Terrible quality, service is terrible, charge the maximum legally allowed, their own records show overlapping billed time for the same driver on two separate tows, damaged my vehicle. The absolute worst towing company you could ever experience. Front desk was bragging about how they had to be mean to customers upon retrieval. I parked in a no parking zone. No excuses, simply wasn't paying attention and followed other people on private property. When I asked for legal authorizations required they refused to show me them only forced me to contest in court if I wanted to see it. I reported immediately while at the facility my car was damaged. After the tow, an independent inspection documented a bent right-front inner tie rod, and I photographed visible contact/scrape markings on the damaged component I reported the damage on site. GM told me there was "nothing bent or anything cars just don't like being towed that's why my warning lights came on". I was told nothing was bent, which was later contradicted by the independent inspection. Told my car was reviewed by on site technician (the guy didn't show up for work that day) and independent (never happened). Asked for names, qualifications and what vehicle specific information they used in determining this and was ignored. Took it in to an independent technician who informed me it was a bent tie rod with visible contact markings evident to something being attached to the tie rod and pulled. Two weeks of communication, fairly and transparently showing my findings while asking for a peaceful resolution outside of court. They also "completed" my tow with the same driver who was beginning another tow at the exact same time. They charged the maximum rate and fabricated the time it took. 3.2 miles $609.21 1-1/4 hour tow time. Explicitly stated the extra time was for "careful handling". Now I have to go through their insurance because of systemic bad faith, dishonest and outright rude business practices. If they try to deny the damage to my vehicle I have pre tow obd scans of my car, pre purchase inspection of my vehicle that was two months from purchase date, day of diagnostic scans immediately upon retrieval showing steering angle sensor fault code. read more

Bill and Chunnley Saved the Day! Airport Towing is a lifesaver! At almost midnight after a long flight, we arrived at our truck to find our keys locked inside with a dead battery. Bill arrived super fast, unlocked the truck, and jumped the battery in seconds. Having his awesome dog, Chunnley, along instantly relieved our stress. Incredible, fast, and kind service. Highly recommend! read more

Ask for a jump start for a Peterbilt 579 airport towing sent a pick up with jump cables. I ask why did the not send a jump box and they said I did not request that. lack of knowledge what obvious. Never use again read more

The best!! Quick n super nice!!! Knew what they were doin for sure! If you ever need a tow would 100% recommend these guys! Thanks again!!

I am updating simply because I had another good experience with the Airport Towing team back in June. I was dealing with car troubles and decided to tow instead of drive it in out of an abundance of caution. The driver arrived fast and was very kind, just as my first experience had been. They now let you pay by paylink to your phone prior to dropping your car at the drop-off location. That was a great convenience. I was able to go to work immediately without taking time to go run a card through at the final destination. I love technology. Towing can really delay your day and time is money. I didn't need to burn PTO to get my car taken to the shop!! read more

had my car impounded and didn't learn about it for about seven days was really nervous about the cost, but it was impounded by airport towing and they were really good about working with me. I really appreciate all the help they gave me. I would really recommend them if you need help with the tow, etc. read more

It's really bad when you're driving home on a Friday night and you hit the cinderblocks a moron left in the street! Both of my tires were blown out and fortunately I was able to pull off onto a side street. I called my emergency roadside service company and they said it would be a minimum of 2 to 4 hours and then I would have to wait for the car. They did say that I could call my own toe and then submit the bill for reimbursement. I got a hold of Corrie at Airport Towing at 1:30 AM and their amazing tow truck driver, Jesse, was there just after 2 AM. He was efficient, polite, and funny! Got me towed to the tire store and made a really crummy experience much better. I highly recommend them. Tom read more

Noone enjoys being towed, but this experience was very professional and painless. My driver was Jim. He was knowledgeable and efficient. Even with social distancing he answered all my anxious questions and had my AWD baby up on the dolly safely and securely in no time. Highly recommend. read more

Absolutely the worst office customer service. Arrogant, inattentive, too focused on themselves ignoring customer and talking to each other. Yard guy was good and helpful. Avoid at all costs. Hidden fees, scam with local police so you're locked in if you get into an accident near the airport. read more

Bill came to get us when my truck was stuck in the mud after spinning off the road. He was very kind and extremely helpful in our situation. Very thankful for him. read more

We had our cool camper van stolen and we were fortunate enough to work with Jim and Bill to recover the van from impound. Tough situation but I can't say enough about the professionalism and kindness Bill and Jim demonstrate. They got the van running and we were able to drive it off for repairs. Thanks to them both... salt of the earth guys with great attitudes! if I need help or a tow I'm looking for Jim, Bill and Airport Towing! Kate and Brian read more

