When I got a nicer new car I knew that I wanted a ceramic coating. I have never had one before, so this was new to me. I talked to experienced acquaintances who told me not to buy from the dealer, but to get a pro specialist to do the job. I'm so glad I did that. I looked around and got some quotes. I found this place by reputation and they were competitive on price, professional, and knew their business. They helped me with ideas on how to improve the look of the car with chrome blackout and other aesthetic suggestions. They didn't charge much extra for those and really helped me like the look of the car better. They also did some extras gratis. They sent me pictures as they did the job and really helped me to get excited about their excellent work. I enjoyed the car for a year, did the proper care for it by hand washing regularly, reapplying the coating every few washes. Was really blown away at our 1 year appointment--they got a few stains out of the interior for a modest fee and now my car looks like new both inside and out again. The normal fee for the annual appointment to refresh the coating was $165 and they charged me just a fraction of that extra to take care of the minor interior stains and professionally condition the leather. They earned not only their fee but great tips each time I went because they far exceeded my expectations. I'm so happy I chose to give this shop my business. read more

Been holding off my review for this as I wanted to see how it will hold with time. Got frontal ppf done and all around tints here in 2021. The tints are still in nearly perfect shape, and the ppf is still holding very well. I would recommend them to anyone. Pricing is decent, at least in 2021. Update! I was so pleased with the Tacoma, I also had the CRV detailed as well. There were some scratches, but not nearly as bad a the truck. Gregg continued his excellent and above/beyond customer service by working me on my schedule - he claimed there was a cancellation. Not sure if that was true, or just the way he does customer service - likely the later. The CRV turned out amazing. The scratches GONE! I feel like it's a whole new car. The best way to reward a business for their excellent service 1) referrals, 2) your repeat business and 3) good reviews. I got my car windows tinted and he was very patient with me and showed me what each of the options looked like. The guys also finished earlier than expected! There is a reason why this business has a solid five star rating. I came to them to tint the front windows of my new car to match the rest of the windows. It matches perfectly. In addition, I asked them to wrap the front of the car to prevent paint chips. Again, seamless application. Of course there are a couple of places in the area where you can get very good product like this, so it's the personable and charismatic service of Greg and his team that put him over the top. Accutint NW did a detail for one of my cars a few years back, and they did an amazing job (large white dogs with black interior - they worked a miracle). It can be difficult to navigate the auto services industry as a woman (everyone wants to tell you why you don't know what you want), but there are a few gems out there. Gregg is one of those gems. It was so refreshing to hear, "yes, we can do that." Full stop. Then, when I did ask questions, Gregg provided me information without trying to influence my decision. Just honest answers and tips. He was kind, his team did a great job, and Gregg cared that I was happy with the job. Seriously, I cannot recommend them enough. Paid $165 for extremely, extremely thorough cleanout of a car featuring wax stains, mud shoe prints, crumbs of indefinite origins, sweat stains, food, and other grotesqueries. (Hey, I have kids, and it had been two years). The whole process took about four hours. Bring food; there isn't much of anything great to eat nearby. But the adjoining lounge is pretty decent with comfortable chairs, fast WiFi, fancy coffee (vivace!), pop, etc. Only downside! Now the car is so clean, I want to ban my kids from the car. read more

Took my car in to have my car UN tinted. The tint on my Honda was my ex's idea and I didn't have the time or want the hassle of getting the windows un-tinted. The detail: They did a meticulous job on a 3 year old car that had car seat food messes and gunk everywhere. Getting the car back was like stepping into a brand new one. Totally worth the money. The tint: Gregg went over all tint options and didn't pressure me in any way. In the end, the tint was cut perfectly on a car with tricky little side windows, and while it was expensive, I think it's worth using a reputable shop like this instead of someone's tinting business being run out of their home garage. The peace of mind of a warranty and backing up the workmanship is worth paying a little bit more in the long run. Greg was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. I took my GTI here to get it tinted 15% and the work was amazing. It took about 3-4 hours which was fine as I went to class and came back and picked it up. To those with GTIs, I extremely recommend this place as they did the small window in front of the side mirror without any issues.
