He got to work right away and cleared my car wreck from the busy highway. He kept me calm and made sure I got home safely. I even tried to tip him for his help, but he declined and said he was just doing his job. A few days later I came by Superior Towing to pick up my personal belongings from my car. Mike happened to be there and helped me get my belongings and went above and beyond to help make sure I got everything I needed. Again, I tried to tip him for his awesome service but he again declined and said he was just doing his job. To Mike's manager, I don't know what you're paying Mike, but consider giving this guy a raise. Seriously. If or when I need towing service in the area I'll call your company based solely on the customer service and professionalism from Mike and also your front office staff (who's names I forgot to catch).

She was panicking and scared, never having dealt with car emergencies like this before. I called AAA to get an estimate on timing, and Denise (thank you!) reminded me that I could call for an independent tow and then file for reimbursement. So I called Seattle towing company and talked to Al. I explained the situation, where my daughter is located, and that AAA was saying 3-5 hours. He told me 90 minutes for a driver to get my daughter's car to the shop. Al called me back about 10 minutes later to let me know that he'd found a driver for my daughter that was only 10 minutes away, who'd get her car to the shop safely. Ridiculously, I cried a little, because I'd been super concerned but also too far away to be a real help. As much as I hope I'll never need your services again, thank you SO much Al and Seattle Towing for taking such good care of my kid.

(Yeah, buddy. Parking in Seattle is a commodity, and those of us who pay for it aren't going to be inconvenienced just so you can park your busted up little Honda someplace where you don't have to walk...) Called MAC Towing to resolve it, and when the kid came down and started mouthing off, the driver basically told him to move his car or have it moved, then called to confirm afterward that the problem had been taken care of. I never thought I'd have such positive things to say about a tow company, but I'm astonished. Good job, MAC!

She and her team went above and beyond to help me and not only got my car QUICKLY and SAFELY where it needed to go, they did so with the highest level of kindness, professionalism, and courtesy that I've experienced from a vendor in years. I am writing this review to warn other customers about my experience at Toyota of Renton…read more I went to Toyota of Renton for a routine visit, and during that time they told me they tested my car battery and said it was failing and needed immediate replacement. Based on their diagnosis, I was advised that the battery was at risk and should be replaced. Trusting their professional opinion, I immediately went to Costco and purchased a new battery. Since my original battery was still under warranty, I returned it to Costco for a refund. However, Costco tested my old battery in front of me, and the results showed the battery was in good condition. They tested it two more times, and all results confirmed the battery was good. To be absolutely sure, I also took the battery to a separate independent repair shop, and again, the battery tested normal with no issues. I later returned to Toyota of Renton to speak with the service manager. The only response I received was a printed battery test result from them. There was no explanation, no accountability, and no resolution, despite clear evidence from multiple independent tests showing the battery was fine. I have kept all printed test reports as documentation, which clearly show conflicting results between Toyota of Renton and multiple other professional testers. This experience caused me unnecessary stress and wasted time, and it seriously damaged my trust in this dealership's service department. I strongly advise other customers to be cautious and seek a second opinion before approving any repairs or replacements here. I will not return to Toyota of Renton in the future.
