The Finest Mobile Detailing was on time and they did a good job cleaning the car. I left the car in the driveway unlocked so they could clean it whenever they arrived. They texted me to tell me they were done and then they left. Later I went out to inspect the car and I immediately noticed there was a 3" rip in the passenger front door tint. My car is a 2003 Jetta. I also noticed the center arm rest was down. (I had left it up since it gets in the way of shifting) I put the arm rest back up and the top of it flopped down. This was because they had broken the armrest catch. I immediately contacted them and we agreed I would order the armrest part from Amazon and replace it myself since it was only $7. At first he denied noticing anything was wrong the armrest or the tint. (Impossible to miss a 3" rip...) Finally he said he would send out a guy to replace the tint on that window. He confirmed this via text and a phone call. I contacted him 3-4 days later when I hadn't heard from him and he replied saying the tint guy would be out early next week. Since then, I have contacted him many times and he never responds... I ended up having to pay $165 to remove all the tint on my car since the tint place I took it to said the new tint on that window would look different than the old tint on the other windows. (due to the age of the tint and different tint materials they use now) They recommended re-tinting the entire car or removing the tint. I chose removing the tint. I sent the tint place's receipt to The Finest Mobile Detailing and no response as usual. Also the floormats were pretty wet, which he didn't mention to me. I had to put the floormats in the garage so they could dry out so the car didn't smell like mildew. I DO NOT recommend using The Finest Mobile Detailing! Thanks. read more

10/21/25- I visit my son in Bellevue,Wa from California. They schedule a deep cleaning for 3 of their company vehicles. Two vans and a Ford four door truck. Doing the flatbed is extra cost.This was my 1st time experience this mobile cleaning. Will, did an awesome job! He was considerate , kind, friendly, helpful . One of the vehicle had heavy food stain especially the rug because they do cooked food & produce like fruits and vegetable pick ups that Will, had to come the next day to finish it. We were satisfied and worth the price to pay. Wish I took an after shot pictures of the three vehicles because all vehicles looks particularly brand new. I have waited patiently with again no reply. 3 days ago we communicated a few times via email. Will did not answer my question. The next day, I emailed again.I waited patiently for him to reply. Still after 2 days from my last email, nothing. Moments after my last review, he emailed me within 10 minutes. stating he lost my email address. The message I left him on the phone had my phone number stated. Did he call me back? no. I understand he has a business to run but you would think that the owner would stay in contact with a customer! I'm surprised that his customer service is not consistent. I had a detail a couple of days ago and paid for a complete detail. Will was friendly and prompt coming over. Since I was working from home and in the middle of a meeting I did not have a chance to scan the car but assumed everything had been detailed based on reviews and was content doing a quick scan of the car. However when I got in the car the next day I noticed that the visor was dirty. When looking around more, the headliner, specifically the interior ceiling upholstery was dirty and had not been touched. I called and texted Will asking if this was part of the complete detail. He never texted nor called back. I wanted to be a repeat customer and have him detail our other car. However, this action made me feel cheated as a customer and questioned his ethics, and have lost the trustworthiness of this business. I cannot recommend this business. read more

One car was splattered with bugs from the drive, and the other had a bunch of dirt and dust from the car carrier. Plus, I had some scratches I was hoping could be made to look better. It has been 2+ years since we got our car detailed. We have a 90lbs dog who occupies the entire backseat of our Honda Civic sedan. You might think that it wouldn't be too bad...then, you're wrong. We go to dog parks at least a few times a week and my dog is wild. Our car has been devoted mainly to dog park trips for the past couple of years.
