Even my insurance company warned me that tow companies were extremely busy and it could be a long wait. David at Hubie's Towing completely exceeded my expectations. He called me to introduce himself, confirmed the vehicle's location, kept me updated throughout the process, and had my car picked up within a few hours. He worked quickly, efficiently, and got the job done without any delays. Once he recovered the vehicle, he thoroughly documented its condition with detailed photos and sent everything to my insurance representative. What stood out the most was how kind and reassuring he was during such a stressful situation. He took the time to let me know everything was going to be okay and that my day would get better. That level of compassion meant a lot while dealing with the aftermath of having my car stolen. I've only had two other experiences with towing. I can honestly say this was by far the best experience. David was professional, hardworking, thorough, communicative, and genuinely cared about providing excellent service. If you ever need a tow, I highly recommend Hubie's Towing. If you're lucky enough to have David as your driver, you'll be in great hands.
