    First time I ever purchased $100,000 car that needed tires, brakes and rotors upon arrival. See attached photos for details on my $4000 surprise! It was also missing a mudflap. Again, first for me, Buying a car that had a missing part! There's a difference between looking for a buyer and looking for a customer. Obviously, they aren't looking for any customers or repeat business because this car deal had no integrity and Was a perfect example of a shady car dealer living up to their reputation. If you can afford a $4000 repair bill after being promised a pristine vehicle, this is the dealer to go to! If you've ever wondered why car salesman rate low on honesty/confidence level, here you go.

    I've been looking for a very specific used car for about 6 months. A bunch of cars that looked good came up on various sites, but after seeing them in person they just weren't up to snuff. Then I came across the car I wanted that was located at Quality Auto -- all the way across the country in Washington state (I was in VA). I sent an email and Christian got back to me immediately. He sent a bunch of pictures, I asked him tons of questions, and then we quickly negotiated a fair price across text. I thought the price was a tad high, but honestly if the car is as clean as it looked and I was told, it was worth it. Then Christian calls and says there's an issue; they can't release the car until a blower motor wire recall is done by the local BMW dealer. All good. He takes it over to the dealer and they work on the recall. He calls me a couple of days later and says that the dealer has spotted some other issues wrong -- including a faulty central computer, and a bad alternator -- and that they are going to take care of it with the dealer at no cost to me. This is where another dealer would have just let it go and I would have figured it out later (at my own cost). They took care of it 100%. After the car got back from the repairs at the dealer, Christian had it detailed and polished. Then the shipper came and picked it up and it was at my door. Today I noticed what looked to a little oil leaking so I took it to my local Indy BMW mechanic. He calls me and says that the oil is just trickling out from the drain plug that is stripped, and it will be a couple of bucks to replace. Then he asks me where and when I got the car because "it has been so meticulously taken care of" he cannot find any issues at all. He tells me it is literally the cleanest 2006 he has ever seen come through his shop. So, a special thank you to QAC and to Christian for setting me up with such a great car. I am going to use it for many years to come and hope to one day be able to leave it to my son! The next time I'm in the market for a used car the first place I'll check out is the Quality Auto Center -- even if it is all the way on the other side of the country!

    Car purchasing was super easy with Laura. She was very friendly and very easy to communicate with. She had three cars ready for me right when I pulled up. Everything was explained clearly and ahead of time. The dealership had a good selection of luxury vehicles and a clean modern office. Laura and the rest of the staff were professional, friendly and helpful throughout the entire process and even delivered my new car to my door! Definitely would recommend.

This review is about the stellar customer service that was provided to me while buying a car. Buying a car from a dealership is a pain and I spent weeks stressing about doing it. When the time finally came, I went to a local and known Ford Dealership that immediately tried to screw me over on payments and price of the vehicle and had to walk away. After I left there, I went to Seattle Finest Motors because they had a car in their inventory I was very interested in, a 2016 Ford Explorer. I had found it online a couple days prior and the sales agent Leonard reached out to me about it. The day I wanted to see it, he came in on his day off just to help me. The entire time I worked with Leonard he was honest and respectful. He not only helped me get the car I wanted, but got me a much better rate than I was expecting. During the test drive I noticed the air conditioner in the car wasn't blowing as cold as it should be and the team there kept the car overnight to have it looked at and the next day when I went to pick it up the AC was cold as ice. The day I picked it up, another sales agent named Habib assisted me in getting all of the paperwork together and answering all my dumb questions. I drove the car off the lot that day. About two weeks later I received my license plates via mail (a huge advantage that saved me a trip!) along with a check for the difference in the cost of vehicle tabs. What impressed me most about Seattle Finest Motors is the honesty about the vehicles and transparency about what you pay for. They didn't try any aggressive sales tactics, make me feel pressured, and were extremely helpful. If you're looking for a used car, definitely check these guys out. Side note: I know I said the review wasn't about the car, but I've put several hundred miles on it already including a trip that was over 100 miles and it's had absolutely no problems.

The staff was polite, but when we brought this up, they said we were "about $5,000 apart" and only offered to fix a couple of items. With the car also having an accident and theft history, the price simply didn't match the condition. We walked away--get an independent inspection if you're considering a car here.

