Needed to schedule a tow on Nov 22 for a seized engine. Abraham showed up exactly on time with a flatbed, which is what we needed with an all-wheel drive car. We live on a main street so loading the car would block the road. Abraham was able to get the car on the truck in less than five minutes, so only one driver was blocked for a minute or two. Then, a couple days later, my daughter called to tell me her car broke down on I-5. When I got there, I was unable to get it running. I called Guardian Towing because I had such a good experience with them the first time. Dispatch said they could get a truck there in 30 - 45 minutes. Abraham rolled up less than 10 minutes later and towed the car to the neighborhood repair shop, dropping me off at my house along the way. Excellent service! My girlfriend needed her car towed to the dealership and her insurance company sent Guardian Towing (Viking Towing in the text). While the driver was polite, he was very aggressive about tips. I think his name was Hassan? When my girlfriend said she didn't have any cash on her, he then proceeded to say he had Zelle and then asked for her phone so that he could send himself money. When he finally dropped off the keys to the dealership, he didn't even fill out the form correctly. He just dropped off the keys in an envelope. Imagine this: Bf has had a few and for some reason drives his already on the last leg truck to a bar 30 miles south. And the clutch chooses the freeway to jump ship. My 23 year old daughter's car would'nt start in a bad part of town and was she was being hassled by a man. They showed up quickly and got the car to start. Quoted $265 for the tow to a repair shop because my daughter lives out of state and can't take the chance of it failing again....car started and the driver offered to follow her to a repair shop. Ending cost was reduced to $150. I told dispatch I was out of state....he could have charged me anything.....no he was honest and reduced the charge to $150. Bravo!!!! MY tow guy- Zakaria was early, great friendly communication, patient, and knowledgeable ! I felt like my car was in very good hands being towed to the dealership! This was all arranged through my dealership Mazda app. Very good communication and follow ups from pickup to delivery. I didn't have to fill out any paperwork or go with him during Jan 2021 Covid19. Do not use this company, they take your vehicle and hold onto it at impound to drive up the cost. They will sneak a delivery after Close of business to the repair shop. And once they can't reach the business because they are closed they will impound it and forget it for 30 days read more

Last night we walked back to our car from dinner in Eastlake and unfortunately found the passenger side front light, wheel well and bumper completely smashed. My stolen car was found almost two weeks ago yesterday and my car would still be trapped in a homeless encampment in the woods if it were not for the heroics of Guardian Towing. I was stuck in a web of miscommunication. I was calling my State Farm claim handler to cover the tow, but, as I found out, State Farm outsources the handling of tows to Agero. So I was talking to a State Farm agent who was talking to an Agero agent who was calling a tow company to help me out. It was not good. I had to repeat my story so many times to people who really couldn't help me. Eventually I went through three other tow companies before fortune favored me and Lela called me. Lela took care of me. She wanted to know my story. She asked me questions. She gave me a sense of confidence that finally my car was going to get towed. She called my insurance multiple times, she gave me her direct line, she went above and beyond. Although we didn't get the car towed that day because the insurance agent who need to approve the tow was gone for the day (It was 2 in the afternoon.). Lela called my insurance the next morning, got the tow approved, and my car was at the my mechanic that afternoon. Thank you Lela. I cannot give Guardian Tow enough stars. Do yourself a favor. **A CAR ENTHUSIAST'S WORST NIGHTMARE** My front mount intercooler was dented by their winch when loading up into flatbed. I was instructed by the operator to steer my car while he winched it up in order to prevent damage while he observed and guided me. Unfortunately, this expensive mishap occurred. I even went to the extent to remove my bumper to prevent such damage.I've searched around and found that this tow company had great reviews but please do not ignore this review if you truly do care about your car. read more

