I spoke to him today, he flatly said, " I don't work on old cars anymore ". I asked him not even for an oil change? He said no, too hard to get parts. Ok- it's certainly his choice to not work on certain cars because of his ability, but be aware that his shop doesn't work on whatever he deems as "old". When electric and newer cars that require computers to diagnose and repair become the norm, places like Tony's will be considered "old" and fall out of need.

When I came in for my scheduled appt, they did not have it on the calendar, but said they can take my car anyways. I asked for an oil change, inspection, and tire rotation. I also asked them to check one tire that was deflating faster than the others. After taking a look, they told me I did not need a rotation, and that the deflating tire was fine. I went elsewhere and it turns out Matt's got my tread measurements wrong, and I was definitely overdue for a rotation. They also did not notice a gash in my tire. And they did not reset my car system reminder for the oil change.
