When I got home under the lights of my garage I noticed that the whole car had NEW SCRATCHES! Like they actually wiped it down with sandpaper after washing it. Just noticed the paint where the repair was is actually bubbling up and is visible. I'm very critical of how the paint appears. I only take my car to touchless washes. The entire paint job is now ruined. I spoke with Molly the same day I received it Feb 14th and she asked me to come in on Tuesday the 18th at 9am for them to inspect it. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR PAINT! Here's a video of the damage: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1NBw6KK5EN4ufzSMFM5W-PIs_n7sZR_i9/view?usp=drivesdk Update: Mark, the manager quickly acted and arranged for my car to be seen by another company to be detailed and to hopefully correct Calibers errors. That did not happen. Jeremy at Karrmichaels in Bellevue, WA said that there's nothing he could do aside from a buff and wax job. He also explained to me that the vehicles bumper was a completely different color and had a shoddy paint job. At this point I do not trust Caliber Collision or anyone that they recommend me going to for work on my vehicle. I've reached out to Caliber corporate and have informed my insurance about these issues. It is unfortunate that I paid a $500 deductible for Caliber to fix a scuff and scratch to now requiring a brand new paint job on a vehicle that is less than a year old. UNACCEPTABLE.

Top Secret excelled on every task and our car came out beautifully! These guys are craftsmen who take their work seriously like they're restoring a Rembrandt or Picasso. Everyone was so nice and they were always on top communicating with me as the work was completed. Our car is now a brand new 1968 like it's fresh off the showroom floor. I've recommended Top Secret to several friends who want quality work done. They give free tours and you will be amazed at some of the very rare cars they are working on.

The honesty was much appreciated and acceptable to me. The estimate was not the lowest I've received but after touring the shop that was very organized and clean, talking to the staff who were very informative and knowledgeable, and seeing their work on other projects, it is obvious to me- it is the best estimate I've received! I was very impressed with these folks and will be back!!!

It seems I have a duty to write this review, to help others when choosing a body shop. I was rear…read moreended six months ago and needed repair work on the bumper, quarter panel and rear door, so I chose Gerber after several quotes because the office people seemed professional and knowledgeable. The repair work was actually pretty good, paint matching, body work, all seemed okay. The problem was a failure to *cross the T-s and dot the I-s*, as they say. After picking up my car, I was halfway home before I realized my rear windshield that needed replaced was not tinted after installation (all my other windows are tinted, and so was the rear windshield when I brought it in). While looking closely at it, I noticed the trim panels around the window were not even tucked in around it, either. Panel hanging down, and foam sticking out around it. It was a sloppy install, for sure. I called Gerber and they were apologetic, and said if I brought my car back in the next day, they would get the tint done. No problem. But, they were unable to authorize a second rental car for the day on my same insurance claim (I had just returned the rental car I had for several weeks during my car's repair), so I had to pay out of pocket for a rental and fight with the insurance company for weeks to get them to reimburse me. Anyway, window tint fixed. About two weeks later, I was wiping some leaves off the roof and noticed the trim panel on the roof (the one that covers the mounting brackets for the roof rack) was not fastened back down, and it just flopped all over the place....not sure how it didn't fly off while I was driving during the weeks before! They had not replaced the fasteners to hold it down. Called Gerber again, and they found some clips to re-install it, so I went back down there. Anyway, roof trim fixed. Fast forward to last weekend. Six months after getting my car back. I pulled on my rear door handle while the car was locked, and it opened anyway. After some testing, I noticed the power door lock was not functioning for that door, either with my key fob or the power lock switch, but it would work manually if I flipped the switch on the door. I didn't suspect it was an issue from Gerber's work 6 months ago, I thought maybe some part of the door lock was malfunctioning or something, so I looked up some info and prepared to inspect it. After removing the door panel, I quickly noticed the wiring connector for the power lock on that door was not plugged in, and the connector was actually tucked into the door itself (it's worth mentioning the plastic film inside the door was torn wide open and not replaced or even taped back up). Then it occurred to me....Gerber had failed to re-connect my power lock cable and my rear door had been unlocked for six months since I got my car back, because the switch was not connected. I sent an email to Gerber this week to let them know, and haven't heard back. I don't expect them to do anything about it now, but I felt I should at least let them know about this oversight. In the end, I won't be able to recommend this repair shop to anyone, there were too many issues of things not being handled correctly and "buttoned down" the way they should. BTW, there's also a weird rattle in the back of my car since the repair, but I don't have any proof it's because of something they did (though I suspect there's a 10mm socket rolling around in my bumper or something!). Please use this review to inform your decision when choosing a body shop.
