Man that was a bumpy almost 2 months to get this figured out. They made right by the warranty and my car works as it should so far! Paid the deductible and back on the road. First off I want to say I paid cash for my Volvo XC90 June 26, 2025 . And I was very clear that I wanted a bumper to bumper warranty because repairs can be rather costly . In total it was a little over 24k. And if you're wondering why I inserted I paid cash out here's why.. I didn't want car payments and I had enough saved up for a bumper to bumper warranty. All the finance boxes checked. When I test drove the car it was great for the most part. The next day I wanted to add in the hands free cigarette lighter charger.. the cigarette lighter doesn't work. The cord to open the hood latch also broken. I was informed that the car had been wiped clean. I've heard of this before but they didn't mean the previous owners information stored in the car like Bluetooth .. ALLL THE NECESSARY SYSTEM UPDATES FOR THE ACTUAL INTERFACE! Upon going to the Volvo dealership to have my oil changed (I do this with every car I purchase) they informed me that my back breaks were in the red with less than 3% on them. I called and asked how come they didn't change the rear breaks? And the response was we don't do repairs at this location? Okay but that doesn't answer how come you would sell a car to someone where potentially the back breaks could stop freggin working! Not to mention who ever did do the "repairs" on the car double threaded and didn't use any anti-seize on the spark plugs. I called and asked if they would be able to remove that spark plug because I didn't want to mess up my engine trying to do it. And as you guessed it was a no . Fast forward to October my car is starting to misfire.. take it into Volvo and I need to get my whole fuel injectors replaced. Here's where the bumper to bumper warranty would come in.. come to find out ! GUESS WHO DOESNT HAVE BUMPER TO BUMPER LIKE SHE ASKED FOR?! If you guessed me then you're a winner. Power freggin terrain . Not what I asked for after repeatedly asking for and being promised I purchased. 2,700$ at Volvo to do. Rear breaks and rotors 1,900$ . After the repairs it was still misfiring . Come to find out it's because of the computer reset . Got it updated and it's fine now, after time wasted, money wasted and stress level through the roof. And then had the nerve to send me a text message asking about my next car purchase from there.. NEVER and if I had my way all of my friends and family will also not be purchasing from here. When I spoke to them about the warranty they said I could cancel it . Okay good I'll cancel then go through Volvo where they're in-fact honest . 12/27/25 I emailed the cancellation of warranty papers back to the car lot so they can submit them. (Also submitted the forms to the actual warranty place bec let's face it , I had no faith in them to do as promised) the sales rep told me it would take 6-8 weeks to be reimbursed. Today I called the warranty company to check my status.. not only did they not submit the paper work but the warranty they gave me is also no refundable and cannot be canceled. I bought a CLS 500 from them and it had a broken trunk latch. They told me that they would fix it with no problem at all, and I was ok with taking the car like that because I trusted that they would fix it. I have call so many times with no response at all. Not only did they not fix the trunk latch the car broke down 3 weeks after I got it. The serpentine belt broke. I tried calling again trying to get someone on the phone to see if we could at least work something out. I did get an answer at one point, but that was only to tell me that someone else would call me back. And sure enough they never did. Timeline of issues: Day 2: Check engine light flashed; strong exhaust and gas odor detected in the cabin. Day 3: Check engine light stayed on. Day 4 (12/30/2025): A certified technician at Airport Welding (Snohomish, WA) found a large, pre-existing hole in the exhaust flex pipe, creating a dangerous carbon monoxide hazard--repaired at my expense ($225). AWD Auto (Bothell) retrieved a P0303 code (Cylinder 3 Misfire), confirming a pre-existing mechanical issue. These issues were not disclosed at the time of sale, creating an immediate safety risk and violating Washington laws on vehicle safety and consumer protection (RCW 19.86, RCW 46.70.180, RCW 46.37.020, RCW 70A.15). An "AS IS" sale does not absolve a dealer from disclosing material safety defects. I have formally demanded a full refund, reimbursement, and unwinding of the sale. Other concerns for future buyers: The online ad misrepresented the vehicle: it listed Bluetooth, CD player, USB port, and keyless entry--but the car has no radio, and we were only given one standard key. The car has several prior modifications, yet the dealer could not confirm if it had been tuned or provide the necessary AccessPort for monitoring and tuning--a critical issue for a turbocharged engine. I wanted to love this car, but receiving it fresh from the dealership with serious engine and safety issues is extremely disappointing. Buyer Beware! I found a truck that was fair priced at the middle of Kelly Blue Book. I thought finally, a little dealership that wants to move cars. At first approach it seemed just that. There were so many cars there they only had 2 