They reached out to Easy Towing, who was there in about 15 minutes despite the app asserting it could be up to an hour. Art took lots of pictures, and was careful with our front bumper (it was pretty low and the flat didn't help) and got our front and back wheels off the ground and the car towed away to the dealer in about 15 minutes more. They told me that the towing sign in the parking lot "is only there because of the law" and that they can't actually do anything--it's just there for people to call. So what's the point of even having the sign or their number listed if they won't help when someone takes your space? Absolutely useless and unprofessional. The management was closed, so where would I park? Horrible customer service and very unhelpful. If this is how they operate, I have no idea what they actually get paid to do. It's a Friday night so there are guaranteed to be many people parking in spots they shouldn't supposed to. Such a great opportunity to tow and make profit, but I guess they have better things to do...
