We had an absolutely terrible day trying to navigate everything after my tires were stolen, from contacting the police and dealing with insurance to figuring out what to do with our car. Hubies went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and that our car was safe. David, our tow driver, was incredibly kind, professional, and communicative throughout the entire process. He worked around our family's busy schedule and helped coordinate everything so I didn't have to worry about the car or stay up late waiting for the tow. During an already stressful day, it meant so much to have someone who was so reassuring and dependable. I'm truly grateful for David and the care he showed us. He made a difficult situation feel so much more manageable, and I would highly recommend him and this towing company! read more

After my car was stolen and abandoned in a sketchy part of Seattle, I honestly expected it to take until the next day to get it towed. Even my insurance company warned me that tow companies were extremely busy and it could be a long wait. David at Hubie's Towing completely exceeded my expectations. He called me to introduce himself, confirmed the vehicle's location, kept me updated throughout the process, and had my car picked up within a few hours. He worked quickly, efficiently, and got the job done without any delays. Once he recovered the vehicle, he thoroughly documented its condition with detailed photos and sent everything to my insurance representative. What stood out the most was how kind and reassuring he was during such a stressful situation. He took the time to let me know everything was going to be okay and that my day would get better. That level of compassion meant a lot while dealing with the aftermath of having my car stolen. I've only had two other experiences with towing. I can honestly say this was by far the best experience. David was professional, hardworking, thorough, communicative, and genuinely cared about providing excellent service. If you ever need a tow, I highly recommend Hubie's Towing. If you're lucky enough to have David as your driver, you'll be in great hands. read more

Called Hubie after an accident where my car ended up undrivable. He was super busy but was still able to pick my car in a timely manner. Hubie is a fantastically lovely person. Checked to make sure I was ok after the accident and advised that we remove everything from the vehicle just in case it was totalled AND to take extra pics of the inside just in case they were required. He really took the time to help me understand all my options for towing and storing. I would recommend Hubie's Towing for any car issues. My experience could not have been better! read more

We are celebrating! May 8th, 2026 David from Hubie's Towing did an excellent job loading and towing our little blue precious, a 1972 BMW 2002, to its appointment to get a new engine! Imagine the anxiety we felt knowing little blue would be traveling from the north end to its restoration appointment in the SODO area. Really! David was fantastic. We would recommend and use his service for any of our cars. read more

Hubie's Towing does an amazing job of taking care of your vehicle from point A to point B. Hubie was really thorough and quick to get me an estimate. My tow truck driver i got named Reese was awesome! He explained to me how he has a passion for automotive as well and you can tell by how competent and thorough he was hooking up and towing my classic Alfa Romeo. I noticed he was very detail oriented too with his truck. I would hire Hubies Towing again in a heartbeat and you should too. read more

Hubies Towing - Towing Near Me - Seattle, Washington

My daughter's car was dead in her apartment complex parking lot. I live in Boise and was trying to help her troubleshoot and resolve the issue remotely as I suspected the battery had crossed over into the spirit world. After some back and forth and with some help from a neighbor it was determined that battery was not the problem. I contacted a couple local shops and finally the dealership's service department and made an appointment. They recommended Hubies for towing and I have to say, from the first to that last conversation with Hubie it was an extreme pleasure working with him. Hubie was planning to meet my daughter at her apartment to pick up the car. She was en route to her place via a Lime scooter when the battery died and it became apparent she was going to be late. She called Hubie apologetic and said she was on her way but would be late. He literally came and picked her up in the world's biggest Uber vehicle. Hubie and I had spoken about the symptoms of the car and I told him I thought it was battery related. When he got to her car he did a quick look and he also suspected it was battery related. Needless to say he got the car running and my (very reasonable) quote for towing was cut by more than half for a service call. All that is beyond incredible service, but he didn't stop there. He knew the battery may have a bad cell in it and it might be dead in the morning. He found a nearby AutoZone, called and confirmed they had her battery in stock and could install it that evening and then followed her there to ensure she made it safe. All the while keeping Dad in Idaho informed. I told him that I could not thank him enough for his help and kindness and he said "Hey man, I have daughters of my own, I'm glad I could help". What a great man and business. read more

