    I recently bought a nice 2004 Ford Escape that I am storing outside at my son's home in WA. I live in Alaska and I wanted a good exterior cleaning to help protect it from the rain that is typical in the winter. I read the reviews of Big's online and based on those reviews I decided to spend the extra money and use them for the detailing. I scheduled the service online using their website and that went very well...so far so good. I traveled back to Alaska before the appointment, so I had my family in WA make sure the Escape was unlocked and ready for the 1:30pm-6:30pm service. I got a notification via text that the technician was on the way, on time and that was great. Fast forward to later in the day. My daughter-in-law came home well before 6:30 and no one was there, but it was obvious someone was there and cleaned the car. Later that evening my son checked out the vehicle and found a number of areas that weren't done. The roof wasn't done, none of the door jambs were touched, inside glass wasn't clean and there was an area on the rear hatch that wasn't touched. My son took some good pictures and forwarded them to me. I contacted Mark R. at Big's and let him know about the issues that were found and that I wasn't too happy with the result, especially for the amount of money that was charged. I forwarded the pictures to him and after reviewing them he agreed the job wasn't up to their standards. He also said it was unusual as the technician assigned to the job was one of their better employees. He was very apologetic and scheduled a follow-up appointment to take care of what was missed. The follow-up appointment had to be rescheduled by Big's due to factors out of their control, but it did finally get done and the areas that were missed the first time were taken care of. What was unusual about the follow-up appointment is that it was scheduled for the entire day to be done sometime during the day. That was ok since the vehicle was unlocked, but I never got notification of the technician arriving or even that the work was done. I didn't get one word or follow-up call from anyone at the company asking how it went or if I was satisfied with the work. In summary, the promised service was eventually done, but not without a lot of hassle on my part trying to QC this long-distance and some inconvenience on my family's part. I don't know what the deal is, but based on my experience I would certainly hesitate recommending them to anyone .

    We have 2 cars and rarely drive one of them, especially since Covid came to town and my husband started permanently working from home. Our street parking is right under two beautiful flowering plum trees, which is great most of the time, just not so much in pollen season. Add to that the lack of convenient car washes in west Seattle and my car was looking a mess. Just about covered in pollen/moss - I dont even know. Gross. I looked on some local social media pages and Big's was recommended by a few people and I was really drawn to the mobile aspect of their service. Their interior/exterior package seemed a reasonable and comparable price to other detailing services in the area so I booked on their website and was able to get an appointment a few days later. There are some add on extras you can choose so I also opted to pay an additional $9 for extra moss removal because I think that's an understatement the way my car looked. The person scheduled to perform the detail sent me a text the morning of that he misjudged traffic and would be about an hour past the scheduled time. I appreciated the heads up, and since I didn't need the car, it wasn't an issue. He was nice and friendly, and seemed efficient at doing the job. He arrived at 10am and was done around 4pm. I will say that there was a moment of confusion when I did, essentially, the final walk through inspection when he was finishing up and I asked if he did the wax as the car was clearly clean but not that super wax shine and he hadn't and asked if I wanted the ceramic coating (because wax was harder to do and it didn't seem like he could or wanted to do wax). I did say yes please I would and I feel like if I didn't ask about it that he wouldn't have done it, even though it's listed in the services of the package. Everything else looks great and I'm happy with the service. They send out a confirmation text when the appointment is booked saying you can reply to the message with questions and I did reply asking if I needed to provide a hose and extension cord in addition to the outlets and spigot and never received a reply. So instead of having it ready for the detailer I had to go find it when he arrived. Obviously minor, but I would have had it out ahead of time if I knew he'd need it. We will definitely use them for our other car soon!

    Great service by Riley! My car was super dirty before he started working on it. He got to my house at 09:00AM and left around 06:00PM. Every single detail of the car was cleaned to perfection. Super happy with the service and highly recommend to everyone who is seeking to get their car looks and smell like brand new again to contact this company and to ask for Riley.

    DO NOT hire these people!! You are better off taking your car to the dealership it is from and paying the same amount for them to send it wherever they get it done. The convenience of coming here does not matter when you're paying $500 after tax and tip and I had to continuously point out things and ask such as can you please wipe the inside of my windows? They still have smudges from my dogs nose... Can you please take this piece of tape off of my door? Can you please vacuum the crumbs out of my center console??? I have no idea what he did all day but I went out to my car, open the center consul wiped a ton of crap out showed him and said this is not a $400 detail and he said "I agree". So, I gave him a little more time to try to work on the car then decide to go in and try to call and find out a solution but no one has returned my call I just received a generic text. I checked my email and the detail was supposed to be from 9 AM to 5 PM for eight hours he was supposed to detail my truck this was not a window this was how long it said it would take. So I told him at 3 PM (he said he was done at 2:30) That I have to start getting ready for an event and cannot keep checking but hopefully he would stay and make it right. He got very upset, threw his tools down, and told me to "go tell his boss and write my review". Update- manager contacted me. Apologized. Offered partial refund (did not receive) and to send a second detailer out. A second detailer was sent out to try and fix this but the bottom line is, I will never use this company again and will adamantly advocate AGAINST them. Second guy was nice and all but why can't anyone seem to do their job? They don't have the proper tools and detergents? (My SUV is a 2020. That's as old and any dirt or dust can be so it's not even a big job to begin with) I'm not sure what the deal is but coming from a dealership where we sent cars out I know of many shops that do an amazing job. It's hard to understand why it can't be done mobile but trust me just drop your car off at the dealership it's probably $20 less and oh well you're without your car for a day but it will be sparkling clean!

