All car details are set up via the Tommy Club phone app; car make/model, license number and credit card info. Once my trial package expired, I was automatically enrolled in the unlimited "Works" package for $42.99 +tax, for a total of $47.25 a month. As a member, I not only get unlimited washes, I am able to bypass the cashier window and the lines that are associated with it. The gate arm automatically reads my license and allows passage. During the winter month's I pause my subscription via the app "My Garage" feature. Pause selections are 1, 2 or 3 months. I receive an email notification once I am nearing the time-frame of my subscription reactivating. This summer, I referred a friend and was awarded a $15 credit plus one free month of unlimited washes. My friend was offered the first month of unlimited washes free as well. My account was credited after my friend decided to keep their membership past their free trial. Interior cleaning services are free; mat washers and vacuuming. Tommy's is efficient, swift and uncluttered. There are staff members around if one need assistance; otherwise, human engagement is minimal.
