The inspection was fast and reasonably priced and revealed four fixes for an equally reasonable price, and that they understood my intent was to keep my 2008 Nissan Rogue going for as long as I could. I was able to get an appointment fairly soon after I agreed to the fixes. They also gave me a discount after I posted a review of the initial experience with the inspection. I appreciated the respect, courtesy and lack of mansplaining. I also appreciate that they have a 12 month/12,000 mile guarantee for their fixes.

The wonderful Service Adviser Ilona who I spoke with was so patient and extremely helpful with all my questions I had regarding my car. Two other pro's that Best Service & Repair provide are printouts of your car codes. No shop does that. Ilona goes over the codes and explains each one to the customer. Last and not least first time customers get a 10% discount on their bill. I am extremely pleased with this shop.