parking spots for customers. GMC truck was clean and listed as one owner. It needed tires, which were barely legally safe and a battery soon. Not a big deal for me. I was expecting that from a used car. I was ready to pay cash. Prior to viewing I set up a pre-purchase inspection at a local shop just to make sure everything was good. Well. Nope. Truck needed a new transmission and I was quoted around 8k after labor. So right off the bat a 20k truck needed about 10k put into it. The shifty little 20 year kept reassuring me his mechanics went over it and it was in great working order prior to the appointment. Luckily the PPI shop didn't charge me and called me before they went further. It is clear this place is unethical and likely preys on folks that need a primary car and I'm sure they offer them "great deals"...... Hopefully this saves someone money they cannot afford to lose. If you do decide to gamble and do business with the stereotypical used car dealer. Get an PPI ahead and take a look at the BBB website. Google reviews looked solid because they are cooked with employees and likely family and friends. My little shifty used car salesmen had a stellar google review posted himself. Side note the truck wasn't a one owner. Car fax indicated it was, but I checked government recommended car history's sites that clearly showed it had a second owner and even showed the lot and number of days it was listed. Accompanied my friend here as support and guide as she was purchasing a car. I'm pretty weary of used car dealers but overall APX is alright. This is about 3 months later and the car is still running with no major issues. The car purchased was a 05' Mini Cooper S with decent low mileage for its age. It's clear it was fairly maintained by the prior owner(s) after reviewing it's paperwork and Carfax, but it was also apparent this one was sitting for a while. The staff were friendly and pretty helpful with questions. The things we asked be addressed while negotiating the purchase was - a crack in the windshield, The hood latch being broken on one side and of course the dreaded check engine light. The first two things were addressed but the last was not, even though they said they would as part of the deal. It was claimed to be an issue with the oxygen sensor. After being asked a few times because it couldn't be done the day of the actual purchase, a week or so later we were told we should have got the warranty. So that was a letdown. The staff are a lot of young guys, and they came off as fairly knowledgeable and pleasant, but I was put off by them pal-ing around a bit too much and leaning on my friend's car while she was finishing the deal. So overall the experience was alright here at APX. There is a fairly decent selection of vehicles in their inventory/lot. read more

I took back and it took over a month before done. Had my dealership check out and had to pay for more work to be done. I bought my own warranty and hope i can use if needed. I had a very disappointing experience with APX Autobrokers, particularly with their behavior after the sale was completed. Before signing the paperwork, I was promised that certain repair work would be taken care of. However, once the deal was done, communication became extremely difficult. It took nearly the entire 30-day window just to get the repairs scheduled, and I had to repeatedly follow up before anything happened. When I finally brought the vehicle in, the experience was chaotic. Multiple employees interacted with me over the course of two days while they had my vehicle, yet no one seemed to know basic details about it -- not the make, model, color, or even why it was there. The environment felt more like a group of friends hanging out than a professional dealership. At one point I was told there was "no problem" with the vehicle, yet they also said they would "fix it anyway." Even more concerning, they refused to provide a job order or receipt for the repair work performed. I was told directly that they "don't give receipts," which is alarming given the requirements under the Washington Auto Repair Act (RCW 46.71). Salesman Isaac initially told me he would at least provide a copy of the parts receipt for what was ordered and installed. Since then, he has not answered his direct line or responded to messages. During my time there, I also dealt with Zach, who repeatedly laughed or giggled during conversations rather than addressing the situation seriously. Overall, the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and refusal to provide documentation left me with little confidence in this business. I should have walked away the moment I saw the first red flag. I put money down to hold the car because I was driving two hours to see it. I was told it would be held for a couple of days. The very next day, while I was there in person seriously considering the purchase, I told the finance manager I wanted a moment to think about the extended warranty they were aggressively pushing. His response was to threaten to put the car back online, despite the fact that I had already paid to hold it. Completely unprofessional and manipulative. Only after this did the general manager call me back and apologize, which should have been my cue to leave. The day I brought the car home, it developed a very loud rattle from underneath. Getting them to acknowledge and agree to fix