This is a late review and follow up, years ago my car broke down during rush hour on the express lanes. Hubie's towing came from the South end to access the express lanes in the North end and safely get me towed. They were the only tow company that would respond during rush hour. Recently, I thought I needed a tow as my battery charger didn't start my car. Hubie said he would send Yared's Roadside assistance first. He was correct as Yared's was able to get my car started. Very grateful and will always have Hubies Towing in high regard. read more

I had a small antique car that was not running that we needed to get moved due to selling our house. Hubie showed up with the right equipment in my super tight neighborhood, managed to get the car pulled out of my garage, navigated the neighborhood to get it safely where it was going, he managed to drop it perfectly at his destination even though there were mechanical issues that prevented it from rolling properly. He also was extremely nice, super engaging and we really appreciate it. read more

Our vehicle was stolen and then abandoned. The insurance company set up towing with HUBIE's Towing! After a week of so much stress and unknowns around insurance and theft it was amazing to have our truck delivered home. David made sure to get it right inside the back yard where we wanted it (behind a fence in a tight space). The vehicle didn't run so he tried to jump it and get it to a better spot in order to close the gate. He stayed and helped us push and do everything we could to get it right where we needed it! David went above and beyond. He was calm, professional, friendly, and defiantly knew what he was doing! If I were to ever need a tow Hubies will be my first call! read more

People shouldn't use their flashers in an emergency when there's no emergency like this vehicle here he only put his flashers on just to get in front of traffic People abuse their authority when they have those emergency flashers and it's not cool because then you make a whole line of traffic get out of the line you're in And it creates a big mess for everyone This vehicle made everybody within a 100' or no more than that I'm gonna say at least 500' get out of his way When there was no emergency for him. The thing is is that everybody who got over thought he was an emergency vehicle and he wasn't and as soon as he got past us he turned his flashers off. This happened at 11:10 am about on meridian in Puyallup so if you know who this driver is maybe you guys should have a talk with him. I have a photo read more

I had arranged with Hubies to pick up my car between 8:30 and 9:00 am to tow it to a repair shop. I waited 1 1/2 hours and no one showed up, and no one contacted me. I sent a text and called their number (straight to voicemail) repeatedly since I really needed to get to work. In the end I just gave up and left. I later learned that there was a big accident and they instead focussed on that. I have no problem that they felt the accident was more pressing, but there is NO EXCUSE for not contacting me to tell me that they wouldn't be able to make the scheduled pickup and would schedule another time so I would not have to miss work. Finally, hours later I got a call from one of the drivers who was coming to deal with my car, and so I left work and came home. This driver, Jeff, was the most awesome tow truck driver I have ever dealt with. My house is 120 years old and has a very narrow driveway between my house and our neighbor's house. While Jeff's first inclination was to say that there was no way he could tow the car from the bottom of the driveway, he thought carefully about it and amazingly managed to navigate his flatbed truck from the street and down the driveway, without damaging any plants or houses! And despite all the hassle of doing this, he was a super nice guy and very calm. So 5+ stars for Jeff and 1 star for the management at Hubies. read more

Look. You're probably not having a great time, as you're looking up towing companies on review sites. I hear ya. I just had a rough day too. Thankfully, I was lucky enough to work with Hubie. An out of control driver hit my car, and it was immobile. The police towed it to a frustrating impound lot, filled with esoteric unwritten rules, but HUBIES TO THE RESCUE. Not only was Hubie's team timely, and super responsive (I've got his cell phone number saved), but Hubie himself was calm, kind and extremely adept at problem solving. I will only use Hubie's in the future and the only company I can wholeheartedly say "100% recommended". Thank you, if you ever read this, after an accident I wish everyone was as kind and thoughtful as you were. read more

Great service. I've actually used them a couple of times already (bad for me.) Hubie came out to tow a vehicle for us on behalf of Vehicles for Vets. The original towing company had to keep rescheduling so the organization had to reach out to Hubie to get it done. Super friendly and easy going despite having to pick up a vehicle in the evening. PS - he also has a fantastic towing truck! read more

