I usually get the best one (about $18) because it has a lot of additions that actually work, including a double rinse which is essential for me. When I first went here, I thought I was going to have to do this wash plus the self service wash to get it clean because of how filthy my car was- the touchless wash literally got it all! The dryer is like any at other cars washes so if you want it completely dry after, I'd just wipe down the remaining drops with a microfiber towel really quick. It's worth noting that even if you don't wipe it down, it does not dry with any of those gross water spots so that's really nice. The self service wash is similar to all the others I've been to with similar pricing. Like all self service car washes, be sure to shoot the foaming scrub brush really quick with the water or soap from the hose in case the person ahead of you got a small stick or something stuck in the brush- this ensures you don't accidentally scratch your car! Grab a pack of microfiber towels from Costco or Amazon and you're good to go! Highly recommend this place - again the touchless car wash is the absolute best. The top tier option gets your car fully clean and the double rinse ensures ZERO SOAP RESIDUE which protects your paint. I've taken everything from our Chevy company trucks to Porches through this wash and have never been disappointed.

Side mirrors still had dust on them and sides of my car as well. Felt the vacuum was expensive. $0.50/minute. Spent $6 just to vacuum out my car on top of the $11 to wash it. Didn't fully finish vacuuming it out and didn't even bother to try the shampoo or spot remove option since I already spent that much. Would never come back here. Doesn't give you the option to use quarters, only their tokens and that machine only accepts 1's and 5's. There are other better options in the area that allow you both to use coins and your credit card to use the vacuum or purchase extras for cleaning out your vehicle. Would definitely try somewhere else with better options and prices.

They recently installed full PPF on our GR Corolla, and I'm still blown away by the attention to detail in the install. If you're looking for a reputable installer for PPF, ceramic, and tint, this shop is it! Not only do they do a phenomenal job on the install - their "post-install" support is the best I've experienced with any shop. The rental car is the icing on the cake and makes getting work done incredibly convenient.

I had my 2024 4Runner wrapped last January 2025 by Metropolitan Detail in Redmond. They did a…read morewonderful job and it looked better than I had ever seen it. In August I had been rear-ended by a much larger vehicle and had it repaired by a local collision company. After all the repairs were completed, I had Metropolitan Detail put another wrap around all the areas that had to be repaired or replaced. Made my 4Runner look like new again. In late December I accidently rubbed against a large yellow post with my front fender, in a tight parking lot. Lesson learned - do not park near any columns. In January I had Metropolitan Detail buff out the yellow paint and restore the right full fender flare. Since I did not have time to take it to Metropolitan Express beforehand, I was able to have it hand-washed at Metropolitan Detail during the same job. I picked it up on January 13th, and it looked like it just rolled off the show room at the Dealership, but only nicer. Metropolitan Detail does quality work and I continue to go back to them to help me keep my 4Runner in a super nice condition. Thank you, all for taking care of my 2024 4Runner.

Booked a mobile appointment for my husband as his very first Father's Day gift…read more Thought we were good to go until I received a call and a text at 9pm the night before our morning appointment telling me that they would need to reschedule as well as charge me an additional $100+ fee for travel. I made my appointment 2 weeks prior so the fact that I wasn't made aware of this fee until the night before the service is crazy. I opted to cancel my appointment all together, I'm not a fan of how they manage their business. I'm also super disappointed that the gift my husband was so excited for won't happen until I can find someone else to detailed his truck - hopefully someone more reliable.
