Terrible quality, service is terrible, charge the maximum legally allowed, their own records show…read moreoverlapping billed time for the same driver on two separate tows, damaged my vehicle. The absolute worst towing company you could ever experience. Front desk was bragging about how they had to be mean to customers upon retrieval. I parked in a no parking zone. No excuses, simply wasn't paying attention and followed other people on private property. When I asked for legal authorizations required they refused to show me them only forced me to contest in court if I wanted to see it. I reported immediately while at the facility my car was damaged. After the tow, an independent inspection documented a bent right-front inner tie rod, and I photographed visible contact/scrape markings on the damaged component I reported the damage on site. GM told me there was "nothing bent or anything cars just don't like being towed that's why my warning lights came on". I was told nothing was bent, which was later contradicted by the independent inspection. Told my car was reviewed by on site technician (the guy didn't show up for work that day) and independent (never happened). Asked for names, qualifications and what vehicle specific information they used in determining this and was ignored. Took it in to an independent technician who informed me it was a bent tie rod with visible contact markings evident to something being attached to the tie rod and pulled. Two weeks of communication, fairly and transparently showing my findings while asking for a peaceful resolution outside of court. They also "completed" my tow with the same driver who was beginning another tow at the exact same time. They charged the maximum rate and fabricated the time it took. 3.2 miles $609.21 1-1/4 hour tow time. Explicitly stated the extra time was for "careful handling". Now I have to go through their insurance because of systemic bad faith, dishonest and outright rude business practices. If they try to deny the damage to my vehicle I have pre tow obd scans of my car, pre purchase inspection of my vehicle that was two months from purchase date, day of diagnostic scans immediately upon retrieval showing steering angle sensor fault code.

We called last night and asked to set up a tow for 9:00 am this morning. The driver was here at 8:58 am ready to hook up our suv and get it to the dealership. He was careful, speedy, and really polite. The driver met us at the dealership and it was the easiest tow we have ever had despite the transmission being uncooperative. The price we were charged to get it to the shop was excellent despite it being a tough job. I would highly recommend Fitz!

Warning: Deceptive Business Practices I am sharing this…read moreexperience to protect others from what happened to me with this tow company. A vehicle I owned was towed and impounded. When I contacted the company to retrieve it, they demanded $750 in impound fees. I paid the full amount they requested. Despite accepting my payment, they refused to release the vehicle, citing a title issue. What they failed to disclose before accepting my money was that they would not release the car regardless of payment. This is fundamentally deceptive. They had two honest options -- accept payment and release the vehicle, or refuse payment upfront. Instead they chose a third option that benefited only them -- they took my money and kept the car. This practice may violate Washington State consumer protection laws and UTC tow company regulations. If you are dealing with this company, I strongly recommend: * Getting everything in writing before paying anything * Asking explicitly whether they will release your vehicle before handing over any money * Contacting the Washington UTC at utc.wa.gov if you experience similar treatment I wish someone had warned me. I hope this review saves someone else from losing both their vehicle and their money.

I couldn't have asked for a more responsive and professional towing service to help with two…read morevehicles stranded on an unplowed, icy side street in Woodinville on Christmas Day. A relatively short pitch of hill had become hard packed and very slick. Once momentum was lost cars could not stop in place and would immediately begin to slide backward. One vehicle was off road in a ditch and the owner had called AAA for tow assistance 18+ hours earlier with no response. Another towing service passed by the location of the two vehicles and declined to help. Fearing the worst, I called Mac Towing with the expectation that there would be no service available on Christmas Day. Not only did a Mac representative answer the phone immediately, she was exceptionally efficient about gathering specific information regarding location and vehicle position details. She asked me to hold for 15-20 seconds and then returned to tell me the driver's name (Dan) who would come out and told me he would call in about 5 minutes to coordinate arrival. Dan did call within 5 minutes, saying he was working with the Sheriff's Dept. on a call and had another tow scheduled. Dan estimated about an hour before he could assist us. Dan called back after ~15min and said the scheduled tow had cancelled and he would come immediately, he showed up within minutes. The hill was exceptionally slippery. Dan chained up and attempted to back up the hill, but could not get high enough to implement his intended winch plan. It was almost impossible for the chained truck not to slide while parked, so with full attention to safety Dan used the lift mechanism to anchor against the snow covered pavement and then shoveled under each wheel to bare pavement. Unfortunately the winch line was too short for the intended plan (use a tree above to leverage the weight of the truck against the car being extracted and pull up and away from the ditch). It would have been understandable if Dan had decided to call it quits - but he did not. He explored the conditions above the stranded vehicles and located a viable location to work from. He needed enough traction to prevent the lower vehicles from pulling the truck downhill during winching. Using cable and straps he had just enough line to reach both vehicles and carefully extract them. Success! Clearly Dan is very skilled at what he does and was pleasant and professional the entire time. Thank you to Dan and Mac Towing!! Could not have been a better experience.
