gave some of her specialized antifreeze that she said would really do the job. They burped the engine of air, put cap on and I was good to go! I can't complain about the price either, way less than I expected. Ann is very personable knowledgeable and said she teaches the public in classes how to fix their cars. What a generous person and establishment! Go there if you have any little issue not just transmission!!

I had to go there and hand them the phone multiple times. I would show up during business hours to the gate locked. Ultimately I sat there one day and waited for them to open the gate and got it towed to the dealership and it was fixed within weeks. I do not recommend them at all. Poor communication and total lack of respect. When my vehicle was towed away they called the tow company stating they owed them fees for vehicle storage after they explicitly told me I didn't owe them a dime. Highly recommend you go elsewhere.

Jens N. Don't trust this shop! Last February (early 2025) I…read morehad several routine maintenance odds and ends performed and they seemed to do ok (albeit not exactly what I asked for) except on the serpentine belt replacement. Initially, they didn't even replace it even though I was charged for it. Didn't notice till I got home and checked under the hood and realized it still had old serpentine belt with cracked ribs. I brought it in the next business day, and they said new belt was on the part shelf, but they had missed it in the rush to get done before closing. The service manager told me that he would replace it himself to get me on my way quickly, which seemed great at the time. Come to find ~14 months later that it clearly had been routed wrong (one of the smooth idler pulleys had been grooved by belt ribs running across it, and the tensioner had been maxed out to make up the difference. I can't even believe it worked so long the way was (the flat side of belt had a large groove, worn down to the reinforcing threads, where it had been rubbing on part of the engine block), but in the end it cost me ~$1600.00 to have grooved idler pulley, maxed out tensioner pulley (that was stuck), and belt replaced by a shop that knew what they were doing. -2006 Toyota Tacoma SR5 4.0L