Curtis is the best. I could probably leave it at that and it'll be enough. But for those who have yet to experience it, I'll write a brief history of what happened to me. It was early June when my used car I purchased(scammed btw from Cadillac of Bellevue) suddenly died while I was on highway 99 near Greenlake. For those of you familiar with the highway can relate when I tell you that it just died while going 40+ mph on a narrow bridge, scary stuff... Anyway, I kept my cool and let the car run all the way down the hill and parked it near the Greenlake park and called my insurance for towing. Curtis showed up in no time and towed my car to safety. The crew at Guardian towing took care of my car when no one else would. I have a newer car that had a software update failure issue which caused the car to become undrivable. Roadside assistance scheduled a number of towing companies to come - all eventually refusing to tow the car due to it being too new and afraid of breaking something. Layla - the operations manager went out of her way to call the dealership to help us explore options to fix the car remotely. Guardian sent two tow trucks to get the car moved when all other options fell through and we needed the car delivered to the dealership. Ben and Will treated our car with care selecting the right method to load it onto a flatbed with no damage. The car was delivered on schedule and without damage. read more

I had an accident and needed a tow to a storage facility following by a tow to the repair facility. They took 2 hours to arrive at the accident site. I am on day 9 of trying to get the truck towed to the storage facility, the incompetence Guardian is amazing. There phone is not answered or is answered by someone with kids screaming in the background. They have constant screwups extending the storage to drive up the charges. They are needing to work with insurance and are unable to effectively communciate and are not proactive at all to resolve issues. The reviews here that are positive must be fake. Do not use this company unless you want to subject yourself to torture. read more

Guardian Towing was an absolute life saver for me when I was stuck with 2 flat tires on my way in to work this morning. It was dark and raining and I had been stuck for several hours on a bridge due to issues with my insurance company struggling to facilitate my request for roadside assistance. Sam at Guardian happened to call right when another guy showed up claiming to work for them (though his tow truck did not say Guardian). Sam told me to stay in the car and to not get in the truck with the other driver because he was not who he said he was. At this point I was very rattled (...there may have been tears). Sam actually Face Timed the other tow truck driver and even offered to stay on the phone with me until the Guardian driver arrived because I was so shaken up. The driver Jerry arrived quickly and was very warm, kind and professional. It makes ALL the difference in the world when you are having a terrible day and the person on the other end of the line (and behind the wheel of the tow truck) are such kind and caring humans. The driver, Waleed, was also warm and kind, and saw how stressed I was and told me to rest in my apt while he worked to try to get into the car. My car was broken into and the side window was completely smashed. Insurance called these guys to come grab my car off the street to bring it to a lot while we figured out where to send it to get it fixed. It took a little over an hour for the truck to get to me after they had been assigned, but jt was during rush hour in really hard rain, so I understand the delay - when I called the dispatcher to ask for an update they let me know they were stuck in traffic and were apologetic but assured me the truck was still coming. The person who came to pick up the vehicle was extremely kind and patient. My car battery was dead when they arrived due to the door having been left open after it was broken into. They jumped it and got it right up on the truck. I was concerned about rain getting into the car and they let me know that they have a wrap they put on cars with damaged glass to keep them dry. They also assured me of the security of the lot. Would absolutely use Guardian Towing again! read more

I hit a curb and blew out my tire. Bad day. Then I left the hazard lights on as a warning so hopefully a meter maid wouldn't give me a ticket, which ultimately lead to my car battery dying. Bad day made worse. Then my lug nuts were put on too tight to be taken off with a wrench so I couldn't change the tire. Really bad day. Luckily a garage up the street agreed to help me out -- now to get my car there. Guardian Towing to the rescue. I started hearing weird noises from my car and eventually had to pull off to the side of the road and call for roadside service.. my insurance connected me with another towing company with an ETA for 2 hours out. Couldn't leave my car and walk the 15 mins home because I had to maneuver my car into a no parking spot. 2 1/2hrs in I call the towing company and they were supposed to call me back with an ETA of the driver but after 30 mins, no call. Tried to call them but was hung up on once and then put on hold for another 30 mins! Starving, cold and needing to use the bathroom I called my insurance back and they reassigned these guys and within mins I get a call from the owner and he was apologetic for the other company screwing up and said he would try to get someone to me as quickly as possible. He called me back and said someone would get to me within 11 to 20 mins and he didnt lie! I was EXTREMELY grateful. Both guys I talked to were super nice and funny! I felt safe and had really easy conversation and they even offered to take my car to the mechanic and to a car rental place!