    12/10! Nathan absolutely crushed it. Super laid back, yet very professional and a joy to work with. He spent the full day detailing and cleaning my dads truck and it looks better than it did the day it was pulled off the lot. The formula they use to clean the interior and exterior of the truck made it shine like I've never seen before. I got home to review the vehicle and was shocked by how thorough of a job he did. He even successfully removed road paint that had dried to the exterior paint. This was the perfect birthday gift for my dad and he will continue to use Big's for all of his vehicles moving forward. I can't thank y'all enough. You're in good hands with Nathan and can't go wrong with Big's!

    100% worth it. After a couple years of randomly cleaning the interiors & exterior of my truck, it feels good to have a professional give it that new look/smell again. Easy to forget how clean your truck can look, especially being on construction sites daily and getting used to things being a bit "in progress". Scheduling was easy: filled out an online form, selected some options, and pre-paid. I missclicked upon checkout and, thinking I messed up the payment, I gave their phone number a call. Immediately spoke with someone who confirmed I was all good. Very professional. The guy who showed up, Tate, was timely and got right to work. Got finished up a little early and called me to check things out. No complaints here! For the price I paid compared to the obvious improvement to my truck, I definitely look forward to using these guys again.

    AMENDMENT TO MY INITIAL REVIEW: after my Yelp review was negative, the GM Paul reached out to me and extended a hand to help correct what the initial detailer missed / did not do. We agreed on a date and time for him to come help fix my SUV and he actually completely detailed my SUV. He showed me the car after completion and said that "this is the standard" that the company works towards and it was dreamy. My car looked and felt like it had been completely detailed, every nook had been cleaned. Paul also took the time to write a note to me that he left in my car expressing his appreciation for giving them a second chance. Though my first experience was not good (1/5 stars) my most recent experience "as should be the standard" was a 5/5.

    We had them come out and clean the inside of an old, nasty 15 passenger van. It looks fantastic! I plan on using them again for sure!

Didn't bother wiping the headrest or the trunk of the car was dirty.... Needlessly to say it was a lousy job.... I left my car there for 8.5 hours... His excuse was he was by himself but I did make an appointment.. They wanted to correct their mistakes by giving me a wash and wax.... They corrected the interior detailing but the wax and wash again was not up to par. The son Kevin said he could get that done in 30 minutes after he already had my car for 5.hours trying to correct the interior detailing.... I paid $550 dollars with a certificate I could give someone or use it myself.... I don't know anyone besides my son and he doesn't want it .. I don't want to go back to this lousy company and will let everyone know it's terrible. Terrible service and a waste of time

    The Finest Mobile Detailing was on time and they did a good job cleaning the car. I left the car…read morein the driveway unlocked so they could clean it whenever they arrived. They texted me to tell me they were done and then they left. Later I went out to inspect the car and I immediately noticed there was a 3" rip in the passenger front door tint. My car is a 2003 Jetta. I also noticed the center arm rest was down. (I had left it up since it gets in the way of shifting) I put the arm rest back up and the top of it flopped down. This was because they had broken the armrest catch. I immediately contacted them and we agreed I would order the armrest part from Amazon and replace it myself since it was only $7. At first he denied noticing anything was wrong the armrest or the tint. (Impossible to miss a 3" rip...) Finally he said he would send out a guy to replace the tint on that window. He confirmed this via text and a phone call. I contacted him 3-4 days later when I hadn't heard from him and he replied saying the tint guy would be out early next week. Since then, I have contacted him many times and he never responds... I ended up having to pay $165 to remove all the tint on my car since the tint place I took it to said the new tint on that window would look different than the old tint on the other windows. (due to the age of the tint and different tint materials they use now) They recommended re-tinting the entire car or removing the tint. I chose removing the tint. I sent the tint place's receipt to The Finest Mobile Detailing and no response as usual. Also the floormats were pretty wet, which he didn't mention to me. I had to put the floormats in the garage so they could dry out so the car didn't smell like mildew. I DO NOT recommend using The Finest Mobile Detailing! Thanks.

Doing the flatbed is extra cost.This was my 1st time experience this mobile cleaning. Will, did an awesome job! He was considerate , kind, friendly, helpful . One of the vehicle had heavy food stain especially the rug because they do cooked food & produce like fruits and vegetable pick ups that Will, had to come the next day to finish it. We were satisfied and worth the price to pay. Wish I took an after shot pictures of the three vehicles because all vehicles looks particularly brand new. Thank you Will for your awesome service .
