Posting on the website under Car wash

Updated Review 5/28/2023 Got a call from the owner of Kwick N Kleen today, the next morning so great on him for responding to my email which matched the text below in the review. He let me know that there was an error in the website updating and it reverted to an old pricing page. the company that manages the company website is fixing the pricing and the owner agreed that the employee who refused to honor the posted and advertised pricing should not have taken that position. I want to say a great job as an owner for taking responsibility for an error and going the extra step in calling the customer (me) to explain, Thank you. Original post. I looked up this business online today and came down for a special car wash. the price on the website was $9.18 plus tax (5/27/2023)when I got there they said The price was $11.xx and Mark the manager said that he would not honor the price on their website. I showed him the website on my phone and he did not care and even told me I was no longer a customer or welcome since I was arguing about their pricing error. This is both a very poor customer service issue (this posting to Google reviews) and a violation of WA state law RCW 19.94.390 "price not to be misleading, deceiving or misrepresented as advertised." Because of this, I have reported Kwick'N Klean to the WA state attorney general office of consumer affairs based on their website's advertised prices (not even under the specials page but under just car wash) this business fails the 2% rule under WA State consumer pricing laws 9 prices of your car wash packages on line are wrong (of to the best I can tell all 9 of your car wash prices when a consumer shows up. I asked Mark and the employees to honor the price their own website advertised that price and brought me down to get a wash, but instead of taking a few bucks off, Mark made the decision to invite a complaint to the state attorney general and negative posting online with details and photos of the false advertised prices for your car washes.

My rating does not reflect the quality of the service. Why? Because this is not a brushless car wash. I go to one just south of Seatac airport and am looking for an alternative when I am in the Edmonds area. I wasted 12 miles or so of driving from downtown Seattle because this business calls itself "brushless." Isn't it false advertising when I get there and cars are getting washed by four giant automatic brushes? That's exactly what I wanted to avoid. Anyway, pricing starts at $9.75 and goes up to $15.75. They use RainX. It seems to be new or at least well maintained and popular. There was a line practically from the street all the way to the back of the lot where you enter the single wash bay. There is a gas station also. Discount is given when combining gas purchase with a car wash. Arriving from the 5 (East), make an immediate right turn onto the lot. I will not have my car washed here because I spent hours getting scratches from other car wash places out of my car's paint. Been there, done that, not going to risk it again. When I think brushless, I think power jet sprays. This ain't it.

Drive thru, quick and super fast. One boy sprays the car first with this special soap to remove dirt all around the car before going into the giant brushes. 18 bucks for this wash and it got the whole perimeters or every corner of the car. The 2 boys working on the weekend are pleasant. It's nice! A few blocks from my house. Perfect! Here in Edmonds!

I received a coupon for their car wash from my dealership. Quick and thorough service. My car is still clean after a week of rain.

I make it my personal mission to ask him lots of pointless questions about nothing in particular and to be as cheerful as possible. I'm sure he thinks I'm crazy, but the look on his face when I walk in the store is like getting two bucks off the six pack of beer that I'm just about to buy. Last time I was there he had a friend with him behind the counter and they were both playing game-boys like a couple of 12 year old boys. I asked him what they were playing and he mumbled something about different games... Not sure what that means, so I asked him how much they charged for a $1 lottery ticket then bought a candy bar and walked out. Please note: If you want to use a credit card you have to buy more then $10 in a single purchase.

I was at the counter waiting to pay and noticed that particular item... While alluring, it was the KitKat I went with as the Games had yet to begin. The cashier was warm and friendly in her demeanor. This Walgreens is so bad…read more I recently changed insurance and had to switch from CVS in Lynnwood (a great pharmacy I never have issues with) to this Walgreens, and right from the get go there were problems. I called the pharmacy because I was going to run out of medication, and originally they said it would be done on the date I was calling. The person who answered the phone was so unbelievably rude. He barked at me "NAME?" "BIRTHDATE" etc. Then he tried to tell me that it was too early to get the prescription, and I had to wait until a specific date. I corrected him and pointed out that date had past two days ago. He then barked at me that they were out of my medication and would need to order it, and wouldn't have it ready for three days. He told me if I wanted it sooner I could call around other pharmacies. I tried calling the Lynnwood pharmacy on 99, and the phone kept ringing and ringing. Someone would pick up the phone and then immediately put it back on hold without any sort of greeting. I gave up at 15 minutes of this. I waited 3 more days for my script and had to call to make sure it could be filled because it magically "disappeared" off my profile as if I never requested it. This time a woman answered the phone who was polite and she said it could be ready later that day. I then use the drive thru to pick up my medication, where I'm waiting behind someone for about 7 minutes. Once they finally leave, I pull up to the window and the woman hurries away. There is a man stocking/pulling prescriptions for 10 minutes in front of me without acknowledging my presence. (Wtf?) Eventually the woman comes back and gets my prescription. I then schedule to get my flu and Covid vaccines at this location. I schedule at 11am and got there at 10:53am to check in. I sit until 11:40am to get these vaccines. Meanwhile, there is a small line of people forming to pick up their prescriptions, and the phone is ringing off the hook. One of the pharmacy workers starts getting terse with a customer who says "I'm not blaming you, I'm just trying to pick up my medication". It really didn't seem like it was that busy, and the pharmacy staff moved at a regular pace. For whatever reason everything was just...slow? I don't know if this place is chronically understaffed all the time, if the staff are mismanaged, or a combination of both, but this is the WORST pharmacy I've had to deal with in a long time. The saving grace was the one staff member who gave me my shots and was very friendly and social with me (which surprised me considering the other staff weren't like this). So I appreciate her maintaining positivity. TLDR; If you can avoid Walgreens, I would.

She just yelled it over and over from the computer that she was standing at. I'm felt humiliated. Everyone in the pharmacy area heard it, including the man standing behind me who gave me a strange look. She was acting like I was a nuisance or some kind of crazy addict. Since this medication is rare, I had no choice but to go to the ER since it is life threatening if I miss a dose. I then had to wait four hours in the ER and payed a $250. ER copay.
