Price and availability…read more Price and availability these guys were fantastic. They are my new auto repair company.

The last 4 times I went there I waited in the lobby for so many hours. If I had known it would be that long I would have went home. The last time was 5 and a half hours in the lobby! I tried to go home at hour 3 and was asked to stay (telling me it would be soon.) The prices have really gone up. He wouldn't charge me to look at it so I thought I was getting a good deal but with the high pricing it made up for it. Several hundred dollars cheaper at other places when I called around. I got an oil change here and I made an appointment for it. I waited 3 and a half hours in the lobby and it cost a little over 100$. I mentioned I was feeling the transmission slipping and was told they would take a look at it. At checkout they said nothing, I asked them about it and another 20 minutes later they came back and said it was fine maybe I could get a tune up soon. I brought it in again a few weeks later still with the transmission slipping. They said they found a sensor out and a few other things. I paid a little over 1000$ two separate times within 3 months. Each time I asked is it worth it, to fix it? What about the transmission? I got round about answers and was told fixing it was a good option. Now after putting almost 4000$ into it within a year my transmission needs to be replaced and I can't afford to fix it or get another vehicle! I don't have words for how I feel about that. I really trusted Adrian and so I trusted his crew and I feel like they really let me down and put me in a bad spot. I'm a single mom and I needed the honesty and care I had gotten from Adrian at the beginning but I guess things change.

The good folks at K-Pro were able to squeeze me in quickly and put my mind at ease. They found the issue and gave me some options and assured me no safety issues. When I got back from vacation I went straight back to replace the front struts and now the car drives better than it ever did. Or at least it feels that way! Great service, talked me through the issues, reasonable prices, and people who cared about me. As a side bonus, some of the best honey around is made by the owner and sold here and a few other places in town.

NO INTEGRITY! I paid the proprietor Jim Kirkham over $5000…read more(in full) for 2 old disassembled Chevy trucks including 2 engines(with a $1000 agreed value). He advertised this package on Facebook Marketplace but the money was processed on a credit card through his business KPro Auto making it a business transaction. He gave me a verbal ok to pick it up in a "month or two" because I'm a U.S. Navy Service Disabled Veteran and needed help from my son (who is a U.S. Army Service Disabled Veteran wounded in Syria 2023) to move it all. Jim didn't lift a finger to help at all. He mostly stood around and arrogantly made wisecracks about our automotive ignorance. After picking up the trucks and assorted parts, I had a change in plans and did not take delivery of the old original engines, one was very rusty on the inside. Jim (the owner) refused to refund me, in part I suspect because he was insulted and embarrassed that I found broken glass in his home made honey(that's when relations broke down). I paid in full for everything ahead of time and have receipts to prove it. I don't owe him a penny. No labor on his part was involved. He also gave me 2 counterfeit Bills of Sale for the trucks with fraudulent signatures of the prior owners. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! JIM IS A VERY SHADY DISHONEST CHARACTER! He still refuses to refund my $1000.

Inside, I was given a very thorough but understandable website page that explained all of the recommended services, as well as things that were found to be of critical importance. None of the "critical" items were those tell-tale items found at other shops that cost a fortune, and were just fine the day before. These were actually necessary things that I had actually brought my vehicle in for. The staff was knowledgeable, and they really do specialize in German vehicles. They're not just another auto shop that makes that claim, they really did have other German vehicles being worked on at the time I picked up mine. Not only do I plan to go back, but I'd recommend them over the dealer, since they are trying to keep their costs down to pass on to their customers.

Had explained when the appointment was made that this was our daughter's car and she needed it to back to college on the Monday after our Thursday appointment. They're not honest.
