I was so impressed that Ann jumped right in to opine what it was because I don't know much about cars. She directed me to the auto parts store to get a particular hose, I returned and she and Octavio went to town immediately! Tools, attachments, funnel and Ann even gave some of her specialized antifreeze that she said would really do the job. They burped the engine of air, put cap on and I was good to go! I can't complain about the price either, way less than I expected. Ann is very personable knowledgeable and said she teaches the public in classes how to fix their cars. What a generous person and establishment! Go there if you have any little issue not just transmission!!

I had to go there and hand them the phone multiple times. I would show up during business hours to the gate locked. Ultimately I sat there one day and waited for them to open the gate and got it towed to the dealership and it was fixed within weeks. I do not recommend them at all. Poor communication and total lack of respect. When my vehicle was towed away they called the tow company stating they owed them fees for vehicle storage after they explicitly told me I didn't owe them a dime. Highly recommend you go elsewhere.

I don't leave a ton of reviews, but this place is definitely worth it!…read more A couple months ago, my truck door was blown open as I was exiting it in Mount Vernon during a windstorm and since then I was hearing terribly loud wind noise. The door wasn't closing against the frame right, not sealing, bent..or something. It was driving me batty! I've had my truck since it was brand new and was devastated with this issue, thinking it was ruined forever (seriously!) and/or would cost an arm and a leg to fix...or replace the door, mechanisms, etc. I stopped by Camano Body Shop while running some errands and spoke with Glenn. He took great time and care to listen to my issue and examined the door, hinge, etc., telling me what he was seeing the whole time (in layman's terms I understood!). He snapped some detailed photographs, took my information down, and had the repair quote(s) to me within hours! I made the appointment soonafter. I dropped my truck off with Glenn at the shop at 9 and he called me sometime just after 11, saying it was done!!! They fixed the problem and were able to stay on the low end of the quote (thank goodness!). He explained what all they did to fix it, and they had even washed my vehicle for me, which I didn't expect at all! I'm very happy and relieved to report there is NO more wind noise! HUGE thank you to Glenn and the guys at Camano Body Shop...YOU GUYS ROCK!!! :)

She was going 50mph and did $25,000 in damages to my truck and it took over 4 months to repair. Parts is what took so long since the trucks has the new body style. Repairs were done so well you wouldn't ever known it was rear ended. Three months after I got it back a lady ran a red light smashing the whole front end. That repair was a little under $13,000 to repair. Thankfully it only took three weeks to repair. Repairs were done so well you can't ever tell the front was completely smashed. I tell everyone about Camano Body Shop. Christian always has a smile on his face and a positive attitude about everything. I thought great customer service was gone until I met Christian.

He got my daughter's kia on the schedule sooner than the rest. After a short diagnosis period..the verdict came back.....the transmission was just plain worn out (as I had expected). Shane got it out and into the trans shop. I believe his shop time to do so was better than the trans shops rates...and a world better than the dealers. Shane was very responsive, understood my concerns (its my college kids car) and got it completed in a timely fashion (despite being at the mercy of a busy trans shop and having a full schedule himself. Ive asked around and my car friends agree, the final cost was a good deal. Most of all, it was nice talking to a wrench turner/owner/local small business owner rather than a service manager of a chain or dealer.

Less than 100 miles later, the problem came back. I had to get everything replaced, and I had to pay for it a second time. When it happened a third time, I gave up and sold the car. I just did not want to deal with it anymore. The new owner later told me it was just a clogged brake line. Also, the shop lost the cap to my brake fluid reservoir. They denied it and did not have a replacement.

I put my truck in to have the windshield wipers fixed which I assumed was the motor. It took them 3…read moredays to diagnose it and that was after telling me a specific date to come in. When I went to pick up the truck because it took so long they gave me an estimate of $800 to fix the windshield wipers motor and linkage. To fix the motor they estimated 500 plus and that was after they took off the $186 they charge me to diagnose the issue. I took it in to get the windshield wipers fixed. When I went to pick it up they charged me $186 to diagnose not only the windshield wiper issue but they chose on their own to also check my brakes and something else. I did not give them permission or request to have them do this. I would not have objected to maybe $100 even though my friend diagnosed it was the windshield wiper motor simply by turning on the ignition and he heard no clicking or something like that which meant there was no power going to the box. They said they checked the wiring and the fuse even taking that into consideration I don't see where it would cost $186 for that amount of time. My main complaint is they went beyond what I asked them to do they did not quote how much it would cost to diagnose this and I've heard this from other people that they go in to have something done and they charge for diagnosing things that weren't asked for. So basically I would just warn people if you're going to take your car or truck in you should ask them what it would cost to diagnose it. In addition I had had my brakes just fixed the month before so there was no reason to diagnose it. It cost me $800 to have my brakes done they quoted me 1800. This was just for the rear brakes.