it was unnecessarily complicated. When I finally brought the car back, I was told it would take "a couple of hours" and that I should just wait. I waited all day. When I finally got the car back, the noise was still there, as if nothing had been done. They then told me to come back another day because they were closing soon -- despite knowing I live two hours away. Only after pushing back did they decide to do something on the spot: they cut out a piece of the exhaust and welded it back together, which took about an hour. This was clearly not the original plan and felt like a rushed, last-minute patch. The warranty situation was the final straw. At the time of purchase, I was explicitly told I could cancel the warranty and receive a full refund. This was false. When I contacted RPM Plus, they told me I could not get the full amount back and couldn't explain where the rest of the money went. When I followed up with APX Broker, I was told they had an entirely new staff, kept no records of past sales, and had no way of tracking where my money went. Let that sink in. Bottom line: This dealership operates with pressure tactics, misinformation, and zero accountability. Do not trust anything you are verbally promised, and absolutely do not buy their extended warranty -- it appears to be a scam. Save yourself the stress, the wasted time, and the financial headache, and take your business elsewhere. read more

It arrived with a cracked windshield, contacted my sales rep no response. Oh and it was dropped off with 0 miles on EMPTY, they didn't even bother gassing up the damn car halfway for me. The radio doesn't work, none of the key fobs worked I had to go to the local auto zone to purchase batteries and only one key fob works. Honestly I texted my sales rep no response. They seen me coming a mile away. The employee rushed me to run my credit. I was stupidly enough to tell them how much money I had for a down payment. They gave me a car that had a rattling noise that went away when I saw the manager fiddling around under the hood. So I get the car and drove it 42 miles and I heard it rubbing so I brought it back and they took the car to one of their shops and found out that it was out of alignment and therefore the brake pads were worn out. They tried to get me to pay $800 bucks to fix it. Please do yourself a favor and take any car they give you to a mechanic they will do all that they can to sell you a lemon. Last week I purchased a Camry from APX. If you don't read any more, take the car for an inspection or just do not buy a car from them at all. They sell poorly maintained overpriced cars! I found my oil was 3yrs old and overfilled by a quart requiring immediate replacement. The trans fluid also needed immediate replacement. The bald tires were conveniently rotated to the back and unfortunately I only looked at the front's that are about 3/32, requiring immediate replacement. Also the cabin air filter had tons of leaves and was clogged. The final straw of me writing this review is that when I realized the one key that was provided only worked in the ignition and not in the doors/trunk. I called APX and their response was some cars we get are that way so use the key fob and he had his mobile key guy call me and ended up paying to have door keys cut. After reading the other reviews for APX, I should have just moved on and kept searching. To date I have spent over $1k to make the car safe and hopefully reliable for my kids to drive, I will not buy from APX auto brokers again because they lack the integrity to be trusted. They also mentioned Quality service, but they are far from that. Don't let them pressure you into thinking a deal will not be available tomorrow. We were offered only 600$ for a very well kept diesel jeep with 60k less miles on it and lots of new parts including drive train and safety on trade in. We purchased a 2008 Tacoma and were told at time of purchase that it only needed an alignment. On second day driving this truck we started to hear an occasional pop on left rear of vehicle. My husband whom has been a ASE certified mechanic for over 20 years began inspecting to see what the problem was. The U bolts that hold the axle shaft on were loose, and the axle was 2 inches back from center. The centering pin was broken and the wear pattern and rust on it show it had been this way for a long time. The Ubolts on the right were loose as well. I called APX the first thing they asked was if had hit something. We had onky driven the truck 2 days as the day after we bought it someone broke into it and we had to wait for glass to come in to replace the glass so it had been sitting. They informed us that they were too busy and to drive it carefully in to them the next Monday and that they didn't know if they could get to it then either. We went ahead and just fixed it ourselves. But this is a safety issue that should have been addressed on their inspection of this truck When we didn't bring it in on Monday APX didn't even call to see if everything was OK. In past purchases at other dealers they woukd have picked this vehicle up nd towed it in to make this right. APX hasn't bothered to try and make this right at all. We've called twice and everyone just keeps saying they don't know anything about it. read more

