The operator was friendly and told me that a driver would call me back with the details. I don't know if the operator got our location wrong, or if I made the mistake when I called, but our driver, Matt Paulson, went to the wrong location and called us immediately when he couldn't find us. It only took him another 10 minutes to find us, but from the get go he was super friendly. He immediately apologized for the mix up and asked us to get in the truck while he loaded our car. We had our dog with us, and Matt didn't mind at all! We had about a 20 trip back to our place and the whole way Matt was super positive, friendly, and outgoing. He took care of everything, dropped our car off and wished us well with the car, and life. Matt's customer service was superb, and both my husband and I went to bed feeling better about our car, because we had had such a positive interaction with Matt. We will for sure be using Macs towing again in the future. Hopefully we don't ever have the need, but if we do it will be Macs that we try first. Thank you again Matt for the great service!
