GRATEFUL for Mac's towing is an understatement of how I am feeling today! I spent the weekend in Pullman Washington moving my Son into his WSU dorm and returned home late last night (10:45pm) and accidentally parked my Son's car in the wrong carport of our new apartment complex! 11:30pm I heard some noise outside. I could not see much but did see some flashing lights that seemed too dim to be police lights. I was leaving for work this morning and realized that my Son's car was gone! I immediately realized what I had done by parking it in the spot next to his spot. I called Mac's Towing and spoke to General Manager, Shawn Rhymer. As a single Mother of 4 children, I paid everything that I had in the last week to WSU for my Son's tuition, housing, and meal plan. There was no way that I could have paid to get his car back today. In my mind I immediately imagined the daily fee and honestly thought I may never get my Son's car back! Shawn was very understanding and I think quickly realized that it was an innocent mistake and felt sorry for a frazzled Mother doing her best for her kids. He asked me how soon I could be there and that he would "work with me". Thank God for good people! When I arrived to the Mac's towing lot I was pleasantly greeted by Jani Davis. She was kind, understanding, and very professional. What started out as a horrible day and a very careless move on my part and what could have been a BAD end to my memorable weekend with my Son, ended in feeling very fortunate for people and a local business that puts human needs before money gained. on april 21, 2018, my beloved volkswagon Buggy was hit and totaled by a F250 truck,that came off the freeway and plowed into the Bugs passenger door. my son was driving. he was going straight on the green light,he was just before the crosswalk, with 2 green lights ahead. the police did not site the truck that distroyed my only car, and injured my son.The officer said, the insurance company will figure out who is at fault. no witnesses stopped or came forward. without the ticket being written to the large truck for turning left and causeing the accident, the insurance wont take responsibility. and called it "a he said, she said accident". this has left me in a very dark place. i am disabled, just had spine surgery, single mom with kids with special needs. i didnt know what to do. bill accrewing. The wonderful staff of the Woodinville Mac Towing helped us so much! they are kind, compassionate, proffessional and extremely efficent. It makes it difficult for everyone when the law is not followed by the law, with a unclear accident report. they worked with me so I would not be sent to collections for the bill. The tender care and mercey they gave to me has made a huge impact on our life. i will always recomend them to everyone because of their amazeing integrity. im grateful to Janie in the office, and her boss,Ken Jernigan their kindess has made it possible to begin healing from this terrible and devestateing loss. counting our blessings of my son being alive. and moveing forward, this is a very good , honest bussiness. wishing everyone the very best. from Cindy Cottle customer. read more

Jani and her team at Mac Towing in Woodinville are top notch in every regard. Professional, courteous and genuinely care about their customers. Having moved from the Pacific Rim to the Woodinville area, I had to have a vehicle unloaded from a shipping container, thereby requiring a flatbed wrecker to back up to the container and then back the truck out of the shipping container, onto the flatbed. Not only did Jani work with me to make sure that the truck was there right on time, she also gave the driver some advanced notice of the job at hand and followed up during the event and afterward to make sure everything was to plan. The driver was an outstandingly professional young man, know exactly what to do and was helpful beyond the call of duty. I could not have asked for a better outcome and wholeheartedly recommend Mac Towing to anyone in need of towing services. Additionally, Jani is really the hero. I have only needed to use Mac Towing once, but that experience was great! The service was fast, the car yard is secure, and the employees are nice! Need to give a special reference to the girl working the front desk at the Woodinville location. Unfortunately I didn't catch her name, but nonetheless she was efficient, organized, kind, and extremely helpful. While I was waiting for my car to be picked up and brought to my house, I realized that my engine in the car I was using that day had died. When I went into the front office to see if she could call someone to jump my engine, she just came outside and jumped it using her cables! Saved me money and time, which I was very appreciative of after having to sort out the situation I caused because of the accident that damaged my car. My teenage son was in a car accident this week and it has been extremely stressful to say the least! Mac Towing was the company that ended up taking his car away from the scene of the accident and they were just beyond wonderful to deal with! They showed concern about my son's well-being, advised me on the situation, my options and gave their professional opinion on things. Both Jani Davis in their Woodinville office and Shawn (on the phone) were so great and really helped make a tough/stressful situation easier to deal with! MAC is known overall but Woodinville is a complete scam company. Will play every game known even provoke a fight to get money even lie to police. They care about nobody but money. The Woodinville police is wrapped around their stupid finger butt kissing them daily. I highly suggest to use any other company. There are plenty. read more

I was helped by a very pleasant lady named Jani. She definitely knows the meaning of customer service! My situation was complicated, and she listened and helped me to decide my best course of action. Mac saved the day for me, my car wasn't starting and the nice driver who came actually helped me get it going! Instead of $100+ to tow the car I paid a $68 service fee. If I ever need a tow again (or not as the case may be) they definitely have my business. read more
