DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! STAY FAR AWAY! Do NOT bring your vehicle to Aloha Car Wash in Bothell unless you want harsh chemicals scorching your vehicle's finish. I took my Tesla through their wash, and their harsh, caustic chemical soaps completely scorched and stripped the black anodized window trim around the entire vehicle. Look at the photos -- the trim is completely ruined with deep rainbow chemical burning and heavy discoloration. This is not just water spots or soap residue; the chemical reaction severely oxidized the factory finish down to the metal. Getting all the exterior window mouldings and pillar trim replaced and repaired is going to cost thousands of dollars out of pocket. When you pay for a car wash, you expect safe, surface-friendly soap, not industrial-grade chemical stripping. If you drive a Tesla or any vehicle with black anodized trim, avoid Aloha Car Wash at all costs. They completely ruined my car's appearance and caused thousands of dollars in damages. No stars, but had to select at least one, we went to Aloha 8/3/26 about 9:30, there was one bay open 4 people in line. We purchased our wash and waited out turn. Our car was not rinsed or blown dry but we needed to exit, we talked to the attendant on site about our car being unrinsed and wet, she said one of their major complaints is the cars not being dry; but if we drove fast it would blow off. We went home wet our car down and hand dried it. Would not recommend this place. read more

My favorite car wash in the Bothell/ Everett! The prices don't compete with nearby businesses because of the water pressure and outcome. Since Bothell Everett Hwy can get busy I recommend coming in the morning or on the weekend. Khalid helped facilitate and provided outstanding customer service. read more

I've been going here for 5+ years and this is the first time I've experienced an overcharge on my debit card. I purchased a 1 time cleaning and my card was charged $198.90. I've emailed them twice and still have not received a response. When prompted to print a receipt the kiosk did not provide me with one. This car wash company is a no-go for me. Be careful. I bought the carwash on March 4, 2025. The machine charged $99.45 but didn't print the receipt or give out the code. They do not take phone calls even though their website has the phone number. I sent an email on the 5th, today is 3/19, and they still have not responded to the refund on my card. 1 Star for non-existent customer service I accidentally drove my large suv into the stall too far and it messed up the sensors resulting in the car wash not starting. There were no attendants on site to help, so I just had to pull out without getting the $22 car wash I paid for. The facility is a majority of the time that I've seen it broken down and only one or two booths are open. The facility itself has a cleanliness issue. The mat cleaners are always broken, and the machines themselves look like they need a cleaning. Just 1 STAR for their pay station as it will CHARGE YOU 10 TIMES THE MONEY UNLESS YOU ARE REALLY CAREFUL! 2 STARS in total because they refunded me the money and the wash itself was great. I consider myself an observant person, however this system got me. When I pulled my vehicle at the pay station, it asked me to select the kind of wash - no issues so far. Then it forced me to add a phone number to "start a workbook" and there was no clear way to back out. I entered the phone number, then it went to a screen which showed in really small letters that the charge was $140! I obviously failed to notice it until later when it showed the same small text in payment confirmation massage. The card slot was blinking already after I went past the phone entering screen so that I can rush to make a payment, so smart! It was only after I got the charge notification from my bank that I realized they sold me a $140 package for 10 car washes. I would never in my conscious mind select such an option. When I reached out to the company, they mentioned in a text message that I can select "no thanks" somewhere in that workflow. I don't understand why I need to click a button for something that I never wanted! After some convincing they mentioned that THEY ARE CHANGING THE PAY STATION SYSTEMS EVERYWHERE and apparently this had already been replaced in Woodinville's location. Wonderful car wash. Touch-less . Haven't found another in the area with a carpet washer. I love that thing!!! I do a bunch of outdoor stuff & um it's Seattle so those things get muddy all the time. They switched to credit cards ONLY, thank GOD!! Cuz ew change, who carries cash anymore?! #COVID-19 This wash is in a pretty busy location so sometimes there can be a traffic jam since the entrance to the wash is so close to the main road. BUT there are 3 different stalls so the lines go fairly quickly. There are a few options to choose from starting from a BASIC $8 Wash (my to-go since it does the trick) up to $16 for a DELUXE Wash with Extra shine/coating. The experience through the wash of course is everyone's favorite part, all colorful and bright. I save this for last after I'm done vacuuming and washing my carpets, it's like icing on the cake! read more

Okay, so here's another update for Aloha Car Wash Company as requested by Aloha Car Wash. Aloha Car Wash Company finally made it right! It only took multiple calls, texts, emails, comments, a bad review on Yelp, involving the Better Business Bureau AND a month of my time jumping through all those hoops to get my $24.31 back but damn if they didn't come through. So after that month not only did I get my refund, but they included a couple of free carwash codes for my "inconvenience" and a request to update my review to reflect this "resolution". I added a star to my review. The "COULD'VE BEEN BETTER" star because you know what? It could've been better. Again, not a dig on the carwash service as I believe it does a wonderful job of cleaning and protecting my rigs. This is all about how when things don't work their customer service lacked in response and execution. Yes, they did follow through....eventually, but seriously, it took a month, my time and a third party (I think it's the third party that helped with their follow through otherwise I'd still be waiting)?! I went threw there car wash and it did major damage to my car. The car wash missed spots worst $18 I've spent. Car has to go to body shop to get repaired. And to follow up I tried to contact the company and sent pictures and all the information they asked for and then nothing. It's been almost two months and no follow threw or response.
