This place is quick and efficient despite the crowded conditions. I have been coming to this…read morelocation for years. The attendants are friendly and professional. Through the years I have seen the same faces which tell me BB treats their employees well. That's always a plus for the community. This location is on the corner of Broadway and 36th St. It is a busy spot and often the line extends out onto the street. You enter from the south east corner of the lot. You have to be mindful of the alley and the business on 36th if you are waiting in line off the lot. When you get onto the lot be mindful of cars going to the vacuums and gas pumps. No matter how long the line it goes quickly. They have two drive up kiosks that do the transactions and regulate the flow into the wash lane. They take cards or cash but they also have a membership for a monthly fee. In that case you will have a barcode decal the machine will scan. The attendants are always close in case someone has a question or problem. This drive-thru wash is one of the better ones in the area. I have not had an issue with car damage caused my the machinery. Just heed the signage and you will be good. Once your wash is done you can park at the edge of the lot near the vacuums and towel off the water the blowers didn't get. Towels are available in a small room off the wash lane. That's about all I can say for a car wash rating. Happy travels.

I took my Tesla through their wash, and their harsh, caustic chemical soaps completely scorched and stripped the black anodized window trim around the entire vehicle. Look at the photos -- the trim is completely ruined with deep rainbow chemical burning and heavy discoloration. This is not just water spots or soap residue; the chemical reaction severely oxidized the factory finish down to the metal. Getting all the exterior window mouldings and pillar trim replaced and repaired is going to cost thousands of dollars out of pocket. When you pay for a car wash, you expect safe, surface-friendly soap, not industrial-grade chemical stripping. If you drive a Tesla or any vehicle with black anodized trim, avoid Aloha Car Wash at all costs. They completely ruined my car's appearance and caused thousands of dollars in damages. I made my appointment 2 weeks prior so the fact that I wasn't made aware of this fee until the night before the service is crazy. I opted to cancel my appointment all together, I'm not a fan of how they manage their business.
