They took very good care of my collectible car from start to finish getting it loaded on their flatbed tow. They took immense care to make sure the car was not scratched or damaged in any form. Thank god for Skip's for rescuing me from the side of the freeway. My insurance originally had me set up to have my car towed by another company, but they were taking way longer than the estimated time, and I hate to say that the man I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude. Skip's was called as back up. Skip's arrived very promptly, before the first company (after I already waited an hour and a half for them). Skip's provided great service - the driver was friendly and knowledgeable, and got me and my car to the auto repair shop safely. I am glad I had my experience with Skip's and not the other company. TOW TRUCK BANDITS. TOW TRUCK BANDITS. My Fiancé had a flat with my car on the Northbound I-5 in Everett. I called my roadside provider AMA. My rep took my info and said she would call back with details. 15 minutes later she called me back saying Al's Old Town Service would be out in 40 to put the spare on. Skip's shows up in 20 and tells my fiancé that they were instructed to tow the car to the local Toyota dealer by my roadside assistance company, because they can't change tires on a freeway. She put him on the phone with me and I asked if he worked for Old Town. Guy said they own 8 companies and he didn't know. said he was instructed to tow it. Couldn't tell me by who. Gave some weird name. I called AMA up and explained this situation. They put me on hold while they called Old Town. Came back saying that this was a scam and that Old Town had a driver enroute. So then the Tow truck driver acted like he had paperwork, which didn't have any of the vehicle information under closer inspection by my Fiancé. He took my plate number and Vin and said he was going to bill it to ??? anyway - then left. 5 minutes later Al's Old Town shows up and changed the spare. Becareful of these guys. on 7/11 I had called for road service and was initially referred to Dick's Towing. What an unmitigated disaster. I've no idea if they are any good as I couldn't get past the rude woman who answered the phone. I called Safeco roadservice back and they got me a group named Skip's. I had barely hung up with Safeco when Skip's called to get info on exact location of my car. They were there within 15 minutes. What a total joy to do business with them. Came home to Skip's Towing blocking the alley way in front of my apartment in Snohomish. I managed to squeeze by the tow truck to park in my parking space. A neighbor across the way however needed to get out of the parking lot and couldn't because of where the tow truck was parked. She asked the guy to move it so she could get out and he started screaming at her and telling her to pull her head out of her a**. Totally unprofessional and absolutely uncalled for. I am very less than impressed with what I heard today from a representative of Skip's Towing. Hope I never have to use them as a tow company!!! read more

If I could give this place no stars I would definitely give them no stars but for starters this place has a bunch of reject tow truck drivers that work for them and a crooked owner . this company is by far the worst tow truck company I've ever seen or had to deal with. I wouldn't recommend anybody that you cared about to this shady good for nothing company. they have a set of rules that they don't follow themselves. I get a notice from collections after a month and a half 4 of my car being stolen from me telling me that I owe them for toll fees and yard storage when I told them they better just auction it off to get that money now I suppose we all collection company $500 for what? so save your self the time hassle heart ache and go with a professional company that cares about their customers. read more

Very impressed with the service we received from Skip's. Our truck decided to break down on a rainy Thursday evening and they were there within 20 minutes to get us towed. The driver was very nice and went above and beyond by even dropping the key for our mechanic so we didn't have to make he extra trip. Thanks guys! Awesome customer service! read more

I wish I would have wrote the drivers name down he was great!! I was stuck in the middle lane at a super busy intersection (highway 99 and Everett mall way) and out pure kindness the driver moved my stalled vehicle to the closest parking lot so I was safe and out of the way :) random acts of kindness don't happen enough now a day. I was sooo grateful then to top it off he even checked my battery to see if that was the issue. I would definitely conduct business with skips towing :) he didn't charge me to move me over either it was great!!! read more

I needed a tow with a flat bed for a lowered classic car. Apparently some others in Everett don't or won't tow lowered vehicles. It's not even that low but anyways he was the only one that Sunday afternoon available. He was swamped...yes I had to wait because he had two other tows ahead of me but he kept me informed with two phone calls keeping me up to date. Then when he picked me up and dropped off the vehicle he realized I didn't have a way back to work which was near his next pickup so he dropped me off! Seriously the best customer service with a tow truck company I've ever had. Super cool guy! read more

If we could give zero stars we would. We had a car issue that had to do with oil leaking, NOTHING electrical. We called our Roadside assistance through Safeco Insurance and Skips came out to take our car to a local Repair Shop. The Driver of the tow truck put the key in the ignition and left it there to put the car in neutral while he put the truck up on the platform. The Driver DIDN'T Take the key out or turn the car off while taking it to the shop who knows how much later. The repair shop noticed and turned it off but by then the battery had been COMPLETELY drained. They tried to charge it overnight and tried 2 ways but the battery was KILLED and couldn't be charged. The Owner of Skips Everett Towing, Dana Underwood, REFUSED to replace the battery that was killed by their driver or even look at it in a timely manner when it's an issue CREATED BY THEM. We've reached out to Safeco to let them know a vendor they use is shady and shouldn't be used in the future. NEVER USE SKIPS EVERETT TOWING! read more

I drive older cars, with lots of miles on them. Sometimes they break down... I have used Skip's Towing 8 times +/-. They have been very responsive and on time. Price is fair and less that others I have received quotes from. Under difficult circumstances, I don't feel taken advantage of. Rather, I find Skip's to be a good value. read more

Skip's Towing picked up my vehicle and drove it to a repair shop. The driver was extremely late, we waited for a while before calling him again to which he said we could lock our keys in the car and he had a tool to then get into my car. So we locked the keys inside and left to take our children home to bed. Upon arrival to the repair shop, the mechanic said that my car door was broken, he couldn't get it to open from the outside and had to climb over the passenger seat to open it. My husband called Skip's Towing and the rude unprofessional receptionist said that there was no way a driver broke the door and it wasn't their problem. I then called them back and the same rude lady argued with me and then hung up on me. I asked her for details on when my car was picked up and she refused to give them to me, telling me to call the repair shop. I did talk to the repair shop after and they were just as frustrated as we are. The repair shop even said they will no longer be doing business with Skip's Towing. I cannot believe how rude and unprofessional they are, not only damaging my door, but their phone etiquette and customer service skills are beyond ridiculous. read more

I recentley was in a car wreck and an employee of Skip's Towing happened to witness the whole thing. The employee, Chad Anderson, was the first person to come to my aid. He called 911, the police and stayed with me until they arrived. He was very helpful and comforting, nobody else was around. He towed my car to Skip's where they were also very helpful and took good care of my needs. I want to thank this young man for being in the right place at the right time. I would not hesitate using Skip's Towing again. I highly recommend them. read more

Very shady truck drivers they tried over charging but I got the proof on a recite then when I called the office and they were calling me a liar because the driver changed the numbers on the original recite for the invoice. either way there was witnesses so I'm getting my money even if I have to take this to court read more

This place is awful! My mother got into a car accident and was very disoriented when they came to tow her car. The woman who towed it didn't give her apartment keys back. When we called from the hospital to get the keys, they said it wasn't there responsibility and that it would be a 90 charge to get them back. Now my mother has to miss important medications and spend the night with me, miles away from where she lives. These people are careless and completely about the money. read more
