Other Costco gas stations have already implemented the electronic screens showing what spots are open in each lane. Not sure why they STILL haven't added them at this location. The lines get crazier here because no one can tell which lines are open or shorter until it's too late, so there's usually always an imbalance. There's also a worker shed in the middle entrance, which obscures the lanes nearby and also makes multiple lanes tightly squeezed. No other Costco gas stations I've been to (even in other states) have their shed in such an obstructive spot. This station only has 2 pumps on each lane side, which is fewer than other stations, too. One time, someone's gas was spilling out of their car, and the workers there didn't communicate to everyone else behind in line that the spot was out of commission, so I was stuck next in line and not able to get out or turn around. I knew they had to act quickly on the cleanup, but none of the workers even bothered to put out a cone to show the lane was closed. read more

Always packed, but the prices make it worth the drive and the wait. Easily 40-50 cents less expensive than other petrol stations, Costco truly gives you the best deal out there. Costco gasoline is my go to when I need to fill up my tank. The prices cannot be beat, especially these days. Often times the gas station down the street is 10-15 cents more per gallon. The Costco warehouse location and gas station near 200th and Aurora/Hwy 99 is worth the annual membership alone. I'm not the frequent mega cart or pallet shopper though. Probably it's because I dislike crowds, long lines, lacking in pantry storage space, and gave up on that hot dog/soda deal awhile back. Yay to Costco's gas station at this particular Costco location (sadly not all Costco locations have a gas station)! While on vacation in Seattle, my husband and I decided to fill up our car rental's tank this afternoon, shortly before 2:50 pm. A small line, but not too long of a wait. What surprises me about this gas station is that there is diesel gas available, not something you see too common California Costco gas stations. Anyways, as other fellow Yelp members had mentioned, the gas station is available to Costco members. However, you can actually get around that by using a Costco gift card to pay for your gas, regardless if you are a member or not. As long as someone can get you a gift card from Costco (with money on it), you can pump your gas here. Just some additional notes to mention: Upon this visit, unleaded is currently $3.30/ gallon. Costco gas is great. Its cheap and if you get in early in the day its quick. Only issues here is they open after 6 am. Since there is not attendant on duty I dont see why they are not open 24/7. If you dont get here first thing in the morning expect to wait. And it does not matter what side of your car the gas cap is the hoses stretch. Which is ok I guess but it leads to people dragging hoses into the center lane so its hard to pass if you want to leave. read more

Why is anybody reviewing the actual COSTCO gas service giving it less than 5 stars ‍‍ cmon people, you are saving a load of money. It's Costco, long lines are what IT IS and you KNOW this when you signed up!!! People that work here are always friendly and helpful, keep in mind they are out in the COLD freezing weather, give them a nod or a smile next time I drove off with my gas cap still on top of my car, came back 15 min later and the nice gentleman walked with me around the block while making lighthearted jokes to keep me optimistic, then said they have a box of dropped gas caps in their office booth. Good quality gasoline, good attendant service and it nice to see a place that adheres to directional signs which insures good traffic flow!

Aside from almost always having a wait time, the gas is cheap and worth the membership. Some days are busier than others, but even when the line is backed out onto the road, I've never waited more than 20 minutes to pull up to the pump. Not a huge deal for me to wait a few minutes if I'm saving upwards to $1.00 per gallon! read more