I called Airport Towing and the lady I spoke too was friendly and helpful though I was frustrated with my truck. Rob showed up hooked up my truck and happily took me and my truck home. The cost was quite reasonable and I would recommend them to all. read more

Driver Jesse was called by Burien Police to tow my recovered vehicle from dump site to my home. Jesse then called Officer to falsely claim that I refused delivery at my home. I have since learned that this company is notorious for up charging, which I am now experiencing as they try to charge me for impound and storage fees. Court Is in two weeks. Owner did not respond to phone calls to rectify before i filed for Towing Hearing. read more

Could not ask for better service. I was able to call for towing a vehicle, and there was a tow truck there in a matter of minutes. Employees were extremely professional, and worked quickly to get my car on its way. I would definitely use them anytime I needed service. read more

My car wouldn't start in the parking structure at Seatac. I called AAA and gave them my location they said they would send a truck. Over an hour later AAA called back and said they had no trucks that could fit in the parking structure.... They told me to call AIRPORT TOWING ( didn't give me a number) A lovely guy named Michael who works for the port of Seattle told me how to call them. Within 20 minutes of my call a truck arrived with Eric ( from New York) he tried to start my car and told me all I need is a jump start- from the way it sounded. I was going to have it towed to Seattle Acura. Eric was so kind and helpful! I didn't need to go to the dealer and he very quickly jump started my car. I highly recommend Airport Towing and Professional Eric. Thank You So Much!! read more

Awesome service! Didn't charge me the whole hourly rate! Bill is really great guy. Great conversation and he was fast and efficient! Would recommend to anybody! Thank you! read more

Blue circle in my pic is the tow sign. Red X is the side of a Seattle city street where I parked (not private property). They towed my car for "blocking a 120ft wide driveway" while I was in a meeting. My little car blocked nothing. Period. I had to Uber 5 miles to a sketchy trailer on a filthy dirt lot and pay $284 to release it. Scum on every level. Need an honest tow service? Try "24/7 Rapid Discount Towing" in Seattle. We were stranded at a SeaTac outdoor self parking lot in the middle of the night with a disabled vehicle . We called several 24 hour towing businesses, and three of them could not come out till eight in the morning. Finally, we found Airport Towing, and our driver Rob was out within the hour. Thank you Michelle, the dispatcher who kept us posted as to his arrival she was awesome! Rob quickly loaded our vehicle onto the flatbed and made sure we were warm and comfortable and got us home ASAP. We don't know what we would've done without them. It was a frightful experience being stranded at 3 in the morning in the wind and rain. Thank you Rob for rescuing us! read more

Came home from a week long vacation to a dead car - thanks kid #2 LoL. Hank came within 20 minutes and rescued us so we could get home quickly. Pricing is high and beyond what I could really afford but I had no choice. Thus supply and demand. I am grateful for the rescue though! read more

The most inconsiderate and unprofessional towing company I have encountered. They gave me a rate and gave me a wait time of a hour. I called back after waiting for a hour outside the snow with my children they told me they had given me a wrong rate and didn't know I was waiting so they would be available in another hour for a higher rate. A inconvenience to everyone on the road waiting for my car to be removed as well as it was to me. The lady who answered the phone after Chris who gave me rates and wait time didn't even let me finish my question ending the call with "this is what I can do so take it or leave it" As a insurance agent I will make sure to share this with as much people as possible with attitudes like that they don't deserve anyone's hard work money. read more

Airport towing saved the day! I was stranded on the side of the freeway, after my transmission blew. The driver Hank made sure the tow back home was quick, and ensured the car was parked safely in it's spot. Overall, the cost wasn't too bad either... Fair pricing for towing, which can get very pricey! Thanks Hank and Airport towing! read more

PRICE GOUGED!!!! Quite obvious he has the police contract. Charged us over $17,000 for a an accident recovery which was excessive and our insurance carrier agree. Billed us for time they say they handled our equipment which is easily proven to be false. I am filing a complaint with the Attorney Generals office in Kentucky. This roadside rape needs to stop and these people need to be and should be ashamed of themselves. TOTAL GARBAGE COMPANY! read more

