Jeff was incredibly fast to respond and even came out to our house for a inspection, which was huge! I wasn't able to get him photos ahead of time, but he understood the urgency and he offered to send his team to take a look in person, all within 24 hours. When I asked for a ballpark estimate, he didn't just throw out a number, he gave a super detailed breakdown of options from basic detailing all the way up to a full mold remediation overhaul. What really stood out to me was the transparency: after inspecting the car, he told me the issue wasn't as severe as I feared and recommended a less invasive service at lower cost that made sense for our situation. No upselling, zero pressure: just a realistic assessment of what the car actually needed. From the assessment to completion, the entire process truly felt like white-glove service. During the cleaning, they checked in periodically and gave updates. They were thoughtful about setting expectations around stains that might not come out completely, and they clearly took a lot of pride in their work. Interior and exterior detail on a Yukon XL. I told Jefferson over the phone that it wasn't that dirty, but then I looked and it was pretty rough and musty smelling. I can't say enough good things about Jeff and his team. My daughter's car had been sitting for about a year, and we discovered it had developed mold, much worse than I initially realized. To start with, He was the only service out of the 6 I contacted via Yelp that suggested I come and show him the car so he could give me an accurate estimate. I really appreciated that offer because all of the others simply bid without seeing my car. Next, He asked me what I was looking for. I told him detailing inside and out. After looking at my car, he told me that the interior did not need to be detailed and he would not take my money for it. He gave me an extremely good estimate, much less than the others. Plus, he offered to do the detailing on the spot. He gave me a ride home after telling me it would take about three hours. Jeff does great work. If you have multiple cars, he will give a little leeway with discount since he doesn't have to come out another time to detail your other cars. He also offers a monthly or few month package for detailing so be sure to check that out. Jeff and the crew's work was so good that I made a Yelp account for the first time, took pictures of the great results, and am writing a review less than an hour after they've left. :-D A surprise to me, they took out the back seats to clean them which revealed some surprises (not of the good kind)... namely I saw goldfish in the picture Jeff snapped which means the dealership I bought this gently used car from didn't even take the seats out to wash them. (My assumption given that my dog has been the only backseat passenger and he's never had goldfish) Bad on the dealership - Great on Jeff and the crew!! I asked for only interior detail because the owners of the property in which I live wouldn't want the car wash soap getting into the garden.
