Thank god for Skip's for rescuing me from the side of the freeway…read more My insurance originally had me set up to have my car towed by another company, but they were taking way longer than the estimated time, and I hate to say that the man I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude. Skip's was called as back up. Skip's arrived very promptly, before the first company (after I already waited an hour and a half for them). Skip's provided great service - the driver was friendly and knowledgeable, and got me and my car to the auto repair shop safely. I am glad I had my experience with Skip's and not the other company. Would recommend to anyone who needs a car towed.

They took very good care of my collectible car from start to finish getting it loaded on their flatbed tow. They took immense care to make sure the car was not scratched or damaged in any form. Wally's called back said they would be a available later that evening. I didn't give it much hope since it was so icy etc. Plus I was stuck on a lousy road(228th between qfc and Brier road) near the bottom of the hill) They called when they said they would and we're at my car already. I drove down and they had already got my car out! After putting it on their car carrier they met me up the street unloaded it and that was that. The two guys that did this were great. They looked like they could use some rest, Thank you for the fantastic service, I will definitely call on Wally's in the future.

The gentleman who helped me out today, (I had called no notice) he came to me right away with no wait time. He was so patient, so kind and genuinely wanted to help me out of my crappy car situation. He even let me ride with him to the car place which was nice and saved me the expense of having to order an Uber. I will be using this small local company for any towing needs in the future (hopefully there won't be many) and will absolutely recommend their services to my family and friends. If you need a tow, give them a call!

SAMER / ZNT TOWING IS A SCAM AND DID FRAUD WORK ON MY TRUCK…read more It was july 7th when my ball joint on my truck broke down, it was 2:30am so no other tow trucks were available an znt towing was the only place that answered. I asked if he could take my truck to toyota but he insisted that he would tow my truck for free and fix it for cheaper. Upon arrival he immediately stated that the upper an lower control arms need to be replaced an the cv axle as well. He then said he has it covered an he waiting on the tow truck to come. The next day my car is still there in street with all the weight on the quarter panel. We agreed that he was going to replace both upper/lower control arms, both cv axles and both ball joints. He sends me a invoice the next day stating that, $3000 total. We sent the check and wrote it off to samer an he cashed it the next day. Not only did he have my truck for 1 1/2 months because "we're working on getting the parts" but we also agreed for him to respray the clear coat on top of my truck. When I got my truck back he resused the damaged control arms, cv axle (HE ZIP TIED MY CV AXLE BOOT AN NOW THERE IS LEAKING GREASE), quarter panel bent because he let the weight of the car sit for a month and a half, there is dirt in the fresh clear coat he sprayed, he damaged my hood (scratches and clear coat over spray), rattle canned spray my wheels an now its already chipping off since he did no prep work, BUT HE INSULTED ME AND SAID IM JUST A KID THAT KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT CARS WHEN I TOLD HIM HE REUSED THE DAMAGE PARTS. He has ghosted me an refused to pay me back so now Im left with a damaged truck an having to take this to small court claims to get what Im owed back. Do not go to him for anything, he will do anything to maximize his profits while making you feel like hes giving you a deal

My husband gave…read morean elderly homeless coworker a vehicle, out of the kindness of his heart, so that he didn't have to spend winter sleeping on the ground. Unfortunately, turns out the coworker is a drug addict. Long story short, he crashed the car right down the road from this towing company. You literally could have just pushed the car into the lot it was so close. The coworker lied and never transferred the title into his name. We have proof from the DOL that the car was in fact transferred out of my husband's name, however, he never entered the new owners name in. Immediately after my husband found out about the accident, my husband went to the DOL, gave them the name and got proper paperwork printed. He took the paperwork with proof that he is not the legal owner to the tow yard and the owner of whiteside towing basically said "not my problem, you still owe me $800 or the bill is going to keep going up." My husband paid it on a credit card. Money that we didn't have. Because he didn't know what else to do..

This shop commits INSURANCE FRAUD! Wish i could leave a 0 star review…read more.. I took my car to this shop after being rear ended and having damage on my rear bumper. The shop told me that they would replace my bumper and any parts associated with the collision I was in. They ensured me that they would replace everything especially because the other party's insurance company was covering the damages. I was told by the insurance company that this was also going to be case given the paperwork the shop had submitted to them and the amount they had approved. Everything was to be replaced. Now, one year later, I had a reason to take the bumper off for a paint scuff that occurred at a car wash, and I come to find out that my original bumper is still the one on my car, and it has been repaired. This is clear fraud on the shop's end and I have full proof of documentation and photos. I called the shop and spoke to the owner, and he began to tell me that he doesn't have any paperwork to corroborate this work that was supposed to be done on my car, and he isn't even sure he got paid by the insurance company. This is a lie because I have proof that states otherwise. I then go to this shop and meet with the owner, who by the end of a 30 minute back and forth admits to wrong doing and that he is going to reimburse me for the fraud they committed. Since that meeting in person, he has been blowing me off and not answering my calls. This shop committed insurance fraud and collected money from insurance for parts that they did not replace. My assumption is that this is a common part of their practice given the owner's response to me confronting him about it, and now not being ethical about dealing with it. I wonder how many other customers of theirs this has happened to... no one is the wiser unless they have a reason to inspect their work from underneath.

After calling several tow companies that afternoon we were frustrated with many vague answers on service and/or price. Finally we called Ron May Towing. We reached Lisa with their answering service. She obviously was on top of her game, asking the right questions and making good quality suggestions. She determined that we needed the special service of a "relocate" on same property. As it was not an emergency situation she advised us to call at 8 am Monday morning to get a quote from one of their relocate specialists. We called Monday morning and it couldn't have gone any smoother. Ashley of Ron May Towing gave us a solid quote and within an hour Erin showed up to move the pickup. He was very professional, backing his rig through the side gate, snatching up the vintage pickup and maneuvering it into the garage stall with great skill. The whole job completed in less than 45 minutes. I recommend Ron May Towing for their excellent service at a fair price.