I love Costco and Costco gas. Get the new Costco Citi Visa and get cash back on your gas, up to $7K a year. The money you save here you will make back in your Costco membership very quickly. Prices here are always lower than everywhere else - except AM PM and 7-11 which we all know is the worst gas in America and goes through your car like water. If it weren't for the fact that Costco gas is *noticeably* cheaper in price than other gas stations in Seattle, I wouldn't schlep my cottage cheese ass north to Lynnwood (spending a goodly amount of gas in the process), then wait in line for 10 minutes while a driver tries to remember if his/her gas tank is on the left or right and where his/her Costco card, debit card, keys and brain are. Pro tip#1 = This is Costco gas, available to members of Costco only. You must have a Costco card to initiate the gassing process (of your car, not of yourself). Please try to have this card handy before getting out of the car, putting on your coat, getting your keys and locking your doors (in very slow motion). Pro tip#2 = Costco gas supplies a gas pump with a very longgg hose. But this doesn't mean you should still park about 10 feet away from the pump, block the center exit lane, then realize you're blocking the lane, so that you have to re-position your car, thereby making everyone wait 10 minutes longer. Pro tip#3 = Costco gas pumps are not social centers. Even though everyone and her deranged exes frequent Costco gas doesn't mean you can start life-altering conversations at the gas pump. Please be respectful of the other (irate) people waiting behind you. Pro tip#4 = When pumping gas at any gas station with long lines of people waiting behind you, you're basically "on stage" for everyone to see. Gestures, such as scratching your ass, smelling your fingers, picking your teeth and nose, flipping off a fellow gas pumper, might not be acceptable other times, but make our wait much more amusing. So, please pick/smell/scratch/burp away. Pro tip#5 = It is advisable to wear gloves or bring some wet wipes after the person in Pro tip#4 is finished pumping his/her gas. read more

Since this place is VERY popular with the locals, try and get here before 9 a.m. or you'll face long lines. 3. Aurora Village has the ultimate Trifecta for male early risers: Starbucks, Costco Gas, and Home Depot! Knock yourselves out Bros! 4. Please be respectful when throwing garbage in the garbage cans here. No dead animals! Seriously, they once took the cans away because of misuse/abuse. I love the ability to be able to throw away unwanted items from my car when the gas is filling. The only downside to this place is that there are no windshield washers. Costco gas tends to have a looong line in the early evening, and at times isn't really that much cheaper than other gas stations. If you've got a gas guzzler or time to spare it's worth going to, but I'd never make a special trip up there just for gas. Customers do tend to be quick, though, fill up and move on. I love to coming to get gas at Costco. Somehow Costco's gas is always cheaper than everybody else, so it's really hard to compete with that. I have figured out that the best time to come here and get gas without having to wait in line is early in the morning. There is absolutely no one here in the morning and it's wonderful. The gas pumps and the area around them are always clean and that's nice to see since there are some gas stations that have some trash laying around. I would try to avoid coming here on a busy weekend because you will be waiting for a while to fill up your tank. Sometimes I am just not that patient and I don't want to deal with some rude people. Membership card is required at the pump and no cash is accepted, just credit cards. Prices are competitive and the area is kept clean. The lines move decently enough but during the day, folks can take their time when they finally reach the pump. I once sat behind someone who cleaned out their car despite the fact their tank was full. re: Weekly Fill-up The Costco Gas prices might be the single handedly the biggest benefit of Costco Membership. Until the most recent drop in gas prices (which I believe is temporarily), the savings alone on Costco gas should easily cover the price of an annual membership. Over the years, I've visited different states and it's nice to fill up at cheap prices wherever I may go. The only thing that I do not like about Costco Gas and a lot of the lower end gas stations is that they mix their fuel with 10% Ethanol. You'll hear different benefits on the theories on why Ethanol is good for fuel, but if you don't feel like watching youtube videos and want to present your own science experiment. Put some metal in a container of pure Ethanol and watch the results. For those too lazy to do that or watch the youtube videos, the result of putting metal in the chemical compound is it eats and dissolves the metal. This cannot be good for your vehicle under any circumstances, or maybe the filler is so small that it doesn't make a difference. read more

The Sunday time of gas station is incorrect it's 6 am to 7pm..not till 6pm. Otherwise the prices here are best in town. ..lines are fairly quickly. I come here all the time for gas...convenient to my house and good prices. read more

Costco has the cheapest gas ever. Compared to ~$4/gallon here near Wallingford/University District, nothing beats $3.539/gallon at Costco. Probably gas alone is enough reason to get a costco membership. Lowest prices around. Be prepared to wait for 10-15 minutes though as there can often be lines. The one thing I don't like is that you can only get gas during costco hours. So if you need gas after 6pm you will have to go somewhere else. It's not like you can wait until the next morning and fill up quickly before going to work in the morning (cause it's not that quick). Still, totally worth having the membership for this perk alone.
