Luckily it was still daylight and we were able to comfortable hang out until the tow truck arrived (they made good time). The tow truck driver was incredibly helpful; before towing our car, he explored more than one reason the car might not be starting (trying to avoid a tow); he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He in fact correctly identified the problem within a couple of minutes (as we found out the next day from the mechanic). Once it was for sure that we could not get the car going, he obliged to tow the car to our chosen mechanic and once there, he even helped us park the car and fill out the overnight paperwork. Amazing service. The best I've ever had from a towing company. Highly recommend.

All I can say at this end, the mobile mechanic they sent out was just in it for the service fee related to diagnosis. As he represents Wrench, then this is how this company works. If this is on your list of available provider, then don't do it!!!! I was super hopefully when the mechanic reached out to me about 2 days earlier than expected. He shows up in flipflops and sweatpants, okay I can let that go. I just wanted my repair to be done. After discussion, and him telling me there are no codes (I never saw an OBDII reader), we agreed it was the battery cables and probably the battery sensor. But I had voluntarily told him what I researched and determined it to be, which were the battery cables. He looked under the hood, for reason I don't know, as the engine has a whole engine cover which he never removed so there was nothing see there. At the end he stated he would submit the report to caravan and once approved he would contact me to get repairs done. I did soon after get a text that diagnosis and repairs were approved. So I waited to hear from mechanic, and waited, and waited. I texted him today and received short text he is not contacted for me to call and find out. Well per Silver Rock - Per the mechanic he cannot do repairs and I was referred out. Basically he gave me a good and hopeful story just so he could collect diagnosis fee and never let me know his notes / comments / diagnosis would change.