I was driving down Pacific Avenue in downtown Tacoma to pick up dinner from a storefront restaurant when a red tow truck with a hubie towing decal on the side was blocking the the restaurant's designated curbside delivery parking area. I gestured to the male driver that I was trying to go into that stall but he waived me to go around. So I did just that and took the next available stall closest to the restaurant in order for the restaurant patron to see me. The male approaches my vehicle and starts knocking on my window so I proceeded to roll it down. He immediately began behaving in a hostile manner screaming at me "YOU NEED TO GET THE FUCK OUT OF HERE". I proceeded to explain to him that he told me to go around him while he was blocking the stall I intended to pull into. He then said "WHO THE FUCK DO YOU THINK YOU ARE, CURBSIDE DELIVERY DELIVERY FUCK THAT". It was extremely uncalled for and there definitely could have been done in a kinder approach to this situation but instead he chose to use scare tactics and foul language to get what he wanted. It was extremely disturbing and quite frightening as I am a young woman up against a hostile white male. I'm sure the storefronts invest money into permits for their curbside delivery designated stalls and for him to block it, tell me to go around, then when I do, get upset for his own inconvenience, is so irrational. read more

Great service! They will respond to your texts/messages quickly, came exactly on time as said. Whole time to tow car/get it up was less then five minutes. Left no mess, nothing! Also love the seahawks tow truck! read more

I called Hubie's for a tow--busted tire on the rim, no donut--and not only did they send someone immediately, but Mark was lovely! I was worried about whether there would be enough space for the tow truck to maneuver in the tight area my car was parked, but Mark was expert. And nice! He made the experience as low-stress and efficient as possible. I will definitely call Hubies if I need another tow (please no, lol). Excellent service. read more

Hubie's towing was great! I needed to move a heavy piece of machinery and had gotten a very high quote from a rigger in Seattle. I'd heard about other people using tow companies to move heavy toolboxes and the like so I called around. Hubie returned my call quickly and was friendly and enthusiastic about giving the job a shot. He clearly explained that he would only take on the job if he thought he could do it safely, and told me what the hourly charge would be. Hubie and one of his driver's showed up precisely when they said they'd be there and got right to work. They were able to move and deliver my lathe right where I needed it, and at a reasonable price, and were friendly the entire time! I'd happily use them again for any service they provide! read more

Wow, I couldn't ask for more from a towing agency. I have dealt with Hubies twice now and have had wholly positive experiences each time. They are responsive to calls, punctual and very friendly. I had my car towed to and from a garage; the driver worked with me for what needed to be done with the car and gave me some good advice about my mechanical situation. I'm not sure if my driver was the owner, but he has been in the towing business for 18 years, so he knows how to handle a variety of towing needs. Top off the fast, quality service off with a clean tow truck (which I had to ride in for both trips) and you have a winner. I have already put Hubies on in my phone contact list and highly recommend them to anyone in need of an honest, friendly tow service. read more

As someone who puts great weight on customer service, Hubies Towing absolutely blew me away with how kind, honest, and helpful they were. The individual who took my call was very nice, and I immediately felt like these were people I could trust. Hubie, the owner, ended up being the man who arrived to tow my car for me, and he is an incredibly humble, kind, and knowledgeable man. In addition to towing my car, he helped me diagnose my car's issue and told me approximately how much time and money it could potentially cost to fix it. It was massively helpful. After having a negative experience with a different tow company in the past, I was extremely relieved to have such a positive experience with Hubies Towing. read more

Here's the bottom line: Hubies Towing is the BEST!!!!!! When I got into a car accident, Hubie himself came to the rescue in less than 10 mins!!! He was so incredibly nice and very efficient in getting the car towed. We were on the way taking my sister to the airport and when we thought she was probably not going to make her flight, he loaded us in his tow truck and went 30 min out of his way to take her to the airport! He even took a picture of us when we dropped her off :) He made sure we were comfortable, felt safe, and even gave us some water and waited with us for our Uber ride to arrive. Getting in a car accident is a sucks, but Hubie couldn't have done more to make our night calm and stress-free. He's truly a humanitarian and turned what could have been a terrible memory into an evening spent with a trusted friend. ROCK ON HUBIE!!!! read more

Hubie transformed what was a terrible situation (getting all four wheels stolen) into an experience that restored some of my faith in humanity. Not only were they the only tow company that was willing to help me, Hubie went out of his way to find tires to mount and brought my car to the dealership, which helped resolved so many issues with the insurance company (I won't bore you with the details) .
