The guy on night call needs a change of attitude, or easier just replace him... I was really questioning if a truck was even being sent. The driver was great though! Very professional and courteous. read more

One star only because I can't rate them 0! We were promised a flatbed tow truck and the driver showed up at our home with a regular truck. Our daughter was the only one home & given specific instructions. She told the driver what was promised & told him not to hook up until he had the proper equipment. He said some pretty nasty things to our daughter - basically telling her she was stupid. He left & told his office that he was yelled at and would not come back. When I called I was told to find another towing company. Their word means nothing! EXTREMELY bad customer service. read more

After waiting for (and four phone calls) AAA for three hours I decided to call Pete's towing. Thank God I did! They got there within 30 minutes during rush hour. Brandon, my tow person, took very good care of me, carry my suitcase to the truck, grabbing my charger from my vehicle after had been loaded. Of course I had an Uber ready to go when I was dropped off after closing at the mechanics, but Brandon would have kept me safe and stayed a bit or taken me to a public location. He also noticed the problem right away so it was good to have that knowledge. The tow ropes had got wrapped around the drivetrain. read more

I am writing to give KUDOS to Pete's Towing. I manage a property for Senior/Disabled persons and over the weekend a charming person came on our property and stole one of my residents' rims and tires from a 2003 Dodge Grand Caravan.... Yes, a minivan. Anyhow, my residents have limited income and were getting no help from either insurance or triple A. After going to the scrapyard to buy rims and tires and lugnuts they called Triple-A to come and do the work putting them on. They drove through our parking lot, called my resident and said... "No, we cannot do this as there are concrete blocks under the vehicle. That is where Petes' stepped in. After trying to console the resident, I called Petes, I spoke to Ms. Shalina, she was nothing less than kind, understanding and incredibly helpful. She not only sent a tow truck driver over, Justin, but he also arrived and did the job in no time flat, with a smile and with the professionalism that would be expected. They went above and beyond what needed to be done!!!! Including disposing of the concrete blocks! Do I recommend Petes? 100 %. A+ 5 Stars all the way. read more

Pete's towing to the rescue! My husband was driving to pick up our daughter and his tire popped in the middle of I5 going north. Unfortunately it was on Thanksgiving Day. We understand that the rates will be a lot higher. We called 6-8 companies and only two answered. The other company were a little cheaper but Pete's was able to get out sooner. They were there in about 40 mins and was able to tow us back home. Thanks for helping us instead of being with your family. We appreciate it! read more

Excellent experience. The first person I talked with was Kathy, who was friendly and thorough. The driver Kenny was the same. When he saw some issues that he was concerned would make our older Park Model trailer unsafe on the road, he conferred with other experienced drivers, and ended up not towing that day. Of course we were disappointed, but really appreciated his safety consciousness. After we had the repair done he returned and safely got it out of a small park, towed about it an hour and a half down roads that included everything from freeway to a windy dirty road and steep driveway, and maneuvered it perfectly into position. All that for a price that was less than we expected. I called seven other companies before them who either never returned my call, or wouldn't take it on. read more

Pete's towing saved my bacon. My car died today and I was stranded in a bad spot. Shelley answered the phone (I apologize if I got the name wrong) and was wonderful. Jason showed up and safely got my MINI on the truck. Yes, I had to pay an hourly rate for a short tow, but I felt like my car and myself were in the BEST hands. I have saved their phone number if anyone ever needs help in the future. read more

Bad Overpriced Never Again. My car need to be tow to the near mechanic shop. 1.3 miles. from my location, they charge by the hour, and starts counting from the time the driver leaves facilities to the client destination, so if roads have slow traffic or detours due to road work or accidents will cost you big time. The hourly rate is $138h. I got charged $138 x 2 h for 1.3 distance? insane. Highest prices in town, and will scam you to make the most money out of you. Be AWARE... read more