Really wanted to trust these guys but the car we purchased has been having issues since we drove it off of the lot! Firstly, they said they inspected the car for issues and topped off all of the fluid levels. We were not more than 15 minutes off the lot and the engine light said that it had low oil levels and to add oil. We had a long drive back home. Put over a quart of oil in it. Next day the car was to go on a roadtrip from WA to ID. Made it to Oregon and the engine was having a coolant issue. There was no coolant in the reserve tank = bone dry. Put almost a full bottle of coolant in it. Driving home the coolant light went on again and said it needed immediate attention. Car wouldn't go faster than 60mph. Ended that long drive back by pulling over and getting the car towed to a mechanic. Had to get an uber back home and now here we are with the car in the shop. I get things happen but they did say they topped off the fluid levels which they obviously did not. When I called them to tell them they just basically said "too bad" since we didn't purchase the warranty. It was more of a good-faith thing for me. Manager should've came on the phone and talked to me; not his salespeople! read more

Bought a used truck from APX. Staff at the dealership was friendly and moved the paperwork process along quickly. The truck was not clean when they turned it over to me. Spills in the cup holder, sunflower seeds in the console, service mats left in the passenger side (which was missing the permanent rubber mat), dirt and bird crap on the outside. Wipers look like they will need to be replaced very soon. They also refused to add any gas to a near empty tank. Price negotiation was all completed via text and email. I found there was very little room for negotiation. Charged too much for State paperwork/licensing, and they add a $600 dealer fee. But I wanted the truck, so I took the deal. read more

These guys are young children and it shows. Got bent over since I needed a vehicle same day to keep my job and they are open late. They will not stop trying to sell you a warranty you don't need which is annoying as hell and basically insinuate you won't be able to buy a vehicle without it because the bank likes to see the warranty added or they will deny the loan. I'm not even sure if that's legal to do. And it's probably most likely because they sell garbage cars and know it's going to have issues. Thank god I can repair my own vehicles but it's nice to finally see all the 1 star reviews rolling in. My first week of the Audi I had to diagnose and fix 3 electrical issues myself as well as the power steering, tighten up around 9 of my lug nuts "yikes" as well as fix an oil leak. Nothing showed up after the 20minute test drive and I still checked underneath and everywhere afterwards after letting it run in the parking lot for another 15 minutes or so as well. The only reason they are still in business is for how much they rip you off. They should focus less on renting supercars to film fly buys on hwy 99 for advertising and just sell not trash cars. I let them know the 2010 mustang I traded in had a blown transmission and clutch as well as the battery cables cut among plenty of other things that should have taken at least a week or two to repair since it got stolen and took joy riding. Yet they had it for sale within 24 hours for 5 times more then the trade in price. If you bought the car in this picture I apologize. I'm guessing the fuse keeps popping for the power seat as well and the cables are still electrical taped that were cut as well as glass inside the driver's door which is why only one window is tinted. But hey at least you got a 4600 set of wheels and tires. If you want to talk to Washington State Patrol and escalate it further about how they are passing these cars of without proper inspections or hire a lawyer you are more then welcome to get in contact with me and I'll tell them the story. I'm pretty sure if you dig a little bit and look into where they are repairing vehicles or who is boogering them together you will have a decent amount of ammo to go up to bat. There are laws of how many rebuilds you can have on a lot unless the laws have changed or if you bought something imported from them there is no way they are doing paperwork right on that and probably screwing over the buyer somehow. Hopefully no one gets injured or killed because of these children running a business. Unfortunately although I have the time to write the review I do not have the time to go through all the other steps of the process. Getting one crappy car from a crappy place does not give me enough to retain an attorney. But if anyone gets injured, got screwed on paperwork, or bought a vehicle here you find to have been unsafe....one of you please for the love of the "principle" of the matter talk to someone and message all these one star reviewers for support. UPDATE. You know what. I am going to go ahead and just contact the Washington State Patrol since I found out this week I know someone who works out of the truck weigh station area before lake Stevens exit. Someone needs to see all these reviews and vehicles that are broken down in just this 4 months alone. This is just waaaay too many issues coming out of the same business and I don't want someone dying on my conscience for not speaking out. I didn't follow through with it 4 months ago but I won't be able to sleep at night now unlike these monsters without doing something.
