Perfunctory work…read more Didn't really try to do a complete job. There was dirt between the door and the car, around the door handles, and next to other trim. Spots on the leather. Didn't dress the leather, which it really needed. There were still large stains on the rim under the hood; we asked them to work on it, but they said they couldn't, as it needs a hard brush to remove and they don't use that. Went home, spent 5 minutes with cleaning wax and it was basically gone. See photo for the before, they wouldn't touch this. This wasn't due to a very dirty car. They allocate 4 hours, but only took a bit over 3 hours, so it's not as if they spent lots of time on other parts. When I got home, I spent about 45 minutes completing the work they didn't do. Overall, a pretty meh job, especially for the price. Not horrible, just meh.

When I arrived I was told the lady I spoke to said she never heard back from me even though in the voicemail she said I didn't have to. We also spoke about the cost of the detail and she told me it wouldn't be much more than the listed price although I drive a bigger SUV. Due to their "system being down" when I showed up for my appointment no one knew that I was coming. They didn't have availability and when I asked about pricing I was told it would be double the cost of what I was told over the phone. They said they could fit me in the schedule but it would take a week instead of 3 days. I dropped the car off on Monday and ended up getting a call on Wednesday saying my car was ready so I went to go pick it up. It looked good until a week later when I noticed spotting(?) I'm not sure what it's called on the drivers side door. Overall communication seemed off and now I have this stain on my car after paying twice what I was quoted.

I got a gift card for $400 dollars to use here. I booked my time slot and selected the bronze package. It was a little more than what my gift card would cover, but that was okay with me. Then I got an email from the business stating that in the month of Oct., I could get a free upgrade from bronze to silver. My appointment was for early Oct., so I thought, "great!" I called the office to confirm my appointment and to confirm I could get the free upgrade. They told me everything was all good. I show up for my appointment, and I immediately get a bad feeling about these guys. First, the owner tries to add on an extra $50 to get a small scuff off the car. Something that would actually be difficult NOT to remove if they were waxing the car. Needless to say, I declined. Then I mentioned I would be paying with a gift card, and the owner said, "oh then you can't get the upgrade." I said, no, it's not a coupon, it's a gift card. It's money we've already paid. But he wasn't hearing it. He claimed there was a disclaimer somewhere that said you couldn't use a gift card for the upgrade. I opened up the email, and there was absolutely no mention of that. I went to their website and again, not a single mention of not being able to use a gift card. I asked him to send me a link to this disclaimer. They could not, because it didn't exist. The only thing they had was a piece of paper on a desk inside their office. So basically a bait and switch scam for anyone with a gift card. I was upset, and told them to only do what would be covered by my gift card, so I settled on an interior only detail. I left the car and about 20 minutes later, they texted me saying they found "mold" in the car and it would be an additional $350 on top of the detail. I told them to forget it, and to just do the outside. I at least wanted to get something for the $400 we already spent with them. Well even with that, they did a terrible job. Would have been better to go to Brown Bear. So for $400, I got a crappy car wash. I checked out the spot they claimed to be mold and turns out it was leftover carpet cleaner. I had a mobile detailer come to my house and do an interior detail the right way for less than half the price. They found no mold of course, because that was a total lie. I could not be more unhappy with this business. The way they talked to me and treated me was completely unprofessional. Save yourself some time and money, and hire a mobile detailer to come to you. Not these clowns.

I did something stupid a year ago. I used the abrasive side of a kitchen sponge to remove sap from…read moremy hood, roof and trunk lid. When it dried I had truly screwed up the finish on the car. We're talking ugly scars. Then someone told me that a good detailer might be able to remove them. I was doubtful, but reached out to several mobile detailers and seemed to click best with Devon. He offered to come do a test area for $50, then if I was happy with it, he'd do the rest of the job. He came the next day, did the test patch and, wow! Scars be gone! The photos are before and after of the hood. The after is so restored that a nearby tree and the clouds in the sky are reflected off the hood. I'm 100% satisfied. So satisfied that I paid Devon $300 instead of the $250 he quoted. Plus, he's a super nice guy.

