Hubie's towing is by far the best. My alternator on my '96 Camry died, he came out to tow it through AAA and he showed my dad and I how easy it would be for us to put a new one in ourselves. WOW! You can just tell he loves his job and loves cars. He saved me (single mom, 2 kids) a tremendous amount of money by not having to take my car to the shop to have the work done. Contacted HUBIES because of their reviews. They gave me a price over the phone and stay true to their words. Other companies were quoting me prices to tow my truck that ranges all over the place. I had to get my classic vw bug moved from my old house in bellevue to my new one in n seattle. Hubie picked the phone right up, and was there to meet me at the time specified. He was pleasant & helpful, aired the soft tires up and seemed to be a trustworthy sort of guy to entrust my old bug to. Hubie's Towing made a stressfull situation manageable. They helped me out a lot by showing up within 45 min or so of me being crashed into and driving both me home and my car to overnight storage. The next morning Hubie had called me with information about the dealership which I mentioned taking my car to, and several other options in my neighborhood. Mind you my collision happened at 1am and hubie is already calling me back with suggestions before 10am. I ended up taking my car to one of the recommended body shops from Hubie's and am extremely satisfied with the quality of work done and the fact that all service done was collected from the insurance carrier of the driver at fault I presume. I was never charged a cent from either Hubie's or the body shop recommended. I will go out of my way from here on to have any future towing needs done by Hubie's and any future collision restoration done by their recommended shops. read more

What can I say about Hubies that hasn't already been said? Hubie, himself, is a true gentleman. I have his number on speed dial in case of emergencies. My first experience was when I locked my keys in my car. Not knowing really who to call, I called Hubies as his trucks are often in my neighborhood. He sent a guy to my rescue. I wish I could remember the man's name. He was very kind and understanding and was able to open my car and get me on my way. As a woman, it's important to feel safe and the man who opened my car made me feel very safe. Not once did I feel threatened or disrespected by him. I've met Hubies as well and find him to also be very respectful of women, which, if you're calling for a tow, is important. Needing a tow means you're already in a vulnerable position so to have a confident AND respectful tow operator show up, is comforting during a time of great stress. (Fathers, husbands, boyfriends & ladies, This review is for you) - Hubies Towing has some of the best customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. Period. They are both very friendly & extremely professional. Over the past week, I have had to have my wife's car towed twice due to engine issues & both times I used Hubies Towing. The first time we used this company was for a very early morning tow. I was at work & so my wife had to meet the driver, whose name was Mike. My wife told me that not only was Mike on time, but that he was friendly, professional & very respectful. He was a gentleman towards her & kept a respectful distance when he talked to her so as to not make my wife uncomfortable by "crowding" her space as lets face it, guys sometimes do, even if unintentionally. I made sure to call & tell the owner, Hubie, who was in fact fantastic himself, just how much I appreciated his companies stellar service & of the way his associates conducted themselves. Hence, this review. A few days later I needed his towing services once again & this time had the chance to meet Mike myself. My female best friend from Canada recently came to Washington to visit me when her car began to overheat and the "check engine" light came on while driving along I-5. She immediately pulled over to the side of the freeway. With a hungry two-year old in tow and the sunlight quickly disappearing, she called me frantically not knowing who to call or what to do. She needed a tow...STAT. At that moment, I remembered hearing such wonderful things from friends and family in the past about Hubie's Towing so I thought I'd give them a shot. Hubert arrived to where my friend was located in a very reasonable time, was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable in explaining what he believed could have happened (and his diagnosis was absolutely correct after getting the official diagnosis from the mechanics who ended up working on the car!). He helped my friend feel at ease with the stressful situation that she was in. Hubert quickly and carefully loaded her car into his flatbed and safely brought her car to its destination for repair.
