Due to an unfortunate event on Sunday September 18.... had my car vandalized my car was unable to drive. Out of the multiple cars vandalized mine was picked up right away. Worst. Towing. Company. EVER! A member of AAA for more than 30 years, I've also maintained roadside assistance with my insurer, USAA for almost as long. Due to some belt-tightening, I didn't renew my AAA membership. The first (and what will be the ONLY time) I used my USAA roadside assistance, it was...since they arranged for Guardian Towing to make the pick up, it has BEEN AN ABJECT FAILURE. It has now been more than 3...COUNT THEM, 3 hours since I made my request. Now it looks like it will be at least ANOTHER HOUR. I am just lucky the breakdown occurred in the parking lot of a restaurant I frequent. Having waited for so long my cellphone battery was dying, I had to ask the manager a the restaurant to call me an Uber...which she had to do using her own phone and Uber account to do because I lacked the ability to use my cellphone. What if I'd been on the highway, in 40% weather (as it was)? What if it had been raining (which it has been doing in Seattle constantly for weeks, today being a rare sunny day)? This experience tells me that Guardian Towing is both lazy, incompetent, and mendacious. Whatever you do, NEVER, EVER trust Guardian. You will regret it. I know I do. read more

I cannot thank Robert from Guardian Towing enough. He was my savior tonight. I had to swerve to avoid a cat that darted into the middle of the road, and got stuck in a retaining wall type ditch. The middle of my car was completely on the ground and my two right tires were hanging in the ditch. We tried all manner of things to get it out. But it wasn't until Robert showed up and pulled my car out that it was finally able to be free. Robert was extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I was extremely paranoid that there was damage done under my car. However Robert took a look at it even though he did not have to, and told me everything would be okay. My car was perfectly fine thanks to Robert's expertise. He even taught me a few things about Towing my car out of a ditch. Robert went above and beyond at 3 a.m. when he probably should have been sleeping to come and rescue me from the wrath of the alley cat. I can not thank Robert enough for rescuing me. read more

The worst experience I have ever encountered dealing with a towing company. I have worked in the auto industry for 6 years, and knew immediately, Rolando Lee Morales was a very inexperienced wrecker. Not only did Rolando damage my vehicle further with his carelessness, but resorted to name calling and defiance as he was asked to be way more careful with this limited production vehicle. His response was for me to sign a waiver relieving him of any responsibility for damages to my vehicle that he had just caused moments prior. Police were called by the driver himself as I refused to assist in removing my car from the bed of his truck. Demanding I speak to his boss about the complete disregard and lack of care shown in the loading process. . I had reason to believe there would be further damages if I were to authorize the removal of the car. Would not recommend this company to anyone, if this is the kind of "professional" behavior to expect. Never have I felt been more disrespected as Rolando provoked the situation, telling me how large his micropenis was. Local police arrive, and supervise the removal of my car. I call for a different tow service. Seattle LL actually, you should absolutely give those guys a call if you are in automotive need! They were great! read more

These guys are top flight. I called them at 8:30 on a miserable, rainy January Wednesday night; our car had got stuck (wedged, really) in our steep driveway. Sam picked up right away, asked me to send photos and assessed the situation. He and his team were at jobs, but kept me apprised of their situation and how long it would take to get out to us. When he did arrive, he gave me the option of working it that night or waiting until morning. Since I could, we decided to get some sleep and work on it in the AM. They were on it in the morning and snatched the car free from it's precarious situation in just a few minutes. Thanks much! read more

guardian towing was hired by my insurance company because i needed my car towed to a wheel shop. the driver hassan took my car, assured me he would leave the key in the dropbox of the store because they were closed. he then calls me to inform me that the dropbox was locked but "not to worry because he put it through the crack in the door" WITHOUT ASKING ME. put my key on the literal floor of a closed tire shop. he told me not to worry that they would find the key. i called them this morning and a frickin customer found my key on the floor and my car was parked right outside. not happy read more

First day at my joy.. I did not want to be late and my navigation said that I would have enough gas to get to work.. but did not estimate for the hills.. so when I got into the parking garage the gas gauge said 0! I knew I would have to call for help.. the first guy came out and tried to add gas.. but said he needed an extra tube.. I looked in almost every nook and cranny! And my car was full!! I was to move into the new place when I was done with work.. finally he and I gave up.. so I called my roadside service again.. now wanting a tow.. butte clearance in the garage is 6'!! I would have to pay for the town.. I was promised a tow truck would be 20 min away.. (waited and waited) so when the diver arrived, I told him the story.. he got his gas can, Watch with me to my car and check to see if his nozzle from the Gas can would engage my my gas tank.. it seem to work he told me he would be back with gas and we would try it. 20 minutes later I have gas in my tank! I can finally get out!! If only the person before them would've tried the nozzle on the gas tank I would not have a problem but then again I would not have amazing service from this tow company the dispatcher was great and the driver was great so I'm happy to post five star service made my first day in Seattle worth it read more

Then Curtis got there early, got my car hooked up quick, and even gave me some good advice about talking to the body shop about my repairs. Even though the Toyota dealership gave us the run around as to where the car should be unloaded and parked. Left my wife and daughter stranded hours beyond their anticipated arrival time. Cost was expensive but emergency towing leaves customers vulnerable. Don't think it's any different than other towing companies. Shady business overall. Will use again if need be for emergency but leaving my family vulnerable 2 hours past estimated arrival is not appropriate. read more

Amazing! My son drove his moving van into an alley, and couldn't back out. I offered to find someone to tow him out, and called Guardian Towing. I spoke to a gentleman named Yasser, who was familiar with the area and sent someone out right away. The problem turned out to be complicated, and his crew had to go out again the next day to extricate the van. He was so kind to both my son and I. Just do yourself a favor, call Guardian Towing. Usually you're in some car trouble if you need a tow: Who actually wants to get their car towed? I sure as hell didn't. I was two blocks from an auto repair shop, obstructing the entrance to my work, and less than an hour before I had to be back to open the vaults to my branch's bank. Somehow, these guys swooped in and saved my day. I just googled this place, saw the reviews and prayed that it would be quick and painless. The whole thing was so fast, including the travel time. The two guys were so nice they even tried to jump my car just to rule out that it wasn't the battery. I didn't even have to ask! Everything went off without a...hitch, so to speak.
