For only slightly more $ for a diagnostic test than the lowest quote I got from auto shops in Everett, they came to me and saved me the towing cost, which made it a great value in the end (not to mention the time I saved by not having to leave the house or figure out care for my toddler). Trisha was able to fit me in to her schedule even earlier than she thought she'd be able to, and after determining the problem with the fuel injectors, she was able to order the parts and replace them in a timely manner. Overall my car was due for a deep clean and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean it was when I picked it up. It took approximately 2 hours on a weekend to do my interior. Keep in mind that your car will be on as they use your car to help steam the inside. They completely cleaned my interior and even put new floor mats to keep my carpet from getting dirty. The only part that was a little stressful for me was finding them as they are located in the hotel parking lot but that isn't enough to dock a star from this review.
