After multiple other attempts, Ahmed from A&A decided to take the call and go 45 min out of his way, since he remembered hearing my service request 4 hours prior while he was completing another tow. He literally went out of his way knowing how far I was stranded and didn't want me to have to suffer on a Sunday. Welcomed reminder that there's really good people in this world. A good faith deposit was given to Mr. Raymond for the services. We were notified a few days before the pickup date by Mr. Raymond that his mother had passed away and he would not be able to provide the services we requested. I have contacted Mr. Raymond regarding the refund of the good faith $1000 deposit. He has since blocked my calls and refuses to discuss the return of the deposit.
