This was the closest one. My big white SUV was absolutely caked with dirt and mud from driving around in Snowmageddon for 10 days. I really didn't have high expectations for a conveyor belt car wash, but wow did they do a good job! First of all, it was called "Wet Rabbit" when I arrived. Not sure if it's just rebranding or new ownership? I was greeted by an attendant who helped me choose between 3 options: $11, $14 and $18. I chose the $14 wash because I wanted the wheels and undercarriage to get attention. I pull around to the start of the conveyor belt and there are two attendants with pressure washers ready to soap up my wheels and rocker panels. Then it was off on the typical conveyor belt car wash experience. This is NOT touchless, fyi. I don't mind intense spinning brushes attacking my family battle wagon, but I wouldn't bring my Tesla through there for that reason. Once I exited the conveyor belt, there were 2-3 attendants ready with dry towels. All in all, it took a whopping 3 minutes to take my kid limo from disgusting to clean and shiny. For $14 + tip, that was well worth it to me!

Through the years I have seen the same faces which tell me BB treats their employees well. That's always a plus for the community. This location is on the corner of Broadway and 36th St. It is a busy spot and often the line extends out onto the street. You enter from the south east corner of the lot. You have to be mindful of the alley and the business on 36th if you are waiting in line off the lot. When you get onto the lot be mindful of cars going to the vacuums and gas pumps. No matter how long the line it goes quickly. They have two drive up kiosks that do the transactions and regulate the flow into the wash lane. They take cards or cash but they also have a membership for a monthly fee. In that case you will have a barcode decal the machine will scan. The attendants are always close in case someone has a question or problem. This drive-thru wash is one of the better ones in the area. I have not had an issue with car damage caused my the machinery. Just heed the signage and you will be good. Once your wash is done you can park at the edge of the lot near the vacuums and towel off the water the blowers didn't get. Towels are available in a small room off the wash lane. That's about all I can say for a car wash rating. Happy travels.

Booked a mobile appointment for my husband as his very first Father's Day gift…read more Thought we were good to go until I received a call and a text at 9pm the night before our morning appointment telling me that they would need to reschedule as well as charge me an additional $100+ fee for travel. I made my appointment 2 weeks prior so the fact that I wasn't made aware of this fee until the night before the service is crazy. I opted to cancel my appointment all together, I'm not a fan of how they manage their business. I'm also super disappointed that the gift my husband was so excited for won't happen until I can find someone else to detailed his truck - hopefully someone more reliable.

I've been a member since this place was Glint. I think the quality of the wash has always been…read morepretty good. If you don't hand dry afterward, which gets the spots that are still dirty, you won't be 100% satisfied. But it's better than most auto washes. The blow dry at the end has always been terrible. It dries the front pretty good, but does practically nothing to the back. Why they can't reposition the blowers is beyond me. Also, since QQ took over, the wheel clean and tire spray rarely work. But the biggest problem are the vacuums. First, let me say that QQ promotes the state of the art free vacuums as a major perk to becoming a member. It was, in fact, listed as one of the reasons that they justified raising the monthly fee by five bucks. Unfortunately, the vacuums have been completely down for over two months. They are not on at all - ever. In fact, the hoses are all missing. No explanation, no signage, no email, no discount, and no signs of them ever working again. The free rags that they offer are available about half the time. A rag is necessary to fix all the areas that they missed, as I mentioned before. Is there even anybody in charge there? Why does a company like Quick Quack buy a company like Glint, only to make it a bit more expensive, a bit less friendly, a bit less of a good value, and just overall a bit not as good as it was? I'm going to cancel my membership just over the vacuums and the way they've handled the situation.

Eduard from Detailnerdz and a coworker came over around 10:30. The two guys stayed until until about 2:30 wiping, washing, steaming, and vacuuming. Including exterior wash, plus a tip for coming on Saturday and at short notice, and our stinky, dirty, furry car was completely clean for $280. This matched most quotes, once I mentioned dog fur. Only the front seat and not really good on the dash just l9ked dirty...then the back seat nothing touched but he wiped the seats down but not all the way....mates were clean but not the drivers side. Still muddy.... The back he didn't wipe the headrest and there was dog hair still on the top of the car he didn't vacuum at all.... He didn't get in the crevices like spoken about on his website..... Didn't bother wiping the headrest or the trunk of the car was dirty.... Needlessly to say it was a lousy job.... I left my car there for 8.5 hours... His excuse was he was by himself but I did make an appointment.. They wanted to correct their mistakes by giving me a wash and wax.... They corrected the interior detailing but the wax and wash again was not up to par. The son Kevin said he could get that done in 30 minutes after he already had my car for 5.hours trying to correct the interior detailing.... I paid $550 dollars with a certificate I could give someone or use it myself.... I don't know anyone besides my son and he doesn't want it .. I don't want to go back to this lousy company and will let everyone know it's terrible. Terrible service and a waste of time
