My favorite car wash in the Bothell/ Everett! The prices don't compete with nearby businesses because of the water pressure and outcome. Since Bothell Everett Hwy can get busy I recommend coming in the morning or on the weekend. Khalid helped facilitate and provided outstanding customer service. read more

My husband put $180 of car washes on his Visa. It's only been used twice. (He has been ill and I found his receipt) I went to wash my car but the machine would not read the barcode on the receipt. Also, the code number could not be punched in as there was no keypad! I had to pay for the wash, even though we have around $150 in credit with your co! And there is no customer service!! read more

I've been going here for 5+ years and this is the first time I've experienced an overcharge on my debit card. I purchased a 1 time cleaning and my card was charged $198.90. I've emailed them twice and still have not received a response. When prompted to print a receipt the kiosk did not provide me with one. I usually don't have a problem... but on the evening of 4/18/2025 (see below for video link), we paid about $20 to use the car wash only to have nothing come out of the nozzles except light sprays of water. If Aloha's customer service was actually responsive, I wouldn't be writing this review. But we've reached out twice already to their website inbox (because they don't have a listed email or number on their website) and have not heard back. I REGRET GOING HERE!!!! Last time I'm going to aloha car wash. I took my brand new car into the wash and drove out with the car paint looking like it is from 2005. The chemicals destroyed all the trims and roof racks on the car. All the black trims look like colorful cheetahs now. I've been to multiple other touchless car washes and I've been fine every time. 1 Star for non-existent customer service I accidentally drove my large suv into the stall too far and it messed up the sensors resulting in the car wash not starting. There were no attendants on site to help, so I just had to pull out without getting the $22 car wash I paid for. I've filled out the "Contact Us" web form on their website twice now to ask for a refund or a coupon code for another wash but and have yet to receive a response. Boo!!! read more

The facility is a majority of the time that I've seen it broken down and only one or two booths are open. The facility itself has a cleanliness issue. The mat cleaners are always broken, and the machines themselves look like they need a cleaning. They used to be a very clean and well serviced facility and at this point time I will not be going back. read more

I finally made it up to the Bothell location after receiving a free code from the owner when I experienced issues at the new Woodinville location. The Bothell location seems to be so much better, from an app system that works (still not optimal), to the quality of wash and overall value. The drying at the end could still be better, but leaves the car dry enough for a towel finish to get a nice spot free shine. Although I'm seldom in the area, I'll certainly stop in again when I'm in the area and need a wash. read more

Just 1 STAR for their pay station as it will CHARGE YOU 10 TIMES THE MONEY UNLESS YOU ARE REALLY CAREFUL! 2 STARS in total because they refunded me the money and the wash itself was great. I consider myself an observant person, however this system got me. When I pulled my vehicle at the pay station, it asked me to select the kind of wash - no issues so far. Then it forced me to add a phone number to "start a workbook" and there was no clear way to back out. I entered the phone number, then it went to a screen which showed in really small letters that the charge was $140! I obviously failed to notice it until later when it showed the same small text in payment confirmation massage. The card slot was blinking already after I went past the phone entering screen so that I can rush to make a payment, so smart! It was only after I got the charge notification from my bank that I realized they sold me a $140 package for 10 car washes. I would never in my conscious mind select such an option. When I reached out to the company, they mentioned in a text message that I can select "no thanks" somewhere in that workflow. I don't understand why I need to click a button for something that I never wanted! After some convincing they mentioned that THEY ARE CHANGING THE PAY STATION SYSTEMS EVERYWHERE and apparently this had already been replaced in Woodinville's location. It only took multiple calls, texts, emails, comments, a bad review on Yelp, involving the Better Business Bureau AND a month of my time jumping through all those hoops to get my $24.31 back but damn if they didn't come through. So after that month not only did I get my refund, but they included a couple of free carwash codes for my "inconvenience" and a request to update my review to reflect this "resolution". I added a star to my review. The "COULD'VE BEEN BETTER" star because you know what? It could've been better. Again, not a dig on the carwash service as I believe it does a wonderful job of cleaning and protecting my rigs. This is all about how when things don't work their customer service lacked in response and execution. Yes, they did follow through....eventually, but seriously, it took a month, my time and a third party (I think it's the third party that helped with their follow through otherwise I'd still be waiting)?! Wonderful car wash. Touch-less . Haven't found another in the area with a carpet washer. I love that thing!!! I do a bunch of outdoor stuff & um it's Seattle so those things get muddy all the time. They switched to credit cards ONLY, thank GOD!! Cuz ew change, who carries cash anymore?! #COVID-19 This wash is in a pretty busy location so sometimes there can be a traffic jam since the entrance to the wash is so close to the main road. BUT there are 3 different stalls so the lines go fairly quickly. There are a few options to choose from starting from a BASIC $8 Wash (my to-go since it does the trick) up to $16 for a DELUXE Wash with Extra shine/coating. The experience through the wash of course is everyone's favorite part, all colorful and bright. I save this for last after I'm done vacuuming and washing my carpets, it's like icing on the cake! read more

At first, I was happy (ish) with my car wash results so I bought a 10 wash punch card. I'm not exactly sure what changed but I don't see much soap and the green and purple formula is no longer there. I have to wipe my car with a microfiber towel and the towel ends up black. still bug splats all over my window. Not much of a car wash but does rinse the dust off. Washed my Tesla Model 3 here. The chemicals are quite caustic, and weren't rinsed off very well. Within 3 days, off-color spots began to appear on the trim that looked like it was corroding! The car was brand new, only about a week since I took delivery, so I called Tesla to have them look at it. They rinsed and dried the trim, then used a Magic Eraser to remove the discoloration, and advised me to not use the same touchless car wash location. Other cars may be fine, if they have different materials / finishes than the black trim on a Tesla, but I won't bring that car back there ever again. read more

Would give it five stars but the reason for the 4 stars is because this is the first car wash where you pay a fee for the wash (more on the pricy end) if you get the shine coat and then you also have to pay to vacuum a separate fee. In San Diego i use to pay a fee for the wash and vacuum all in one and it was a more reasonable price and also they provided clean cloths to dry your car. I decided to give this place another go after a nice message from the owner about how certain factors can affect the outcome of a wash and I swear my second time was worse. Since it wasn't hot out like my initial wash, there was a lot more water on my car after the drying phase, and same as last time, a bunch of water ran all over my car AFTER the $16 super-duper wash ended. The hood, roof, and especially my rear window were still very wet. Even after driving all the way home, lots of water everywhere. There's nothing special about me or my car. I'm an average guy with an average car. There are hundreds of vehicles that are exactly like mine. There's no reason why a car wash shouldn't be able to clean and dry my car better. $10 for the wash alone might be ok, but $16 for the not-so-good top package is not a good value. I tried getting some pics, but it was dark and it's not easy for me to show all the water droplets under street lights. $32 wasted on the top package is enough proof for me. That style of car wash is too ridiculous and chince for me. I can wash and not dry my car at home. read more
