I like not having to deal with employees or any upsell. It's easy for me to drive in and out without assistance. It is completed relatively fast and has drying at the end. I hadn't been in a minute and went again recently and found that the prices were much higher. I think this will keep me from returning in the future. I understand that prices are increasing everywhere, but I really think a car wash should be more affordable. If my car came out perfectly clean I guess I would be okay with it, but even the cheapest option is not very reasonable. Because this is automated my car only comes out slightly cleaner than when it went in, I get that a car wash machine can only do so much, but for the price now I would really want it cleaner or I will just have to wash it again really soon. I think I will explore other options, but this is still a good option in a pinch.

On a beautiful Saturday the Lynnwood locations car wash was unfortunately closed. Against our better judgement we went to the dreaded Alderwood location to clean our son's car. The car wash started and immediately the middle of the windshield cracked and then spidered into the entire windshield. We reported the incident immediately and took several photos. There was no manager on duty on a Saturday? We then contacted him first thing Monday morning. He insisted we drive the car back where he told us the crack was in the inside...hmm. I guess not only is he a weekday manager but also a glass expert. We have tried several times to get anyone (else) to return our calls to no avail and there is apparently no other manager to talk to at anytime onsite. Our insurance has told us they will not cover it as it is considered third party damage. Not to mention at time of purchase on the inspection of the vehicle no windshield damage was found. So my (Autistic) 16 year old is left with a car that is illegal to drive. Thanks Levine family, we will never use your company again. We will now determine if this is worth pursuing in small claims court.

Perfunctory work…read more Didn't really try to do a complete job. There was dirt between the door and the car, around the door handles, and next to other trim. Spots on the leather. Didn't dress the leather, which it really needed. There were still large stains on the rim under the hood; we asked them to work on it, but they said they couldn't, as it needs a hard brush to remove and they don't use that. Went home, spent 5 minutes with cleaning wax and it was basically gone. See photo for the before, they wouldn't touch this. This wasn't due to a very dirty car. They allocate 4 hours, but only took a bit over 3 hours, so it's not as if they spent lots of time on other parts. When I got home, I spent about 45 minutes completing the work they didn't do. Overall, a pretty meh job, especially for the price. Not horrible, just meh.

The employees left SOMEONE ELSE's belongings in the trunk! We had to drive back to return it. Enployee offered a free re-do service. We refuse to waste more time on a poor service. I took my Tesla through their wash, and their harsh, caustic chemical soaps completely scorched and stripped the black anodized window trim around the entire vehicle. Look at the photos -- the trim is completely ruined with deep rainbow chemical burning and heavy discoloration. This is not just water spots or soap residue; the chemical reaction severely oxidized the factory finish down to the metal. Getting all the exterior window mouldings and pillar trim replaced and repaired is going to cost thousands of dollars out of pocket. When you pay for a car wash, you expect safe, surface-friendly soap, not industrial-grade chemical stripping. If you drive a Tesla or any vehicle with black anodized trim, avoid Aloha Car Wash at all costs. They completely ruined my car's appearance and caused thousands of dollars in damages. I had Competition Orange Wilwoods on the front of my Ram and asked them to paint-match the factory rear calipers. Not "paint them orange." Actually make them look like they belonged with the fronts. They nailed it. We tested them again with a tint job on another vehicle. Flawless. Then tint on my truck. Also flawless. And now a full ceramic coating on the Ram. The ceramic is crazy. I picked the truck up in the rain, which is an unfortunate way to see it for the first time, but also a pretty great demonstration. Water basically refuses to stay on any surface. Paint, glass, trim, wheels. The whole truck looks ridiculous. They also gave me a loaner while they had it. From a small specialty shop. I did not expect that. So that's four jobs now. Zero defects. Flawless customer service. Reasonable pricing. No surprises. They do exactly what they say they're going to do, and every result has been right the first time. I mean, what else can you ask for? Five stars. Easy.

I contacted my original installer to have them take a look, but unfortunately, they never returned my message. I then reached out to Benchmark, and they got back to me right away. I showed them the issue, and they were able to take care of the situation for me. The staff was friendly, professional , and very easy to talk to. I really appreciate the great customer serve, especially considering they weren't the company that originally installed my PPF. I will definitely be brining my future business to Benchmark and would highly recommend them.

Booked a mobile appointment for my husband as his very first Father's Day gift…read more Thought we were good to go until I received a call and a text at 9pm the night before our morning appointment telling me that they would need to reschedule as well as charge me an additional $100+ fee for travel. I made my appointment 2 weeks prior so the fact that I wasn't made aware of this fee until the night before the service is crazy. I opted to cancel my appointment all together, I'm not a fan of how they manage their business. I'm also super disappointed that the gift my husband was so excited for won't happen until I can find someone else to detailed his truck - hopefully someone more reliable.