Their car washing service includes wheels/tires, wheel wells, door jambs and application of a spray ceramic coating. This most recent service including covering my car with a popup tent to protect from hot sunshine. Doesn't get any better than that. Their pricing is very reasonable considering that most detailing firms won't do just a car wash; they want to do a complete exterior/interior detailing for big bucks.

I dropped my vehicle off around 8:10 a.m. for ceramic coating maintenance and discovered a new dent on the driver-side door immediately upon pickup around 12:30 p.m., before I had even entered the vehicle. I reported it immediately. I had inspected the vehicle that morning and am confident the damage was not present beforehand. While the surveillance footage was too grainy to prove exactly when the dent occurred, it showed multiple employees working near the damaged area. What concerned me most was learning that the shop normally photographs vehicles but chose not to photograph mine, supposedly because it was a "custom job," despite this being their standard annual ceramic maintenance service. The owner denied responsibility, suggested the dent could have been caused by a rock--which a professional dent repair shop subsequently told me was not consistent with the damage--and declined my requests for documentation and footage of the work being done. I understand accidents happen. What was disappointing was how the situation was handled once the damage was discovered. I will happily update this review if they choose to take responsibility for the damage they caused.

Managed to give me a flat tire. (UPDATE BELOW) While power…read morewashing the exterior of my car, the power washer hit the valve stem on my tire and tore a hole in it. They told me it was flat when they started. It was driven the previous day and was in a closed garage. It was inflated the morning I took it out for them to wash. So, not only did they manage to tear the valve stem and render the car inoperable (it cannot hold ANY air, and patch kits don't seal valve stems) they lied about the cause. The quality of the cleaning doesn't matter if you manage to render a car inoperable while merely CLEANING IT. UPDATE : Vlad contacted me to offer to replace my tire in exchange for taking the review down. I refused and explained that the 1 star review isn't because of the mistake or damage, (replacing a valve stem is like $30 for a tire shop, or less) but rather because it clearly happened while they were working on it and they chose to deflect and mislead me about how it occurred. What followed was an absolutely insane text exchange that I am embarrassed to have entertained for far too long. I had to block his number eventually because he wouldn't quit trying to convince me he wanted to "make it right." News flash : Your chance to "make it right" was when it first happened and you decided it wasn't your problem. Vlad will "do the right thing" only when he has to personally face consequences.

I had Competition Orange Wilwoods on the front of my Ram and asked them to paint-match the factory rear calipers. Not "paint them orange." Actually make them look like they belonged with the fronts. They nailed it. We tested them again with a tint job on another vehicle. Flawless. Then tint on my truck. Also flawless. And now a full ceramic coating on the Ram. The ceramic is crazy. I picked the truck up in the rain, which is an unfortunate way to see it for the first time, but also a pretty great demonstration. Water basically refuses to stay on any surface. Paint, glass, trim, wheels. The whole truck looks ridiculous. They also gave me a loaner while they had it. From a small specialty shop. I did not expect that. So that's four jobs now. Zero defects. Flawless customer service. Reasonable pricing. No surprises. They do exactly what they say they're going to do, and every result has been right the first time. I mean, what else can you ask for? Five stars. Easy.

Katie and Mike took on a long list for my Corvette Z06: full paint protection film, the center stripe, side radiator guards, window tint, and ceramic coating on both the paint and the wheels. Every piece of it came back better than I expected. The film work is clean, the stripe is laid out perfectly, and the finish on the car is exactly what I was after. They are also Avants partners, so I saved a bit on the work. That was a nice bonus, but it is not why I am writing this. I would have been just as happy at full price. What stands out is the service level. Clear communication, no surprises, and a team that obviously cares about the cars that come through the shop. If you are looking for PPF, tint, stripes, or ceramic coating, go see Katie and Mike. Top notch work from top notch people.