Hank, George, and Bill On our way to a Mariners game, our car broke down and AAA service said it would take them 3 hours until they could come help us out. When all hope seemed lost, we decided to try these guys out and boy, we weren't disappointed. As their truck pulled into the Seven-Eleven parking lot, Hank was first out to greet us. Then, Bill and George hooked up our car to their tow truck, sorry for inconsistent towing language here. Anyways, they helped us out and then let us take a ride with them down to the dealership so we could drop off our car. And then, without even a hesitation, Bill offered us a ride back to the place we were staying at. All in all, all three guys, Hank, Bill, and George helped us out tremendously and their rates are amazing. Would highly recommend if you are in need and are in the area. (They even gave us a free lunch ) read more

Welp, my brakes failed. In traffic. I almost rear ended someone and was feeling a little panicked and stressed. I called these guys and they said it would take about an hour to get to me. Ugh. Groceries were warming up in the trunk... Bill was fast and friendly. He got to me way earlier than expected and was a calming presence in a tense situation and I really appreciated that. Hopefully I'll never need to call them again, but if I ever need another tow in the south end, I'll call them for sure. Thanks Bill! read more

So pleased with Bill and Airport Towing! Got back to SeaTac after a very long day to find that our car had died. Bill was very efficient, friendly, and made a terrible situation a lot better with his humor and professionalism. He even dropped us right at our door after leaving our car at the garage nearby. Can't say enough good things about him and the towing service. read more

Great towing company. Thanks for being there Nate, Alexis, and Bill from Airport Towing. Definitely recommend this towing company.

The fucking worst! The lied about their office hours in order to charge me an "after hours fee" at 3 pm on a Friday as well as 2 pm on a Saturday. Rude staff and charged $250 for a 1 mile mid day tow that was erroneous to begin with. Total scam. read more

I had a very large 1945 GMC DUKW (amphibian truck) that I needed moved quickly out of downtown Seattle. I called a few places and they chuckled and said they were not interested. I called Airport Towing and explained the vehicle and its large size and they assured me it wouldn't be an issue. They said they would send me one of their veteran guys and boy were they right. Lathan showed up on time and navigated his big rig in a packed warehouse to hook up my DUKW. He helped my partner do some prep work on it as it had been sitting for years to avoid any damage during the tow. He also stopped just outside the city to inspect our truck after going a little ways. It was a good thing he did as the first row of tires on the double axle were starting to heat up. He hoisted the truck up on to just the last rear axle to avoid anymore damage. All in all I highly recommend. read more

Five stars. Had a truck out within 90 minutes, towed to my local shop, and gave me a ride home afterward. Thanks Bill.

Bill expertly towed and parked a 27 foot trailer and was fantastic to work with. Scheduling was easy and customer service kind and helpful.

As stressful as having a car towed and impounded can be Bill made the process smooth and was patient and explained what i needed to do. Really appreciate airport towing going above and beyond! Thank you read more

Worst, most inconsiderate, rude people (especially Colleen in particular right out of the gates, awful) this business is NOT concerned with or seeking to promote human welfare or your car. During a time of quarantine COVID19, I'm here stuck in their dirty office with my 3 year because they won't let me pick up our car, because it's in my fiancé's name and he's laying his mother (my mother in law) to rest even though we have the same addresses on all our paperwork and Ids. But NO we had to sit for over an hour. With terrible service and lack of understanding situations. They're purposely making it impossible. read more

My wife car stopped recently and had to be towed. By the time I arrived the officer had already called Airport towing of Burien. Hank, you are a lifesaver! My car starts, but it's misfiring like crazy. CEL is flashing and car shakes like it's possessed by a demon so, I didn't want to risk driving home. It's Sunday and it's Father's Day. I don't have a "go-to" tow service. I just went on Yelp and called the first three tow services I saw. None of them answer my calls. No one wants to work on Father's Day I guess. I called Airport Towing, a receptionist picked up. I don't remember her name but she was very helpful. I got a tow from Hank, He was very professional. He hooked up my car and drove it to my apartment. He drives very carefully, always used his turn signals, and never once went over the speed limit. He even parked my car in between the lines at my apartment parking area. I highly recommend Airport Towing and ask for Hank. Thanks again! Boss buy this man lunch! read more

Bill came to our rescue! Prompt and made the tow process easy.

I'm a landlord and had a car that needed to be towed from resident parking due to being inoperable and the tenant not paying for parking. Rob was great. Right before he was about to leave, the tenant, came running down to the parking area from her apt. and began making a scene. Rob calmly controlled the situation without escalating it, got in contact with me, and facilitated a solution. Rob waited as she pushed the van across the street, to make sure it was off the property for me before he left. I couldn't be more pleased with his and Airport Towing's customer service. read more