The other customer than leaves and HE PROCEEDS TO GO OUTSIDE TO SMOKE A CIGARETTE in front of me while I wait by the car door... I walked up to him and asked if we could test drive. He appeared bothered and asked me a few questions. I told him if the car looks great for both me and my sister (buyers) and our dad would come later with the mechanic to make sure it's ok and give it an inspection we'd get the car. Then he says " I FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE LETTING YOU DRIVE IF THE BUYERS NOT HERE"... mind you my sister is the buyer, and we don't even know if the car turns on even at this point!? I told him my sister was the buyer. THEN HE ASKED ME IF I WAS READY TO PAY TODAY, because if not he doesn't feel comfortable letting us drive... we are 2 African women in our 30's staring blankly at him. What was going on here? Not sure if he's a sleazy salesman and the prospect of having the mechanic there scared him? Or that we were "sketchy" looking, is this is a race or gender issue? The Caucasian women before us was able to test drive the car... but not us. Even if it wasn't a race or gender issue the attitude was so rude I felt so small. It's such poor taste to demand that we agree to pay today to just test drive it. He wanted our ID and credit card to be left with him.... I've never heard of that. Anywho I wanted to cry I was so frustrated to be treated less than. Not sure what his intentions was but he came across not friendly, rude, and greedy/ sleazy, his cig was more important than the customer even. He stated he was the owner and had his reasons and could do what he wanted. This is my first bad review I've written in years. People be aware. Black people don't waste your time!! Not worth it. Bad energy.

I then started researching the dealership reviews and saw the reviews here on Yelp. They're awful. I texted Coby and let him know I wasn't interested due to the reviews I saw here. He made a token effort to try and convince me to come down, but I had not interest, I've had a bad experience in the past (see my review of Armadillo Auto if you like horror stories) and I wasn't going through that again. I resumed my search for another car somewhere else, and I kept coming back to the one at Daytona because it had everything I was looking for options-wise. I looked up more reviews on Google and saw they have something like 800 reviews there, and were 4+ stars, so I texted Coby again with the idea that if I started to feel like things were going the wrong way I'd just bail and move on. My experience from there was very positive, they negotiated with me over the phone, they didn't pressure me for a sale when I told them I was going to leave because I had to think about the terms we had discussed and the car, because I wanted to make sure I was doing the right thing. Everything was professional, it was how I wanted the transaction to go. I spoke to Daniel, Levi and Miguel along with Coby and everybody was super nice. I feel like I got a good deal on the car that I wanted, and have had no issues with the car so far.

For weeks we have been calling asking for our plates and status update and always told that we will get a call back as the person who sold our car was not in. I asked prior if we can pick up in person and he stated not to worry about it. The store manager is rude and unprofessional on top of that when calling asking for a solution and reimbursement that is a mess up on his seller ends. Stated we are immature if we go on Google review and edit our original review.

I can't in good conscience make this a 4 or 5 star review. My emails received no response and nothing was straight forward. I don't think it's malice but that they're very disorganized. I'd recommend an admin assistant because I'm sure it is hard to sell and show cars, on top of answering phones, scheduling repairs, etc.

In total it was a little over 24k. And if you're wondering why I inserted I paid cash out here's why.. I didn't want car payments and I had enough saved up for a bumper to bumper warranty. All the finance boxes checked. When I test drove the car it was great for the most part. The next day I wanted to add in the hands free cigarette lighter charger.. the cigarette lighter doesn't work. The cord to open the hood latch also broken. I was informed that the car had been wiped clean. I've heard of this before but they didn't mean the previous owners information stored in the car like Bluetooth .. ALLL THE NECESSARY SYSTEM UPDATES FOR THE ACTUAL INTERFACE! Upon going to the Volvo dealership to have my oil changed (I do this with every car I purchase) they informed me that my back breaks were in the red with less than 3% on them. I called and asked how come they didn't change the rear breaks? And the response was we don't do repairs at this location? Okay but that doesn't answer how come you would sell a car to someone where potentially the back breaks could stop freggin working! Not to mention who ever did do the "repairs" on the car double threaded and didn't use any anti-seize on the spark plugs. I called and asked if they would be able to remove that spark plug because I didn't want to mess up my engine trying to do it. And as you guessed it was a no . Fast forward to October my car is starting to misfire.. take it into Volvo and I need to get my whole fuel injectors replaced. Here's where the bumper to bumper warranty would come in.. come to find out ! GUESS WHO DOESNT HAVE BUMPER TO BUMPER LIKE SHE ASKED FOR?! If you guessed me then you're a winner. Power freggin terrain . Not what I asked for after repeatedly asking for and being promised I purchased. 2,700$ at Volvo to do. Rear breaks and rotors 1,900$ . After the repairs it was still misfiring . Come to find out it's because of the computer reset . Got it updated and it's fine now, after time wasted, money wasted and stress level through the roof. And then had the nerve to send me a text message asking about my next car purchase from there.. NEVER and if I had my way all of my friends and family will also not be purchasing from here. When I spoke to them about the warranty they said I could cancel it . Okay good I'll cancel then go through Volvo where they're in-fact honest . 12/27/25 I emailed the cancellation of warranty papers back to the car lot so they can submit them. (Also submitted the forms to the actual warranty place bec let's face it , I had no faith in them to do as promised) the sales rep told me it would take 6-8 weeks to be reimbursed. Today I called the warranty company to check my status.. not only did they not submit the paper work but the warranty they gave me is also no refundable and cannot be canceled. Do not buy a car from this place.
