    Hands down the only car lot I ever enjoy being at. David Gonzalez and Carlos Vasquez are some genuinely classy salesmen, great personalities, and on top of that, helped me throughout the whole process of buying my 74' Cutlass Supreme. Even after taking 3 days of work, without them I wouldn't be riding "hot" this summer 23'! Thank you guys for all your patience and love.

    carson cars- hwy.99 in lynnwood- i usually don't take the time to write reviews just bec i don't have much time however, hats off to david @ carson cars, i had such a relaxing feel which was a huge relief. the atmosphere was literally a no stress zone which is fantastic because there is enough stress when buying a vehicle. carson cars is owned & operated by & through family. the vehicles in this tiny lot are outstanding & usually fully loaded. the prices are more than fair for the consumer. not to mention this review is well overdue, i have purchased last 2 vehicles from carson cars and anyone who is in the car buying market should check them out before they buy elsewhere. david my salesman is the coolest dude of them all- sorry guys!! he got me financed 2 points lower than the other dealership down the street,which is a huge savings. he also sold me a great warranty in case anything happens- cross my fingers. he was patient, respectful and fell in love with my tiny puppy. carson cars wants you to leave happy without feeling buyers remorse. david took an hour with me discusing the features and benifits of the 2 vehicles i was deciding from. david earned my trust and carson cars has my heart for years to come cant thank you guys enough!!!!

I wanted to get the car looked at before I purchased, but was rushed and was told someone else is coming to look at it so with the limited time I had, I just went forward in purchasing the vehicle after I was assured that the vehicle was in flawless condition and he got it serviced and looked at as if it was his own total BS. this guy sells junk cars. He's dealing with a customer and I'm waiting outside in hopes of test driving the car, he tells me please wait 10 minutes. The other customer than leaves and HE PROCEEDS TO GO OUTSIDE TO SMOKE A CIGARETTE in front of me while I wait by the car door... I walked up to him and asked if we could test drive. He appeared bothered and asked me a few questions. I told him if the car looks great for both me and my sister (buyers) and our dad would come later with the mechanic to make sure it's ok and give it an inspection we'd get the car. Then he says " I FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE LETTING YOU DRIVE IF THE BUYERS NOT HERE"... mind you my sister is the buyer, and we don't even know if the car turns on even at this point!? I told him my sister was the buyer. THEN HE ASKED ME IF I WAS READY TO PAY TODAY, because if not he doesn't feel comfortable letting us drive... we are 2 African women in our 30's staring blankly at him. What was going on here? Not sure if he's a sleazy salesman and the prospect of having the mechanic there scared him? Or that we were "sketchy" looking, is this is a race or gender issue? The Caucasian women before us was able to test drive the car... but not us. Even if it wasn't a race or gender issue the attitude was so rude I felt so small. It's such poor taste to demand that we agree to pay today to just test drive it. He wanted our ID and credit card to be left with him.... I've never heard of that. Anywho I wanted to cry I was so frustrated to be treated less than. Not sure what his intentions was but he came across not friendly, rude, and greedy/ sleazy, his cig was more important than the customer even. He stated he was the owner and had his reasons and could do what he wanted. This is my first bad review I've written in years. People be aware. Black people don't waste your time!! Not worth it. Bad energy.

    This is not a review of the car itself, I purchased the vehicle as is and any issues that arise are…read morenot the fault of the dealership. This review is about the stellar customer service that was provided to me while buying a car. Buying a car from a dealership is a pain and I spent weeks stressing about doing it. When the time finally came, I went to a local and known Ford Dealership that immediately tried to screw me over on payments and price of the vehicle and had to walk away. After I left there, I went to Seattle Finest Motors because they had a car in their inventory I was very interested in, a 2016 Ford Explorer. I had found it online a couple days prior and the sales agent Leonard reached out to me about it. The day I wanted to see it, he came in on his day off just to help me. The entire time I worked with Leonard he was honest and respectful. He not only helped me get the car I wanted, but got me a much better rate than I was expecting. During the test drive I noticed the air conditioner in the car wasn't blowing as cold as it should be and the team there kept the car overnight to have it looked at and the next day when I went to pick it up the AC was cold as ice. The day I picked it up, another sales agent named Habib assisted me in getting all of the paperwork together and answering all my dumb questions. I drove the car off the lot that day. About two weeks later I received my license plates via mail (a huge advantage that saved me a trip!) along with a check for the difference in the cost of vehicle tabs. What impressed me most about Seattle Finest Motors is the honesty about the vehicles and transparency about what you pay for. They didn't try any aggressive sales tactics, make me feel pressured, and were extremely helpful. If you're looking for a used car, definitely check these guys out. Side note: I know I said the review wasn't about the car, but I've put several hundred miles on it already including a trip that was over 100 miles and it's had absolutely no problems.

    2020 Subaru WRX Premium VIN: JF1VA1F68L8822383…read more We went in ready to buy a 2020 WRX the same day, but a pre-purchase inspection revealed it was far from "clean"--including a transmission fluid leak, leaking strut, uneven tire wear affecting the AWD system, a failed sensor, and a full 60k service due (about $4k-$6k in immediate costs), plus visible interior and exterior wear. The staff was polite, but when we brought this up, they said we were "about $5,000 apart" and only offered to fix a couple of items. With the car also having an accident and theft history, the price simply didn't match the condition. We walked away--get an independent inspection if you're considering a car here.
