I don't write reviews unless it's for food, but I have to for this place. I was having terrible luck finding a dealership that was willing to work with me and my situation and the personnel here really helped me out! I came to look at a certain vehicle that I couldn't really get but they were determined to get me into something that I liked, and they did just that! They were very giving in the sense of fixing light cosmetic damage! I would definitely recommend this place for individuals looking for an affordable and reliable vehicle! I rarely leave reviews, but this experience absolutely warrants one. My daughter scheduled an appointment with Spencer's Auto Sales in Everett to view a vehicle she was interested in. She took the light rail up, and a salesperson picked her up from the station, which initially seemed like a helpful and accommodating gesture. Unfortunately, things went downhill from there. The vehicle she came to see had a large, deep scratch across the back that was not disclosed ahead of time, and the interior did not match what was represented. She was then shown other vehicles, including one that needed jumper cables just to start. At that point, she decided she was not interested and politely declined to move forward. Instead of respecting her decision, the dealership used the classic pressure tactic of bringing in multiple "managers" to try to keep her there and push other options. When she firmly stated she wanted to leave and return to the light rail station, they refused to take her back. This left a young woman, alone, without transportation, after they had been the ones to bring her there. When I called to address the situation, I was transferred to someone identifying himself as "Nathan C." When I asked what the "C" stood for, he responded, "None of your business," and stated he was the manager. His demeanor was rude, condescending, and dismissive throughout the call. He repeatedly stated they are "not a transportation service," told me I should come get her myself (I live three hours away), and implied that if she had purchased a vehicle, this would not have been an issue. He also stated she had reached her "allotted time" and ended the conversation by saying that "in the future, people who are overly entitled won't be picked up." To be clear, expecting to be returned to the place you were picked up from is not entitlement, it's basic decency and safety. This created a situation where a young customer was left without transportation after being brought to the dealership by their staff, raising concerns about customer safety and ethical business practices. After reading other reviews and the dealership's responses, it's clear this is not an isolated issue. The pattern of defensiveness, lack of accountability, and dismissive customer treatment appears to be consistent. I never have left a review or leave reviews but this deserves one. I purchased a 2018 M4 Competition from Spencer's auto sales. The dealership is 4 hours away from me so all I had to go off was the salesman's word, the CARFAX, and videos. I was informed that this is an amazing car in great condition. I was happy with the salesman's help he was the type to go above and beyond so I felt a sense of trust with him and he told me over and over that this is an amazing vehicle. I decided to move forward with the deal and left a mobile deposit. Shortly after the salesman offered to dive the car down and deliver it free of charge. I was hesitant at first but he said he had business here anyway so it would be a 2 birds one stone situation. I obliged and gave him the go ahead to dive down and deliver the vehicle. Upon arrival we got straight to signing papers and after all was said and done I was handed the keys and went off to soccer that I had scheduled, within 10 seconds of leaving my drive way I was hit with a "Drive train Malfunction" code and the car was sent into limp mode. From there it just got worse. The car came with -no center hub caps -no engine cover -the passenger door wouldn't properly close and the window was sticking out shaking letting air in -my windshield weather strip started randomly flapping coming off -my key fob battery was dead -my bumper and headlights are not BMW OEM they were cheap aftermarket eBay buys -MY CLIMATE KNOB DOES NOT WORK! I can't change the temp in my new vehicle I just purchased. -My dash has codes including "emergency call malfunction" "engine oil replacement" ‼ "drive train malfunction" -my center console is all scuffed up and need replacing -all my rims have curb rash So I got even more curious and took it to a shop and upon opening the hood the intakes were not MOUNTED! Just floating in there resting on whenever is below it, they were not connected and broken, my windshield wiper lines are non operational and disconnected, I have no engine cover, my front right suspension ticks and makes weird noises. So after learning what kind of car this truley is I call Spencer's Auto sales and the salesman that sold me the car put in in contact with his manager "Nathan" now initially Nathan was helpful, I explained what's going on with the car and asked him to unwind the deal. He said "no". Then proceeded to explain how he'd be willing to work with me to help solve the engine problems, and he said he thinks it's spark plugs and coil packs, so he ordered them for me and still waiting for those to come in at the time of this review. But after learning all these problems with the car I called him back to try and work out a deal or some sort of compensation to get this car to the car they claimed it was and I thought I bought. We spoke for about 20 minutes and in these 20 minutes Nathan expressed how he didn't really care and it's not his problem and it's my fault for buying a car like this. He said "I really don't care" called me a "nigger" (I'm white) and hung up the phone in the middle of me speaking, I called him back twice after and he ignored my phone calls. Now this is one of those nightmare situations you hear about online and unfortunately It has happened to me.
